AI펭톡을 활용한 플립 러닝 수업이 초등학습자의 영어 말하기 능력에 미치는 영향

This study investigates the effect of using AI PengTalk into flipped learning model on elementary students’ English-speaking proficiency. The participants included 22 elementary students that were divided into two groups and received different treatments: the experimental group completed activities on AI PengTalk before class while the control group viewed video materials. Classes were 45 minutes long and conducted twice a week over a period of 8 sessions. The results revealed that both groups improved their speaking abilities, with the experimental group demonstrating progress across all evaluated areas of content, fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and intelligibility. The control group, on the other hand, showed positive changes only in fluency, vocabulary, and intelligibility. Further analysis of within-group changes based on proficiency levels indicated that higher-level learners in the experimental group improved their fluency, vocabulary, and overall speaking, with no significant gains observed in the control group. For the lower-level learners, the experimental group improved in all aspects of speaking, but the control group only showed improvement in vocabulary. Lastly, the experimental group reported increased self-efficacy, while the control group showed no changes in affective domains.

국내 1인 가구의 비중이 커지면서 이와 관련된 맞춤 서비스의 수요 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 흐름에 주목하여 1인 가구 관련 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 그러나 사용자의 요구를 종합하여 다양한 기능을 제공하는 시스템을 찾기는 어렵다. 현 상황을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 1인 가구를 위한 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 서비스는 사용자의 경제적 부담을 줄이기 위해 배달 및 배송 공동구매와 OTT 플랫폼 공유 구독자 모집을 지원한다. 그리고 1인 가구 정책 및 유용한 생활 정보를 공유할 수 있다. As the proportion of single-person households in Korea increases, the demand for customized services related to this is also increasing. Paying attention to these social trends, services related to single-person households are being developed. However, it is difficult to find a system that provides various functions by synthesizing user needs. Considering the current situation, this paper proposes a customized community service for single-person households. The service proposed in this paper supports the group purchase of delivery and delivery and the recruitment of OTT platform sharing subscribers to reduce the economic burden of users. You can also share single-person household policies and useful life information.

In the modern society, people can easily reach destination by using the rapidly developed public transportation services. Recently, location information is provided through the network, but this is useless to the weak people on transportation like the handicapped. This paper proposes a bus alert terminal system equipped with the arrival information of public buses based on location information and distance measurement sensor. By using this system, we look forward to providing more convenient and accessible services for the weak people on transportation.

Developing countries are most vulnerable to the negative effects of climate crises since they lack either the appropriate monitoring system or a reliable infrastructure for healthcare. The paper surveys the effect of climate change on the prevalence of diabetes in the country of Eritrea. In our effort to find the country that was most severely impacted by it, we investigated changes in temperature and the percentage of forest area loss from 2009 to 2020 across 243 countries. Among them, we were able to determine that Eritrea experienced one of the most intense rates of temperature rise and forest area loss. Based on this observation, we hypothesized that the likelihood of certain diseases rises from such drastic changes in its climate. Moreover, we discovered a significant correlation between the number of patients suffering from diabetes-related diseases, temperature change, and forest area losses. Upon further inspection of Eritrea’s social, environmental, and scientific conditions, it was clear that climate change not only is a serious issue but also one that increases the prevalence of diabetes in an African country. In this comprehensive report, we propose a sustainable solution utilize existing resources to mitigate climate change and advocate for the well-being of the people in Eritrea.

본 연구에서는 고령자의 인지적인 어려움과 모바일 플랫폼의 한계를 고려하여 고령자들이 본인의 진료 절차에 대해 실시간 안내 서비스를 받을 수 있는 병원 안내 시스템을 설계하고, 그에 적합한 사용성 평가를 실시하고자 한다. 고령자에게 특화된 병원 안내 시스템을 설계하기 위해 안내 기능을 일정 안내와 경로 안내로 세분화하고, 각각의 기능에 따라 화면 인터페이스와 화면 전환을 위한 인터랙션을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하고자 하는 병원 안내 시스템의 효용성 및 사용성 검증을 위해 프로토타입을 제작하고, 이를 바탕으로 실 사용자를 대상으로 한 시나리오 기반의 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 향후 고령자들을 대상으로 하는 모바일 서비스의 사용성 및 부가가치를 높이는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study aim to design guidance system, which helps users to know both clinical process and where to go, and carry out proper usability test. This system gives information in real-time. Difficulties of cognition of elder people and limitation of mobile platform are fully considered in this system. We separated function of this system into two: navigating the ways and informing schedules. The interaction for changeover display and interface of display depending on its own function is also designed. We made prototype to verify usability and utility of this system. We also implemented usability test based on scenario that aimed to users. This can be used to enhance usability and added value of mobile service that is for elderly.
