Les socie´te´s populaires parisiennes ont joue´, de`s 1791, un ro^le e´minent dans la marche de la Re´volution francaise. Les socie´te´s fraternelles, de recrutement plus populaires groupaient les sans-culottes. Ces socie´te´s, ouvertes aux petites gens, se multiplie`rent a`Paris apre`s le 10 aou^t 1792. Tandis que les mode´re´s entendaient cantonner les socie´te´s populaires dans un ro^le simplement e´ducatif, les patriotes leur assigne`rent de`s l'origine un but politiqu. Lorsque la convention eut supprime´ le 9 septembre 1793 la permanance des assemble´es de section, militants populaires transforme´rent ces socie´te´s populaires d'ancienne fondation en socie´te´s sectionnaires ou en cre´e`rent de nouvelles. En l'an Ⅱ les socie´te´s sectionnaires de type nouveau constitue`rent l'organisation de base du mouvement populaire parisien. De l'automne au printemps de l'an II, la France fut couverte d'un re´seau de socie´te´s, dense et efficace. Un antagonisme s'affirma cependant rapidement entre les Jacobins et leurs filiales, et les socie´te´s sectionnaires, expression de l'autonomie du mouvement populaire. Au nom dela centralisation ne´cessaire a` la de´fense nationale et re´volutionnaire, les hommes gouvernementals entendirent unifier les organisations populaires sous leur direction. Sous la pression gouvernementale, les socie´te´s populaires dites sectionnaires parisiennes dure`rent se dissoudre.
4년제 대학 화장품관련학과 교육과정 현황 분석 - 전문가 집단 심층 분석을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 4년제 대학 화장품관련학과 교육과정을 분석하고 그 실태를 파악함으로써 국내 화장품 관련학과 교육과정의 새로운 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 연구의 자료 수집을 위하여 화장품관련학과를 개설하고 있는 4년제 11개 대학을 대상으로 홈페이지에 게시되어 있는 교육목표, 영역별 교과목 개설현황 등을 분석하였고, 화장품 관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공교육과정의 교과목 영역에 있어서 화장품 영역이 가장 많았으며, 기타 영역, 피부미용 영역, 기초과학 영역, 미용공통 영역, 헤어미용 영역, 메이크업 영역, 네일 영역 교과목 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4년제 대학 화장품관련학과의 세부 전공 교과목에 대한 중요도를 분석한 결과 1순위 ‘유기화학’, 2순위 ‘기능성화장품학’, ‘품질관리’, ‘현장실습’, 3순위 ‘화장품마케팅’, ‘피부미용학’, ‘미용학개론’, ‘계면화학’, ‘향료학’, ‘약리학’, ‘화장품제조실습’ 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 산업체가 중요하게 생각하는 영역별 교과목 중요도는 화장품 영역의 교과목이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 피부미용 영역, 기초과학 영역 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 4년제 화장품관련학과의 교육과정이 전무한 현시점에 화장품 관련 산업체 종사자들의 견해를 반영하여 추후 화장품관련학과 교육과정 개편에 긍정적으로 반영될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze curriculum of cosmetology department in university and try to seek for solution for future development of a more desirable and effective curriculum. In order to analyze the current curriculum, home pages of 11 universities are investigated and educational goal, course status by scope, and conducted in-depth interviews with a group of cosmetics experts. The analytical results are as in the following. First, in the points of scope of major curriculum showed the highest level of cosmetology area and followed by subjects of others area, skin care area, basic science area, beauty common area, hair-beauty area, make-up area, nail area. Second, with regard to the importance of major subjects for cosmetology department, 'organic chemistry' have been highest, followed by 'functional cosmetics', 'quality control of cosmetics', 'field training', 'cosmetic marketing', 'esthetics', 'introduction to Third, the importance of field by industry 'cosmetics' have been highest, followed by 'esthetics', and 'basic science'. It is expected that this study will be reflected positively in the reorganization of the better curriculum in the future, reflecting the opinion of the workers industry at the present when there is no curriculum of cosmetics related department.
HT-29 대장암 세포에서 mTOR-VASP 신호경로 조절을 통한 쿼세틴의 Apoptosis 효과

Quercetin, one kind of phytochemical, is known to an important anti-cancer flavonoid. In this study,we suggest that quercetin-treated HT-29 colon cancer cells inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis through AMPK, mTOR, VASP and COX-2 signaling pathway. AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) acts as an intracellular energy sensor and activated by depletion status of ATP. AMPK has been recognized as an important up-regulation signaling mediator involved in the down-regulation of the mTOR and VASP pathway. Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) plays a central role in regulating of cell proliferation. mTOR signaling pathway is immoderately activated in many type of cancer. We determined with MTT assay, Western blotting and FACS. Treatment of Compound C (AMPK inhibitor) resulted in increased cell proliferation of cancer cells and showed that mTOR, COX-2 and VASP are regulated by AMPK. But, COX-2, VASP are directly controlled by quercetin in AMPK-independent pathway. Also,treatment of rapamycin (mTOR inhibitor), celecoxib (COX-2 inhibitor) and co-treatment with quercetin resulted in greater decrease of cell proliferation in colon cancer cells. In addition, mTOR can modulate the expression of COX-2, and rapamycin functions as an activator of AMPK. The results indicate that quercetin decreases cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by inhibiting mTOR and COX-2. The inhibition of mTOR (or rapamycin) can control the expression of VASP, AMPK.
