본 논문에서는 구조물의 응답 신호만을 스마트 센서 시스템으로 획득하여 모달 인자들을 추출하는 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 최근에 차세대 계측시스템으로 활발히 연구 되고 있는 스마트 센서 시스템의 성능과 현장 적용 가능성을 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구에 사용된 스마트 센서 시스템은 MEMS형 가속도 센서와 8bit CPU, 무선모뎀을 이용하여 실시간 동적계측이 가능하도록 개발되었다. 모달 인자 추출 실험은 모형 캔틸레버 보에 임의 가진을 가한 후, 구조물의 응답을 스마트 센서와 범용계측장비로 각각 획득하였다. 데이터 분석은 NExT & ERA 알고리즘을 이용하여 모달 인자를 추출하였다. 또한, 양질의 데이터를 획득하기 위하여 EOT알고리즘으로 최적의 계측위치를 선정하였다. 실험 결과, 스마트 센서의 현장 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, the research was carried out on how to identify the modal parameter by acquiring the output response of the structure only through the smart sensor system. The objective of this research is to verify the performance and the on-site adaptability of the smart sensor system that have been actively researched as the advanced measuring system so far. Smart Sensor System was developed so that the real-time dynamic measurement can be performed by means of MEMS-type accelerated sensor, 8 bit CPU, wireless MODEM. In the modal parameter identification test, random excitation was added to the cantilever beam, and then the response of the structure was obtained using the smart sensor system and the wire measurement system respectively. In analyzing the data, modal parameter was identified using NExT & ERA algorithm. Furthermore, the optimal measurement location was selected through EOT algorithm in order to obtain the qualified output response. Result of the test, it was possible to verify the on-site applicability of the smart sensor.

This study is to designed to suggest the master plan of development plan which is examined the fourist potential resources in Chinju district. In chapter Ⅱ, analyced the character of Chinju district as a fourist resort, in result, Chinju is a growthing spot assimilating neighboring district, and presented human and natural resources to tourist complex resort. In chapter Ⅲ, studyed tourist resources status and developing status, and examined the valuable degree of tourist resources in natural, cultural, social, and industrial aspects. In chapter Ⅳ, showed the directions of tourist development, and those suggested five aspects as overceming geographical tourist resources, developing, expanding dynamic Tourist resources, specializing tourist goods, developing riverside resources, and inspiring neighboring citizen's participation consciousness. As the result of this study, the character of toruist resources in Chinju district has a complex as natural and human resources, and Chinju district has a character as a complex tourist resources. The directions of these development should deal with preservation and protection, distribution of developing effects on the basis of developing concept which is minimized social cost.
