인버터 제어방식을 이용한 Flash butt 용접기의 용접성능 향상

본 연구에서는 프래쉬버트 용접에서의 용접성을 향상시키기 위하여 인버터를 대용량 시스템에 적용하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 제안된 시스템은 풀브릿지 인버터방식을 채택하고, DSP제어기를 사용하였다. 인버터시스템으로 동작 주파수를 향상시키면서 기존의 위상 제어형 용접기의 용접성과 비교하여 스패터가 저감되는 등 용접성이 개선되는 것을 여러 가지 금속학적인 방법들을 이용하여 확인하고, 인버터 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다. For the improvement of welding performance, high-efficiency inverter system was designed and applied that system to the conventional large scale Flashbutt welder. The inverter systems are consists of full bridge PWM power control system and DSP controller. This inverter system has increased switching frequency of power control system of Flashbutt welder. For the test of application effects, we compared an our inverter control system with a conventional thyristor control system. In the results, we confirmed that our system has decreased the welding spatter amouts and improved welding performance.

- It has little possibility that a cable causes any problem in electric power facilities. But when a trouble occurs in cable or cable joint, the damage is very severe. The main causes of the cable defections are bad cable making procedure, poor cable operation and deterioration according to the years. There are some cases to have potential problems due to many cable connection points, because of short length of cable, especially in 154kV system. In this study, novel method to measure partial discharge in cable joints is proposed and the effectiveness and the reliability of the proposed method is shown through experiment results of field.

본 논문에서는 대용량 라인 Mash seam 용접기의 용접성을 개선하기 위해 전원 제어기와 3상 전압원 인버터를 제안한다. 본 논문에서의 연구결과를 현장에 적용하기위한 용접기는 제조원가를 최소화하면서 용접성을 향상시키고자 했다. 이를 위해 사이리스터 컨버터는 PAM을 시용하여 출력측에서 정전류 제어를 하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 방식의 타당성을 입증하였고, 실제로 시작품을 제작하여 용접성 향상 실험을 하였다. In this paper, a power controller and 3 phase voltage source inverter are proposed for the improvement of weldability of large scaler Mash seam welder. The welder system is designed for the low cost and the improvement of weldability. For this system, thyristor convertor has performed constant current controlling in the output terminal by use PAM type inverter. We have simulated our algorithm and made a prototype welder for experiment. Through the experiment, we have confirmed the improvement of weldability of our system.

In the continuous steel making line, it is one of important tasks that the center line of the two coils, tailing and leading coil, must be adjusted to keep up uniform tension with two coils before welding them, the front of tailing coil and the end of leading coil. We replaced line scan CCD camera by general using industrial area scan CCD camera. Therefore the weak point of using special closed type controller was improved. And then the system maintenance and operation became so much easier. We also developed new auto calibration apparatus and method by which the system has the function calibrating the camera automatically in case of changing its position from external environment. Also the system can display live video scenes and cross adjustment processing scenes.

Using plenty of quantifiers is one of the characteristics of Chinese, and it is also a topic which has been focused on in the academic researches during recent years. Piaotongshi Yanjie mainly recorded the North dialect in the early Ming dynasty. It is a rare material for the research of Chinese pronunciation, vocabulary as well as grammar of the Yuan and Ming dynasties. But a systematic study of the quanrifiers of the book has not yet been found done. This article not only surveyed and described the quantifiers of the book, but also did an overall analysis of the data. Thus this article was able to learn the usage of the quantifiers appeared in Piaotongshi Yanjie. As a result, ‘箇’ is found to be generally used absolutely, and ‘疋’ and ‘匹’ differ in the usage, and the classifiers of the same type began to show their own characteristics, such as ‘箇, 間, 所, 座’ etc., which seemed to reflect the maturity of the quantifiers. What this article mainly did was to describe the language itself to serve the deeper research. As to the point that whether ‘儿’ preceded by the quantifier distinguished the means and how ‘疋’ and ‘匹’ underwent the merging and replacing still needs more comparison with other relative data to draw a more reliable conclusion.
