능률이 가장 높은 수업 형태는 강의자와 학습자가 상호작용을 통하여 학습자의 자발적인 수업 참여를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 강의실 중심의 전통적인 수업은 상호작용을 지원하기에 체계나 시스템이 부족한 상태였다. 최근 정부의 정보화 사업의 하나로 학생들에게 태블릿이 제공될 예정이나, 강의 내용을 일방적으로 전달하는 데 그쳐 상호작용이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 태블릿이 웹 서버를 이용하여 교사와 학생 간 상호작용을 돕는 것을 목적으로 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 강의에 필요한 기능을 태블릿으로 제공함으로써 수업을 효율적으로 관리하게 하고, 웹 서버를 통한 즉각적인 상호작용이 가능하게 한다. It is well-known that inducing learner's spontaneous participation and teacher-student interaction are highly efficient way of teaching and learning. The traditional one-sided, teacher-centered lecture seemed to be inefficient systematically to support the interaction in classroom. Recently, the government was planning to provide the students with Tablet as a part of the informatization project, but it ended up providing only the content of the lecture, not allowing the interaction to occur in classroom. In this paper, we propose a system which aims to support interaction between a teacher and students by utilizing the Web server and Tablet.

RE100 was launched at a Climate Week NY event in New York City in 2014 in a voluntary campaign by companies to provide 100 percent of their required electricity with renewable energy, joined by the international nonprofit environmental group The Climate Group and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). Since the start of the campaign, the number of joined companies has continued to grow, with 179 participating companies as of June 2019. In the case of Korea, no company has participated in RE100 in earnest in domestic operations, not in overseas operations, as the system and conditions related to the direct purchase of renewable energy by private entities have yet to be prepared. However, Korean companies and suppliers are strongly demanding the use of renewable energy from Apple, BMW, and European suppliers, and the conversion of renewable energy is likely to affect export competitiveness in the long term, suggesting that it is connected to global image and possibility of overseas advancement. The Renewable Energy Choice Initiative was launched to prepare a related law to purchase renewable energy directly from energy consumers, which is considered a problem for RE100s participation in domestic businesses, and the RE100 Act is being proposed. Efforts by the government and businesses are needed to encourage active participation after the establishment of the system.

Background: Korea’s health screening program has been faced the need for changes as the population and diseases structure are changing. In addition to Korea, many countries operate state-led health check-up programs to improve the health level of the people, and the operating methods of the program appear in various forms according to each country’s health insurance system. This study examines other state-led health screening programs and proposes a direction for the development of Korea’s health screening program. Methods: The study was conducted using the literature review method, and the “country” was set as a unit for the case analysis. The operating method of the health screening programs and the financial resources were compared according to the health insurance system. Five countries were selected as Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Taiwan. Results: The analyzed countries mainly operate the health screening program as a management method for chronic diseases, but there were differences in the operating method, financing, and targeted subjects and examination items. In most countries, a risk assessment was performed prior to the examination (screening), and the subjects who needed the examination were first selected, and a follow-up management service was provided in accordance with the risk each individual exposed. Conclusion: Rather than applying the same screening method to populations with different risk levels, a health screening program will be constructed in consideration of the individual’s health level and exposure risk, and the healthcare delivery system will be reorganized so that screening and treatment services can be linked.

The year 2019 was the biggest growth year so far, and also served as a springboard for the establishment of policies to expand renewable energy by launching a RE100 committee, holding a forum and industry meetings to introduce the RE100. Since the start of the 2014 campaign, the number of companies that have expressed their willingness to participate has continued to rise, with 57 companies increasing since November 2018, officially announcing statistics that 211 companies will participate. In April 2019, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced a plan to strengthen competitiveness of the renewable energy industry in order to lay the foundation for an ecosystem where Korea’s renewable energy business can take a fresh leap forward. It was divided into direct and indirect implementations to push for expansion of private sector-led investment in the domestic renewable energy market and to prepare a foundation for the implementation of RE100 so that global companies could respond to demands for production of eco-friendly products such as renewable energy. The Korea Energy Corporation and the Korea Electric Power Corp. announced on October 23, 2019 their plan to implement a pilot project to introduce the renewable energy usage recognition system. It is time for the entity to understand the RE100 flow changes and modify its strategy for procuring renewable energy. The government should set the stage for accelerating investment in renewable energy and strengthening industrial competitiveness by utilizing it.
연산 모멘텀 효과의 인지적 기전과 특성에 대한 연구 개관

‘연산 모멘텀’ 효과란 덧셈에서는 과대 추정, 뺄셈에서는 과소 추정이 일어나는 현상을 말한다. 본 개관 연구에서는 연산 모멘텀 효과를 소개하고 이러한 현상이 일어나는 인지적 기전에 대한 여러 이론들 - 로그 압축, 시공간적 주의 이동, 공간적 경쟁, 휴리스틱 이론과 이를 발전시킨 산술 휴리스틱과 편향(AHAB) 이론 - 에 대하여 고찰하였다. 로그 압축 이론은 연산 모멘텀 효과의 현상학적 특성과 잘 들어맞지 않는 것으로 보이는 반면, 맥락에 따라 유동적으로 나타나는 연산 모멘텀 현상을 온전하게 설명하기 위해서는 그 외 이론들을 종합적으로 고려하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 연산 모멘텀 효과는 피연산자, 연산 기호 그리고 연산의 결과에 의한 시공간적 주의의 이동이 경쟁적으로 작용하는 과정을 통해 일어나는 것으로 보인다. 여러 연구 결과를 종합하면, 연산 모멘텀 효과는 맥락에 따른 공간-수 연합, 공간-연산 연합, 기준점 편향 등 수학적 정보 처리와 공간적 주의의 다양한 상호 작용을 반영한다. 본 연구의 말미에 연산 모멘텀 효과에 대한 이론적 논쟁에 대한 제언과 후속 연구의 방향을 제시한다. The ‘operational momentum (OM)’ effect refers to overestimation for addition and underestimation for subtraction. The present study introduces the OM effect and reviews theories of its cognitive mechanism. These theories include logarithmic compression, spatial attentional shift, spatial competition, heuristics, and the Arithmetic Heuristics And Biases (AHAB) theories. The logarithmic compression theory does not seem to be consistent with the characteristics of the OM effect. Joint consideration of the other theories seems to be required to fully explain the context-dependency of the OM effect. The OM effect reflects the contribution of the multiple interactions between mathematical processing and spatial attention such as space-number association, space-operation association, anchoring bias, etc. In the discussion, we provide our perspective on the theoretical debates regarding the cognitive mechanism and developmental trajectory of the OM, and propose directions for future studies.
노후 학교건물의 외피성능 개선에 따른 에너지 절감 효과 분석

Energy use in school buildings has been steadily increasing due to the installation of the electrical heating and cooling system such as EHP and ventilation system. According to previous study, the old school building use lots of energy compared to the renovated school building. However, the renovation cost is high and the majority of school building in Korea are aged and not energy efficient. As an energy saving strategy of the old school buildings, envelope retrofit is the most suggested item. In this study, the energy saving effect of the envelope retrofit was analyzed by simulation method. The results showed that about 0.4% of the heating and cooling energy demand is decreased with the replacement the envelope in accordance with the latest standard. However, the cooling energy demand is increase. This is because the internal heat is not removed or emitted to outside when the thermal resistance of the building envelope is high in school buildings. The results of this study will be used to retrofit in old school buildings and make a reasonable energy saving strategy.
