국가균형발전정책이 구체적으로 추진된 건 참여정부 시절부터. 참여정부는 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 국가균형발전특별회계를 만들어 재정적인 지원을 제공하였다. 이 같은 정책은 이명박 정부에이어서 박근혜 정부까지 계속 유지되고 있는데,그 목적과 전략, 성격은 조금씩 변화하고 있다.박근혜 정부 지역발전 정책의 특징을 살펴보는 한편, 앞으로 지역발전특별회계가 해결해야 할 과제들을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the reproduction of the social system based on a gateball club of senior. For this I adopted structuration theory of Giddens. Also used a case study that is one of the qualitative research method, selected C club, B Gu, A Metropolitan. In the research environment, 12 people were used as contributors. I collected data by conducting extensive interviews with participant observation and text analysis. The results are as follows: First, there are two implicit rules in the senior gateball club. Those are to acquire the fellowship and to remain active membership. To acquire fellowship and maintain membership, one must complete the training, pay dues, join the branches and attend the monthly competition. These are categorized as normative rules. To be active as a member, they are playing gateball, making donations, enhancing their abilities, and keeping good relationships. Those are shown to be the analytical rules. Second, there are two implicit reasons why they are joining senior gateball; they want to be accepted by others and show that they are motivated to be active in the club. To be accepted by others, they show the authority of executive, age, motor skills and personalities. We categorized these as authoritarian volunteering. The motivates of their club activity are capital, support of their family, a place for rest and new relationships. These showed distribution resource. Third, the structuralization process of senior gateball club are normative rules to acquire and maintain fellowship, these analytic rules are to be active as a member and authority volunteer. The goals be to accepted by others, distribution resource and to show motivation for their club activity. These interact with each other to show connection with the social system. Even though these show the connections between structure and the individual, they are not one way. They affect each other. In other words they have duplicity of structure. 이 연구의 목적은 노인 게이트볼동호회 참여가 어떠한 사회구조의 변화를 가져오는지에 대하여 앤서니 기든스의 구조화이론 관점에서 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 A광역시 B구에 위치하고 있는 C게이트볼 동호회를 연구환경으로 선정하였으며, 게이트볼 회원들 중 총 12명의 연구참여자를 유목적 표집에 의해 선정하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 텍스트분석을 통해 분석하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 도출된 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 게이트볼동호회의 규칙으로 회원자격 획득 및 유지하기와 회원으로 활동하기가 도출되었다. 둘째, 노인 게이트볼동호회의 자원으로 남들에게 인정받기, 동호회 활동의 원동력으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인 게이트볼동호회의 구조화 과정으로 구성원으로 자리잡기, 사회체계에서의 규칙과 자원, 노인 게이트볼동호회의 구조, 양식, 사회체계의 연결양식, 노인 게이트볼동호회 구조의 이중성에 대하여 논하였다.

GF($2^n$)의 다항식을 이용한 영지식 증명의 인증 기법

본 논문에서는 정보통신에 있어서 수신자가 송신자 및 송신문을 인증하는 방법으로써Galois Field에서의 다항식을 이용한 암호가 기법을 적용하여 인증에 걸리는 처리속도를 향상시켰으며, 또한 송신자에 대한 인증정보를 대화방식으로 영지식증명 절차를 이용하여 생성하고, 이를 송신문에대한 인증정보에 포함하여 전송하므로써 비밀정보 교환의 안전성을 강화하였다. This paper studies an Authentication sheme which is used polynomial equation over GF(2n)for reducing time to authenticate sender and his message in secret data communication. Also in order to maintain strong secrecy, this scheme use interactive Zero-knowledge proof protocol for generating information of sender's authentication via unprotected communication channel.

The purpose of this study is to examine a strategy for the formulation of curriculum goals. The results are as follows: The nature of educational goals can be summarized in terms of directivity vs relevance, balancing vs sequencing, and comprehensiveness vs specification. These natures of educational goals can be detected at all levels of educational goals (eg. school, subject, and unit level), though the emphases are different among the level. The sources of educational goals are learners, academic knowledge, and society. The domain of learners as a source includes self-pacing, learning style, readiness, development, reward, need, motive, learning activity, and teacher-learner relationships. The domain of academic knowledge includes the knowledge, priority, kind, system, discovery purpose, and organization. And society as another source of goals includes mores, expectations, power structure, social class, culture heritage, language, interpersonal relationship, life style, and nationality. Educational goals to be formulated are different educational orientations such as humanistic, academic, and technological. Humanistic education emphasizes self-realization, academic education the structure of knowledge, and the technological education the efficiency of transmission of content. The combination of the educational orientations and the sources of goals above-mentioned can give us the more specific and various data for the formulation of educational goals.

본 논문에서는 기존의 냉매 대신에 열전 소자를 사용하여 구성한 냉수기가 갖는 여러 가지 장점 및 냉수기의 중요 소자인 TEC 모듈(Thermo Electric Cooler Module)에 대한 최대 효율 구동 방법 등을 연구하였다. 또, 열교환기의 재질 및 모양, 방열판과 냉각팬의 크기 등을 변화시키면서 냉수기로서 최적의 효율을 가질 수 있도록 냉수기를 설계하였고, 그 설계를 바탕으로 실험을 하여 TEC 모듈(Thermo Electric Cooler Module)을 이용한 냉수기가 상품화 가능성이 있는지를 검토하였으며, 그 결과를 기술하였다. We developed a new cooling system which applies TEC module using peltier effect. Our cooling system has better effiency and make smaller pollution than conventional cooling system. We applies that cooling system to making cool water dispenser. We designed the cold water dispenser of optimum effiency varying material, shape, and size of heat sink and cooling fan. The possibility of a commodity on this designed cold water dispenser is investigated.
