광탄성실험 하이브리드 법에 의한 곡률반경을 가진 D-ring의 접촉거동에 관한 연구

Sealing part is very important part in the machine element such as rocket propulsion, air-plane parts, hydraulic parts for high pressure etc.. When the function of sealing part in high pressure device is lost, big fracture or disaster occurs. In this study D-ring with curvature radius (=0.7mm) was developed. When the D-ring with curvature radius was under uniform squeeze rate and internal pressure, the contact behaviors of the D-ring with curvature radius were studied in this research. Contact stress components (σ<SUB>xx</SUB> σ<SUB>yy</SUB>) of upper side and lower side are constant with contact length and order of their magnitude is σ<SUB>x</SUB> σ<SUB>y</SUB> τ<SUB>xy</SUB>. Magnitude of σ<SUB>x</SUB> and σ<SUB>y</SUB> is increased with the increment of internal pressures but magnitude of τ<SUB>xy</SUB> has not same trend with internal pressures and contact lengths. Magnitude of σ<SUB>x</SUB> is almost identical to that of σ<SUB>y</SUB>. Magnitude of τ<SUB>xy</SUB> is very small compared to the that of σ<SUB>x</SUB> and σ<SUB>y</SUB>.
