        우울장애가 있는 독거노인에 대한 긍정심리 집단치료의 효과

        Objective : Positive psychotherapy is based on the premise that positive thoughts and satisfaction with life are determinants for improving the symptoms of depressive disorder. This article highlights the effectiveness of group positive psychotherapy on the elderly living alone with depressive disorder in Korea. Methods : A total of 25 Korean elderly living alone with depressive disorder participated in group positive psychotherapy. The participants completed the Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) and the Positive Thinking Questionnaire (PTQ) before and after the group positive psychotherapy. Results : The HAMD and PTQ scores of the participants after the group positive psychotherapy were higher than before the psychotherapy. A correlation between the age of patients and improvement of symptoms after group positive psychotherapy was found : the older the patients were, the better the improvements were. Conclusion : The study shows that group positive psychotherapy in the elderly living alone is effective in improving the symptoms of depressive disorder. The participant's age was found to be a factor that affects the improvement of depressive disorder symptoms.

        시멘트 콘크리트 포장구조계의 구조거동의 해석방법에 관한 비교연구

        본 연구에서는 비파시 시험 및 구조해석에 의한 포장구조계상태의 판단 및 유지관리시스템에 이용하고자 포장구조계의 여러 해석방법을 구조거동면에서 분석하였다. 해석대상으로는 4층 구조체로 된 포장구조계를 택하여 3차원 유한요소, 평면변형률 유한요소, 판과 Winkler 기초, 판과 Burmister 기초로 해석을 실시하였다. 각 해석 방법에 따른 수치해석 결과는 변위와 응력을 기준으로 비교 분석하였다. 각 해석 방법의 장단점을 분석한 후 그 결과 Burmister 기초해석방법이 수치해석이 용이하며 콘크리트 포장구조체의 구조적인 거동과 가장 비슷하므로 포장구조체의 변위 및 응력해석에 가장 효용적인 방법이라는 결론을 얻었다. Various analytical procedures for the structural behavior of concrete pavement system are studied in order to identify a suitable method which will be incorperated in the pavement management system using nondestructive test and mechanistic evaluation. A typical four layered system is adopted and analyzed using 3 dimensional finite elements, plane strain elements, plates with Winkler foundation, and plates with Burmister foundation. Numerical analysis results of various structural analysis procedures are compared and analized based on displacements and stresses. It is concluded, after analysis of merits and demetits of the procedures, that Burmister foundation analysis procedure is the most sui-table procedure for implementation for the analysis of stresses and displacements because of its accuracy and simplicity.

        지방자치단체의 작은도서관 지원에 대한 연구 - 조례 분석을 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 지방자치단체의 작은도서관 관련 조례에 제시된 작은도서관 지원 형태를 조사 분석하여 작은도서관에 대한 지원 방법을 제안하는데 있다. 광역자치단체 및 기초자치단체 조례를 분석한 결과 지방자치 단체의 작은도서관에 대한 지원은 직접적인 지원과 간접적인 지원으로 구분할 수 있다. 직접적인 지원은 예산 지원이며, 간접적인 지원은 공공도서관과 상호협력, 운영인력에 대한 교육, 자원봉사자 지원 등이 포함된다. 지방자치단체의 작은도서관 지원 방향에 대해서, 공립 작은도서관은 직접적 및 간접적 지원 모두가 이루어져야 하지만, 사립 작은도서관에 대해서는 간접적인 지원이 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this study is to propose supporting small libraries through investigating the ordinances of local governments. Based upon identifying of ordinances, there are direct and indirect supports for small libraries from local governments. Direct support is provide budget to small libraries and indirect supports are a cooperation between public library and small library, instruction for library staff, and supporting volunteers. Supporting methods for public small library are direct and indirect supports, but method for private library is indirect support.

        해상풍력단지 J-Tube 내부 해저케이블의 절연 특성 평가

        Demand and necessity for eco-friendly offshore wind farms have been increasing. Research on submarine cables is constantly being considered for a reliable and stable power transmission. This study aimed to evaluate the thermal aging characteristic of submarine cables inside the J-tube of offshore wind farms. In this study, a submarine cable was set in three sections: The first is the part exposed to the air above the sea level at high temperature. The second is the section exposed to repeated temperature fluctuation as the sea level rises and falls. The third is the part submerged at low temperature below the sea level. Aged samples were tested by using the method of electrical evaluation to obtain insulation characteristics. The experimental results show that the dielectric breakdown of the sample with temperature fluctuation was 7% lower than the sample with a constant temperature; thereby, demonstrating that the section where the temperature fluctuation occurred in the submarine cables was weaker than the other. The sections of submarine cable with temperature fluctuations are believed as a weak point during operation; therefore, this part should be monitored preferentially.

        CRITICAL HEAT FLUX ENHANCEMENT IN FLOW BOILING OF Al2O3 AND SiC NANOFLUIDS UNDER LOW PRESSURE AND LOW FLOW CONDITIONS

        Critical heat flux (CHF) is the thermal limit of a phenomenon in which a phase change occurs during heating (such as bubbles forming on a metal surface used to heat water), which suddenly decreases the heat transfer efficiency, thus causing localized overheating of the heating surface. The enhancement of CHF can increase the safety margins and allow operation at higher heat fluxes; thus, it can increase the economy. A very interesting characteristic of nanofluids is their ability to significantly enhance the CHF. Nanofluids are nanotechnology-based colloidal dispersions engineered through the stable suspension of nanoparticles. All experiments were performed in round tubes with an inner diameter of 0.01041 m and a length of 0.5 m under low pressure and low flow (LPLF) conditions at a fixed inlet temperature using water, 0.01 vol.% Al2O3/water nanofluid, and SiC/water nanofluid. It was found that the CHF of the nanofluids was enhanced and the CHF of the SiC/water nanofluid was more enhanced than that of the Al2O3/water nanofluid.

        인천국제공항 식재기반 구조 및 토양특성 연구

        본 연구는 대규모 매립지에 조성된 인천국제공항을 대상으로 수목 식재기반에 대한 구조적, 이화학적 특성을 파악함으로써 합리적인 토양관리 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 세부 연구 대상지는 국제업무단지, 여객터미널, 공항지원단지, 자유무역지역, 진입도로 등 5개소이었다. 인천국제공항 수목생육 기반에 대한 토양 구조분석결과 표토로부터 80cm 이내에 경반층 또는 이질층의 토양층위가 존재하는 조사구는 총 27개소 중 9개소이었으며, 성토재료로 자갈 매립(4개소), 준설토와 혼합된 재료 매립(2개소), 점토가 다량 포함되어 투수가 불량한 성토 재료 사용(3개소), 폐골재를 매립한 경우(1개소) 등이었다. 토양의 물리적 특성으로 토양경도는 성토층 평균 $11.5kg/cm^2$이었고, 토성은 모래함량이 많은 사토, 사양토, 양질사토 등이었다. 화학적 특성으로서 토양산도는 성토층 평균 pH 6.7이었으며, 유기물함량은 0.7%, 전기전도도(EC)는 0.0dS/m, 교환성양이온함량은 $Ca^{2+}$ 3.4cmol/kg, $Mg^{2+}$ 1.5coml/kg, $K^+$ 0.3cmol/kg, $Na^+$ 1.0cmol/kg, 교환성양이온치환용량(CEC)은 11.0cmol/kg이었다. 성토층의 절대적 평균치는 대부분 조경설계기준을 만족하였으나 매립지토양특성상 층위별 조사구별 편차를 반영할 수 없는 한계가 있어 성토층위별로 분석한 교환성양이온별 염기포화도(BSP)는 소성토지역 $Ca^{2+}$ 29.9%, $Mg^{2+}$ 13.3%, $K^+$ 3.7%, 중성토지역 $Ca^{2+}$ 33.3%, $Mg^{2+}$ 17.0%, $K^+$ 2.7%, 대성토지역 $Ca^{2+}$ 32.6%, $Mg^{2+}$ 12.2%, $K^+$ 1.9%이었다. 교환성나트륨백분율(ESP)은 소성토지역 16.4%, 중성토지역 7.5%, 대성토지역 4.7%이었고, 나트륨흡착비(SAR)는 소성토지역 0.8, 중성토지역 0.3, 대성토지역 0.2이었다. 성토재료의 불균질과 불량, 준설토의 교란, 답압에 의한 높은 토양경도와 지중의 경반층형성, 낮은 유효토심 등의 물리적 요인과 높은 pH, 염기밸런스 불균형, 낮은 유기물, 유효인산 등은 식물생육에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. This study aims to suggest adequate soil management through the analysis of physicochemical properties of soil in the planting grounds of Incheon International Airport, which was constructed on a massive land reclamation site. Study areas were 5 sites at the international business complex, the passenger terminal, the airport support complex, the free trade zone, and the access road. Soil profile analysis showed that 9 plots out of the 27 plots were hardpan and heterospere within 80cm from the soil surface. The earth laid on the ground was categorized as gravel based soil(4 plots), dredged soil from the sea bottom and mixed reclamation materials(2 plots), clay with poor permeability(3 plots) and waste construction material(1 plot). Average soil hardness was $11.5kg/cm^2$ and soil textures were sandy soil, sandy loam and loamy sand. Average soil pH was 6.7 and average organic matter content was 0.7%. Electrical conductivity was 0.0dS/m and exchangeable cation concentrations were $Ca^{2+}$ 3.4cmol/kg, $Mg^{2+}$ 1.5cmol/kg, $K^+$ 0.3cmol/kg and $Na^+$ 1.0cmol/kg. Average cation exchange capacity was 11.0cmol/kg. Although average figures in Solum mostly meet the landscape design criteria, properties of each soil layer showed various values sometimes over the limit. Base saturations were $Ca^{2+}$ 29.9%, $Mg^{2+}$ 13.3% and $K^+$ 3.7% for lower soil, $Ca^{2+}$ 33.3%, $Mg^{2+}$ 17.0% and $K^+$ 2.7% for mid-soil and $Ca^{2+}$ 32.6%, $Mg^{2+}$ 12.2% and $K^+$ 1.9% for upper soil. Exchangeable sodium percentages were 16.4% for lower soil, 7.5% for mid-soil and 4.7% upper soil. Sodium adsorption rates were 0.8 for lower soil, 0.3 for mid-soil and 0.2 for upper soil. Factors affecting to the vegetation growth were heterogeneity and poorness of solum, disturbance of dredged soils, high soil hardness including hardpan in the subsurface soil layer and shallow effective soil depth, high soil acidity, imbalance of base contents, low organic matter content and low available phosphate levels in the soil.

        정부에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 포함한 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위해 전자상거래기본법과 전자서명법을 제정하고, 이를 바탕으로 종합적인 대책을 마련하여 추진하고 있다. 인터넷 전자상거래는 통신망과 다양한 정보통신기술을 상거래에 응용하는 분야로서 산자부, 재경부, 외교부, 공정거래위원회, 문화부, 중기청 등 다수 부처가 관련된 사항이므로, 정보통신부에서는 관계부처와 협의하여 개별 과제별로 구체적 실천계획을 수립, 추진함으로써 우리사회 전반의 경쟁력과 투명성을 제고해 나갈 계획이다.

        외래 후두 수술의 술전처치 및 마취

        OPD based laryngeal procedures offers a new avenue to the modern laryngologist, incorporating new technology in the office setting. With the development of flexible fiberoptic endoscopes, compact video system, and short acting anesthetics and sedatives allow these procedures. The success or failure of procedures are depend on excellent topical anesthesia. An inadequately anesthetized patient is apt to be uncomfortable, anxious and hyperresponsive and therefore unlikely to tolerate the procedure. On the other hand, a patient who is well informed, reassured, and thoroughly anesthetized can complete procedures. Therefore, optimal anesthesia is obligatory for excellent surgical results. The phonosurgeon should choose the anesthetic and sedative agents based on duration of action, time of onset of action, and any medical contraindications that the patient may have. And should be familiar with the properties and interaction of the agents used, as well as the signs of toxicity.
