유아교사의 특성에 따른 3-5세 누리과정 활용수준 연구

Since March 2013, Nuri curriculum developed for each age group between 3 and 5 has been implemented at every kindergartens and educare centers in Korea. In such context, this study investigated the differences in the utilization level of Nuri curriculum depending on the individual and work environment characteristics of early childhood teachers. For this, surveys were administered to 340 early childhood teachers in charge of implementing Nuri curriculum at kindergartens and educare centers located in Seoul. Major results can be summarized as follows. First, as for the individual characteristics, teachers with more than 8 years of teaching experience, licensed as kindergarten teacher and graduate-school-educated appeared to utilize Nuri curriculum at a higher level. Second, as for work environment characteristics, teachers at public kindergarten, who were in charge of 5 year olds tended to utilize Nuri curriculum at a higher level. No differences were found depending on the average work hours. However, teachers who received monthly salary above 2.3 million reported significantly higher utilization level of Nuri curriculum. 본 연구는 2013년 3월부터 3-5세 연령별 누리과정이 전체 어린이집과 유치원에서 시행됨에 따라 유아교사의 특성에 따라 누리과정 활용수준에 차이가 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 누리과정의 원활한 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시의 어린이집과 유치원의 누리과정 담당 교사 340명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 하여 개인적 특성과 근무환경 특성에 따른 누리과정의 활용수준 차이를 연구 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 교사의 개인적 특성에 따른 누리과정의 활용수준은 경력이 8년 이상일 때, 유치원 정교사 자격중을 소지하고 있고, 학력이 전문대졸 이하보다 대학원이상일 때 높았다. 근무환경 특성에 따라서는 공립 유치원에서 근무하는 교사, 만 5세반 담당 교사의 누리과정 활용수준이 높았으며 평균 근무시간에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 월평균 보수가 230만원 이상인 교사의 활용수준이 유의하 게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The traditional sizing treatment for the Hanji is performed to give the following functions. Those are to stabilize the paint of the painting, to prevent the paint of painting and moisture from smearing into the painting itself, to prevent the paint of the painting and moisture from passing to the lining paper, and to make the colors of painting match the surrounding. In this study, the optimum mixing ratio of glue and alum was investigated by analyzing the sizing characteristics not only mixing ratios but also applying times. Pellet-form animal glue and alum were used for the Hanji sizing. The concentration of glue were 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0% (wt./wt.). The concentration of alum were 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% (wt./wt.) based on each glue concentrations. The sizing solution was prepared by mixing each glue solution and alum solution. Sizing of the Hanji was performed by applying each sizing solution once and twice. Viscosity, pH, gloss, weight increase rate, contact angle, and color difference were measured for sizing characteristics of the Hanji.
