      • Gibberellin의 濃度別 處理가 秋作감자의 塊莖形成에 미치는 影響

        GA 處理가 감자의 催芽床 및 圃場에서의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響을 調査하기 위하여 1977年 8∼11月까지 晋州農林專門學校에서 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 催芽床에서는 GA 濃度가 높을수록 徒長하는 傾向이 있었으며 催芽所要日數는 共히 7∼9日만에 完了하였다. 2. 圃場에서 處理區는 無處理區에 比較하여 收量이 많았다. 3. 切片薯 處理區는 CA 濃度가 2ppm 정도에서 全形薯 처리구는 GA 濃度가 높을수록 生育이 좋고 收量이 많아지는 傾向이 있었다. 4. 各 形質別比較에서는 GA 濃度가 높을수록 徙長하며 同時에 收量이 減收하는 傾向이 있었다. This experiment was undertaken to learn the most effective method of GA treatments for the fall crop production of Irish cobbler. In each treatment with sprout inducing bed, about 7-9 days were required to sprout and thin 2-3 sprouts per tuber piece, but the sprouts were slender. When sprouted the tuder pieces were transplanted in field performance trial on the same days, yields were in order of 2ppm GA, 3ppm GA and 5ppm GA treatment for the tuber piece and whole tuber respectively, indicating the correlation between yield and healthiness of sprout status of sdrouted tuber piece. In all the treatments, 2ppm GA treatment of tuber piece were highest yields, 5ppm GA grew more slender.

        은 나노섬유의 직경제어 합성 및 투명전극 응용 연구

        One-dimensional (1D) silver nanostructures, which possess the highest conductivity among all room-temperature materials, moderate flexibility and high transmittance, are one of the most promising candidate materials to replace conventional indium tin oxide transparent electrodes. However, the short length and large diameter of 1D silver nanostructures cause a substantial decrease in the optical transparency or an increase in the sheet resistance. In this work, ultra-long silver nanofiber networks were synthesized with a low-cost and scalable electrospinning process, and the diameter of the nanofibers were finetuned to achieve a higher aspect ratio. The decrease in the diameter of the nanofibers resulted in a higher optical transparency at a lower sheet resistance: 87 % at $300{\Omega}/sq$, respectively. It is expected that an electrospun silver nanofiber based transparent electrode can be used as a key component in various optoelectronic applications.

        전기방사법을 통한 주석산화물 나노튜브의 합성 및 리튬이차전지 음극으로의 응용

        $SnO_2$ nanotubes were successfully synthesized using an electrospinning technique followed by calcination in air. The nanotubes were the single phase nature of $SnO_2$ and consisted of approximately 14 nm nanocrystals. SEM and TEM characterizations demonstrated that uniform hollow fibers with an average outer diameter of around 124 nm and wall thickness of around 25 nm were successfully obtained. As anode materials for lithium ion batteries, the $SnO_2$ nanotubes exhibited excellent cyclability and reversible capacity of $580mAhg^{-1}$ up to 25 cycles at $100mAg^{-1}$ as compared to $SnO_2$ nanoparticles with a capacity of ${\sim}200mAhg^{-1}$. Such excellent performance of the $SnO_2$ nanotube was related to the one-dimensional hollow structure which acted as a buffer zone during the volume contraction and expansion of Sn.

        급속소결에 의해 제조된 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/Fe-Ni 나노복합재료의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성

        A new High Frequency Induction Heating (HFIH) process has been developed to fabricate dense $Al_2O_3$ reinforced with Fe-Ni magnetic metal dispersion particles. The process is based on the reduction of metal oxide particles immediately prior to sintering. The synthesized $Al_2O_3$/Fe-Ni nanocomposite powders were formed directly from the selective reduction of metal oxide powders, such as NiO and $Fe_2O_3$. Dense $Al_2O_3$/Fe-Ni nanocomposite was fabricated using the HFIH method with an extremely high heating rate of $2000^{\circ}C/min$. Phase identification and microstructure of nanocomposite powders and sintered specimens were determined by X-ray diffraction and SEM and TEM, respectively. Vickers hardness experiment were performed to investigate the mechanical properties of the $Al_2O_3$/Fe-Ni nanocomposite.

        지체도 최소화를 위한 주기변동기반 동적신호시간 결정모헝 개발

        본 연구에서는 평균지체시간을 최소화하는 변동주기 (Cycle fee) 기반의 동적 신호시간 결정모형을 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 개발하였다. 본 모형은 실시간으로 변화하는 각 접근로의 차량 도착분포를 토대로 이동류별 지체시간을 산정하고, 교차로의 지체시간을 최소화하는 신호주기의 길이와 이동류별 녹색시간을 산출한다. 개발모형은 4개 교차로로 구성된 간선도로를 대상으로 적용하였으며, 교차로 교통상황의 변화에 따라 신호주기별로 변동하는 신호주기의 길이, 이동류별 녹색시간 그리고 교차로간 변동 연동값을 각각 산출하였다. 모형의 적용결과 산출된 변동 신호주기와 이동류별 녹색시간은 비포화상태와 포화상태 모두 TRANSYT-7F나 PASSER-II에 의하여 산출된 정주기식 신호시간보다 대기차량수, 통과교통량, 그리고 지체시간에서 있어서 더 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 본 모형은 기존모형과는 달리 연동값을 고정 값으로 설정하지 않고 각 주기가 종료되는 시점마다 교차로 지체시간을 최소화하는 주기 및 이동류별 녹색시간을 산정하므로 연동값도 신호주기별로 변동하였다. 시공도 분석결과, 본 모형에서는 모형의 결과를 산출되는 변동 연동값을 통하여 주방향 이동류의 연동효과를 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to develop a cycle-free signal timing model for minimizing delays based on Third-generation control concept using Genetic Algorithm. A special feature of this model is its ability to manage delays of turning movements on the cycle basis. The model produces a cycle-free based signal timing(cycles and green times) for each intersection to minimize delays of turning movements on the cycle basis. The performance of cycle-free signal timings was evaluated on normal (v/c = 0.7) and oversaturated (v/c=1.0) conditions. The performance measures are throughput and the number of queued vehicles at the end of green time. The result shows that the cycle free signal timing is superior to the fixed signal timing to manage traffic flows of intersections; (1) the proposed model accomplishes the basic objective of the research, producing cycle free signal timings on the cycle basis, (2) on normal conditions, cycle free signal timings produce less queued vehicles at the end of green time, and (3) on oversaturated conditions, the cycle free signal timing is superior to the fixed signal timing to manage saturated traffic flows of intersections.

        토마토 케찹의 물리적 성질에 변성전분이 미치는 영향

        다양한 가공 적성을 갖는 변성 전분을 토마토 케찹의 제조에 첨가하여 변성 전분의 종류 및 첨가량이 토마토 케찹의 유동 특성, 층분리 및 관능적 성질에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 케찹을 Herschel-Bulkley계 유체로 간주하여 분석한 결과 항복응력와 점조도지수는 ADA(acetylate distarch adipate)>SA(starch acetate)>HDP(hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate)>RCS(raw corn starch)>NS(no starch)의 순으로 크게 나타났으며 거동유동지수는 SA와 HDP의 경우 첨가량에 관계없이 거의 일정하였으나 ADA와 RCS는 첨가량이 증가할 수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 원심분리에 의한 층분리 검사에서는 ADA>SA>HDP>RCS>NS의 순으로 층분리가 방지되는 안정성을 나타냈다. 관능검사 결과 전반적으로 ADA(2%)>SA(2%)>RCS(2%)>NS>HDP(2%)의 순으로 기호도가 높게 나타났다. Modified starches were used as additives to make tomato ketchup, and their effects on the rheological properties, serum separation and sensory characteristics of the tomato ketchup were examined. The magnitudes of the yield stress and the consistency index of the tomato ketchup with the additives, regarded as a Herschel-Bulkley fluid, were found to be in the order of ADA(acetylated distarch adipate)>SA(starch acetate) >HDP(hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate)>RCS(raw corn starch)>NS(no starch). The flow behavior indices of SA added ketchup and HDP added one were nearly constant regardless of the additive concentrations, whereas those of ADA and RCS increased with the additive concentration. In the serum separation test centrifugation, the ADA added ketchup showed the highest stability against separation, being fol-lowed by SA>HDP>RCS>NS. In the sensory evaluation, the magnitudes of the acceptance of the ketchup with the additives were as ADA(2%)>SA(2%)>RCS(2%)>NS>HDP(2%).

      • 麥類의 主要品種比較試驗

        裸麥은 6品種中 靑麥을 對照區로 하고 3反覆區에서 얻은 結果는 다음과 같다. 1.標準區에 對해 論山裸만이 收量이 떠러지고 其他品種은 모두 多收를 보였으며 有意性은 없었다. 大麥은 9品種中 關取崎를 標準區로 하여 各道의 漿勵品種을 再試驗하였던 바 品種間에 有意性이 있었으며 本道의 短稈早熟種인 關取畸1號가 第1位로 優秀하며, 水原31號 99.3, 堤川5號 93.0, ??大89號 86.0, 三德全北 45號 82.6의 順位로 良好하였다. Kyung-nam province is composed of seasides, a lot of islands and mountainous districts, and cli matic conidtions of each region is variously different from one another. Recommendable barley varieties, therefore, had their different adaptability in the regions. For these reasons, this experiment was conducted to know the most recommendable barley variety adapted for Chinju districts. Kyung-nam province. The results obtained from this experiment are summarized as follows: 1.Only Nonsan-Na 1 of six naked barley variety, Baikdong, Jukha, Kyung-nam Na 1 Nonsan-Na 1, Cheung-maik, Dowun had a tendency to produce less yields than the check plot (Chung -maik), but all the rests had a tendency to produce more yields than the check plot. However, there was no significance among varieties. 2.Of the barley varieties, Suwon 4, Suwon 18, Suwon 31, Sung-maik 5, Samduk-Junbuk 45, Dyungdai 89, Jechun 5, Gwanchigi 1 were re-experimented. From the results of this experiment, short-stem, early ripening, and the recommended barley variety of Kyung-Nam province, Gwanchigi 1 produced the most yields of all the varieties used in this experiment. And there was significance at the 5% level. In the present experiment, the products index of Suwon 31 was 99.3 for the check plot (Gwanchigi 1) 100. And the products index of Jechun 5, Kyung-dai 89, Samduk-Junbuk 45 was 93.0, 86.6, respectively.
