음악치료 전공생의 동료 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험

The purpose of this study was to analyze music therapy students’ experience of peersupervision as supervisee. A total of 17 participants in a university in Seoul, participated twotimes in structured dyadic peer supervision with a different student. In-depth, semi-structuredinterviews with the students were conducted and content analysis was used for analyzing thedata. The results showed that peer supervision was recognized as an important technique asstudents experienced an accepting and supportive emotional climate that increased theirmotivation in terms of their professional growth. However, the students also experienced anxietyand dissatisfaction when they could not get a definitive answer from their peer or their peercould not solve their problem. The structure of peer supervision could help the participants byfacilitating the process, providing directions, and promoting interaction between peer. This studyis significant that it provides actual content in music therapy students’ experiences as asupervisee, and enables students to apply peer supervision to their professional growth. 본 연구는 동료 수퍼비전에서 음악치료 전공생들의 수퍼바이지로서의 경험을 알아보는데 목적을두었다. 연구 참여자들은 서울 소재 음악치료 대학원 전공생 17명이었으며, 연구자가 제공한 구조에따라 2회에 걸쳐 일대일 형식으로 수퍼비전을 시행하였다. 수퍼비전 진행 후 반구조화된 심층 인터뷰가 이루어졌고 내용을 전사한 후 내용분석의 방법으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과 연구 참여자들은 동료 수퍼비전의 중요성에 대해 보고를 하였는데 수퍼바이지의 관점에서 내용을 분석했을 때 동료 수퍼비전 안에서 수용적이고 지지적인 환경은 능동적인 상호작용이 일어나게 하고 전문적 역량의 성장을 촉진한다. 동료 수퍼비전에서 성장을 저해하는 요소로는 동료의 역량부족과 부적 감정 경험이있는데 이는 동료의 역량부족으로 인해 문제가 해결되지 않은 답답함, 불안감과 같은 부적 감정과관련이 있다. 동료 수퍼비전 내 구조는 진행을 용이하게 하고 수퍼비전의 방향성을 제시하며 상호과정 촉진에 도움이 된다. 본 연구는 전문가로 성장을 하기 위해 동료 수퍼비전을 적용함에 있어 필요한 실제적인 내용을 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
어림하기를 통한 소수점 찍기가 소수의 곱셈과 나눗셈에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 어림하기를 통한 소수점 찍기 활동이 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 연산과 소수점 오류를 줄이는 데에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 판단해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 위의 연구를 위하여 실험 집단에는 소수의 연산에서 어림하기를 통한 소수점 찍기 활동을 실시하였고, 비교 집단에는 전통적인 방법의 소수점 찍기 활동을 각각 실시하였다. 그 결과 두 집단 사이의 문제해결력에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 계산력에서 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 있었으며 어림을 통한 소수점 찍기 활동이 소수점 오류를 줄이는데 지속적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어림하여 소수점을 찍는 활동이 소수의 개념적 이해와 소수 자릿값에 대한 이해를 도와주며, 소수의 곱셈, 나눗셈에서 소수점의 위치를 정하는데 도움을 준다는 것을 시사한다.
Revisiting the Bacterial Phylum Composition in Metabolic Diseases Focused on Host Energy Metabolism

Over a hundred billion bacteria are found in human intestines. This has emerged as an environmental factor in metabolic diseases, such as obesity and related diseases. The majority of these bacteria belong to two dominant phyla, Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes. Since the ratio of Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes increases in people with obesity and in various animal models, it has been assumed that phylum composition causes the increase in occurrence of metabolic diseases over the past decade. However, this assumption has been challenged by recent studies that have found even an opposite association of phylum composition within metabolic diseases. Moreover, the gut microbiota affects host energy metabolism in various ways including production of metabolites and interaction with host intestinal cells to regulate signaling pathways that affect energy metabolism. However, the direct effect of gut bacteria on host energy intake, such as energy consumption by the bacteria itself and its effects on intestinal energy absorption, has been underestimated. This review aims to discuss whether increased ratio of Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes is associated with the development of metabolic diseases, and whether energy competition between the bacteria and host is a missing part of the mechanism linking gut microbiota to metabolic diseases.
Hormone induced recipients for embryo transfer in mice

Embryo transfer (ET) in the animal is an important procedure to generate genetically engineered animals and conserve genetic resources. For ET experiments in mice, pseudopregnant recipients are usually prepared with proestrus stage of females and vasectomized males. However, this conventional method is inefficient because the size of female colonies should be large to select only the proestrus stage in the estrous cycle and the surgical procedures are required to generate vasectomized males. In this study, we established a simple and efficient protocol to prepare ET recipients using the estrous synchronization with hormone injection and the mating with wild male mice. The delivery rate of ET recipients tended to be increased with estrous synchronization using hormone injection (100%) compared to the conventional method (71%). Further, natural pregnancy of the recipients, induced by mating with a wild male, significantly enhanced the birth rate of ET offspring than the conventional method (33% vs. 13%). Based on the results, we concluded that our new protocol using hormone injection to ET recipients and mating with wild males could be more efficient and simpler compared to the conventional method.
Stem cell therapy for dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia

Three different dogs who had immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) were treated for more than two weeks with blood transfusion in an animal clinic. Despite this treatment and hospitalization, there was no clinical improvement in clinical signs as well as complete blood cell count (CBC) including hematocrit (HCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP). All cases were then injected two or three times with allogeneic stem cells through an intravenous route for treatment. Upon administrating stem cells to the IMHA dogs, clinical conditions and the indexes of HCT and CRP were clinically improved within or close to normal ranges.
예술에서의 신명 체험 현상에 대한 주제범위 문헌고찰(scoping review)

This study examines the experiential phenomenon of shinmyungin the arts, focusing on its core conditions, potential therapeutic functions. A scoping review of 39 academic sources across music, dance, and visual arts was conducted. The analysis revealed that shinmyunghas been predominantly explored in the fields of arts and physical education, particularly in dance and interdisciplinary art forms. The experience of shinmyungencompasses multiple dimensions: spiritual (altered states of consciousness), performative (dynamic movement), psychological (expression of inner vitality), emotional (multi-layered affective responses), and social (communal interaction and shared empathy, such as han-puri). Key enabling conditions include open, inclusive environments and active learner engagement. The findings suggest that shinmyungcontributes to emotional regulation, increased physical and cognitive energy, personal empowerment, and strengthened group cohesion. Based on this, the study proposes a conceptual framework that supports learner-centered and experience-driven approaches in arts education. Further research is needed to explore practical strategies for integrating shinmyung-inspired elements into educational settings and identifying specific artistic features that facilitate meaningful learner engagement.

The subject of essential genes regulating fowering and foral organ development, based on MADS-box genes, has been exten- sively studied in several model plants, including dicots such as Arabidopsis and snapdragon, and the monocot rice. Despite the extensive research conducted on foral organ development and the pivotal role of transcription factors such as MADS-box genes, there has been a paucity of studies exploring the infuence of non-transcription factors on foral organ diferentiation. The overexpression of Nicotiana tabacum early fowering 1 (NtEF1) and Nicotiana tabacum early fowering 2 (NtEF2) in tobacco has been observed to result in the transformation of stamens into petals. It is postulated that these genes exert an infuence on the diferentiation of foral organs and the timing of fowering. To date, studies on foral organ diferentiation by single genes other than transcription factors such as the MADS-box gene have not been conducted in detail. Consequently, an analysis of NtEF1 and NtEF2 is required. In this study, we investigated and annotated high-potential EF genes in a variety of plants based on two genes in tobacco and performed a comprehensive analysis in 34 plants. Phylogenetic and gene-structure analyses enabled the entire EF-gene family to be categorized into three clades, and their genetic organization revealed the presence of motifs specifc to each subfamily. Moreover, our fndings suggest that the genetic architecture of this family is highly conserved despite species diferences. The results of functional and RNA sequencing indicate that the candidate EF gene is likely to be a single gene involved in the regulation of foral organ development and fowering time. These results provide a genetically valuable resource by identifying orthologous genes of NtEF1 and NtEF2, which act as regulators that directly infuence the timing of foral reproductive growth and organ diferentiation in plants.
