The goal of building energy management is to minimize the energy consumption while maintaining the comfortable environment. To make building energy management efficient, energy performance diagnosis and energy management level determination are essential. However, building energy management staffs do not have the proper tools to diagnose and manage the building energy performance efficiently Thus, the study suggests the easy method to diagnose the energy performance of office buildings based on the amount of annual energy consumption per unit area and energy performance index. Also, energy management level determination method considering the diagnosis results and building characteristics is presented.

The thermal property is one of the most important characteristics in the field of energetic materials. Because energy materials release decomposition heat, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is frequently used for thermal analysis. However, thermodynamic events, such as melting can interfere with DSC kinetic analysis. In this study, we use isothermal mode for DSC measurement to avoid thermodynamic issues. We also merge accelerating rate calorimetry(ARC) data with DSC data to obtain a robust prediction results for small scale samples and for large scale samples as well. For the thermal property prediction, advanced kinetics and technology solutions(AKTS) programs are used.

열적 특성은 에너지 물질 분야에서 중요한 특성 중 하나로, 에너지 물질 분해 시 분해열을 방출하기 때문에 DSC(시차 주사 열량계, Differential Scanning Calorimetry)를 자주 사용하고 있다. 승온속도를 달리한 DSC 측정의 경우, 용융과 같은 열역학적 변화로 인해 물질의 열적 측정에 방해를 준다. 또한 kg 단위로 예측하기 때문에 mg 단위 때와는 다른 공간상의 열 변화의 변수가 생긴다. 이번 연구에서는 이 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로, 등온 조건으로 한 DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry) 기초 데이터로 ATKS thermokinetic 프로그램을 이용하여 열적 노화 특성을 예측한다. 그리고 g 단위로 측정하는 ARC(Accelerating Rate Calorimetry)의 데이터를 이용하여 열적 노화 특성을 예측하고 결과를 비교 할 것이다. In case of the dynamic DSC measurements, thermal dynamic change like melting is prevented from the thermal property measurements. And due to the predicting kg scale, the conditions of the heat exchange with the environment significantly is changed. In this study, As the method to resolve the problem, we predict the thermal aging property using the AKTS thermokinetic program from DSC measurements which performed isothermal method. Predicting the thermal aging properties from ARC(Accelerating Rate Calorimetry) measurement, we compare two results.
AP를 포함한 주조형 복합화약 조성의 열적거동 노화 특성 연구

Purpose: Depending on the explosive effects and purposes, Plastic-Bonded Explosive (PBX) containing molecular explosive powder, metal powder, oxidizer, and other components is developed. Various components have complicated the analysis of thermal properties. Ammonium Perchlorate (AP) is used as an oxidizer for metal oxidation. To analyze the thermal property of PBX, we commonly measured the thermal constant, such as the activation energy, and the reaction rate. In this case of PBX including AP, even Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) measurement, which is widely used for thermal analysis, has become difficult to analyze. Methods: PBX including AP is performed by the TGA at different temperature rates. We described the thermal property using Advanced Kinetics and Technology Solutions (AKTS) thermal software program with TGA data. Results: Two steps of mass loss were observed in the temperature range 25–450℃. Thermal kinetic parameters were evaluated using the iso-conversional differential method and iso-conversional integral method. Conclusion: The calculated thermal kinetic parameter demonstrated the prediction of the thermal aging of PBX.
50~60대 평발 여성의 컴프레션 팬츠 개발을 위한 착용자 필요 조사

This study examined user needs for compression pant development for women with pes planus in their 50s and 60s. A total of 355 women aged 50 to 69 participated in the survey and interview. Questions were asked if they had pes planus, the using condition of foot orthotic, inconveniences during gait, and wearing condition of compression pants. The results showed that 42 (11.8%) women had pes planus. Orthotic insole and arch support were used most frequently. The most uncomfortable aspect of foot orthotic (n=146) was that it was difficult to use unless they were going outside. Participants with pes planus responded that they felt discomfort on the inner area of propodium, metatarsus, ankle, and knee during gait. The purchase and wearing rate of compression pants were not high; however, compression pants were purchased with specific needs and purposes. Respondents mainly wore the compression pants for sports activities. M size was the most frequently worn size. They preferred high waist type leggings and there was a need to increase the compression strength of the waist, thigh, knee and ankle. Additionally, the ease of donning and doffing were discussed.
3D 바디 스캐닝을 활용한 20~30대 남성의 자켓 맞음새 만족도

The study purpose was to investigate the jacket-fit satisfaction level of men in their 20s and 30s, using body-scanning data and a questionnaire. Thirty-five men were scanned using a 3D body scanner. The participants were divided into three groups (Small, Medium, and Large) based on their chest-circumference measurement. Their levels of satisfaction with the fit of their tailored jacket were compared by group. Chest, waist, and hip circumferences increased substantially as group size increased. The M-group was mostly satisfied with all body-site views. The S-group was especially dissatisfied with height, back width, waist circumference, and upper-arm circumference. The L-group was especially dissatisfied with waist circumference and hip circumference. The majority of the participants preferred the jacket closely fitted to their body. More than half of the participants thought finding a jacket of suitable size was difficult. When purchasing ready-to-wear jackets, the S-group and the M-group considered shoulder width important, while the L-group considered chest circumference the most important area. When evaluating the fit of ready-to-wear jackets, the L-group evaluated chest circumference, back width, and waist circumference as poor fits. The M-group evaluated sleeve length and shoulder width as poor fits, and the S-group agreed with respect to sleeve length. Body-satisfaction levels and matching jacket-satisfaction levels differed by body-size group, as did areas that need improvement. The conclusion is that size-group analysis using 3D body scanning can be utilized effectively for jacket-fit analysis. The findings of the current study can be applied to improving jacket fit among young male consumers.
