        선천성(先天性) 심장병(心臟病)의 개심술(開心術) -6례(例) 수술경험(手術經驗) -

        Six cases of congenital heart disease were operated on by means of cardiopulmonary bypass between December, 1975 and April, 1976. Two cases of ventricular septal defects (VSD), two cases of VSD, associated with ruptured aneurysm of sinus Valsalva, two cases of atrial septal defects (ASD) and one case of pulmonic stenosis with patent ductus arteriosus were operated. Sarns roller pumps and Bentley Temptrol oxygenators were used for extracorporeal circulation. Pump oxygenator was primed with Ringer's lactate solution, 5% dextrose in water, mannitol, and ACD blood. Flow rate ranged from 2.0 to $2.4L/M^2/min$. Bicarbonate was added to the oxygenator with estimated amount as 15 mEq/L/hr. Venous catheters were introduced into superior and inferior vena cava, and oxygenated blood was returned to the body through aortic cannula inserted into ascending aorta. Moderate hypothermia ($30^{\circ}C$) was induced by core cooling. Aorta was cross clamped for 15 minutes and released for 3 minutes, and repeated clamping when necessary. Atrial and ventricular septal efects were closed by direct sutures. Aneurysms of sinus Valsalva ruptured into the right ventricle were repaired through right ventriculotomy by d:rect closure with Dacron patch reinforcement. Cardiopulmonary bypass time varied from 66 to 209 minutes, and aorta cross clamping time ranged from 13 to 56 minutes. Postoperative bleeding was minimal except one case who needed for evacuation of substernal hematoma. Intra- and postoperative urinary output was satisfactory. Acid-base balance, partial pressure of $O_2$, electrolytes, and hematological changes during intra- and post-perfusion period remained at the acceptable ranges. No mortality was experienced.

        Subclavian artery 의 동맥류 -1예 수술 경험-

        환자는 남자 33세이며 외상으로 인하여 좌측쇄골하동맥에 낭형의 가성동맥류가 발생했고 수술은 동맥류낭을 부분절제하고 Dacron 인조혈관을 이식하였다. 술후경과는 비교적 양호하였으며 관계된 문헌의 고찰과 함께 보고 하였다. A 33 year-old man was admitted with chief complaints of severe sharp pain on left upper interscapular region and motor weakness of left arm for 9 days. He had a history of blunt trauma over left shoulder about 3 years ago. Physical examination showed a ping pong ball sized mass which was located at the left supraclavicular area and was firm, fixed, and nonpulsatile. No bruit or murmur was obtained over the mass. Ipsilaterally, radial, ulnar, and brachial pulse were very weak and ptosis and anhidrosis were noticed. Neurologic examination revealed moderate or severe weakness of flexion and extension of left elbow, wrist and fingers, and anesthesia of the skin in left C8-T1 dermatome and hypalgesia in left C6-C7 dermatome. Retrograde aortography demonstrated complete obstruction of left subclavian artery. An exploratory operation was performed through the left 4th intercostal space. It was found that the mass was a left subclavian aneurysm of traumatic false type. Proximal and distal ligation of the aneurysm were applied and the sac was partially removed. The continuity of the subclavain artery was established by the use of a 6mm. Dacron graft from the root of the subclavian to the axillary artery. Postoperatively the patient was improved from the circulatory and neurologic disturbances.

        강박스거더 지점부 다이아프램 맨홀의 보강방법에 따른 거동

        강박스거더교 다이아프램의 맨홀은 지금까지 경험적으로 설계하여, 강교제작에 과도한 비용을 유발시키는 한 요인이 되고 있다. 다이아프램 맨홀 제작의 경제성과 효율성을 제고시키기 위해서는 다이아프램 맨홀부의 정확한 거동분석을 통한 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 강상자형교 지점부의 다이아프램 맨홀의 거동 분석을 위해 현장실측과 구조해석이 수행되었다. 여러 가지 맨홀 형상들에 대한 상세 구조해석을 통하여, 강박스거더교의 지점부 다이아프램 맨홀의 적절한 보강방법에 대하여 제안하였다. Since the diaphragm manhole of steel box girder bridges is designed generally from experience, it has become the primary factor in the excessive cost of steel bridge construction. For the economical and efficient manufacture of diaphragm manholes, it is necessary to study the exact behavior of the diaphragm manhole in a steel box girder bridge. In this study, both an experimental test and a structural analysis are performed to verify the behavior of the diaphragm manhole in a steel box girder bridge. A detailed structural analysis was performed according to various diaphragm manhole shapes, and in conclusion, the suitable reinforcement method for the support of diaphragm manholes in steel box bridges is presented.

        배수갑문 테인터 게이트(Tainter Gate)의 진동현상에 관한 모형실험(Ⅱ)- 문비 안에서 밖으로의 흐름 -

        A model test is carried out to investigate flow-induced vibration of a Tainter gate in estuary sulices. The gate model scaled with the ratio of 1:25 is made of acryl panel dimensioned 0.66 m in width, 0.5 m in height in the concrete test flume. Firstly, natural frequencies of the model gate are measured and the results are compared with the numerical results in order to verify the model. In the flow from the gate inside to the gate outside, the amplitudes of the vibration are measured under the different gate opening and downstream water level conditions. Also revised gate models with 20 mm bottom width are tested under the different gate openings and water levels. The results are analyzed to study the characteristics of the Tainter gate vibration in the sea ward flow. These test results are assessed in comparison with the results in the lake ward flow, as a result, presents the dynamic characteristics of the Tainter gate and a basic data for the guide manuals of gate management.

        HR Plate의 강박스거더 적용 연구

        국내외적으로, 특히 중국에서 철강산업의 수요증대로 철판의 가격이 다른 재료에 비하여 급격하게 상승되고 있다. 열연 코일로부터 만들어지는 HR Plate는 후판에 비하여 가격이 저렴하다. 본 연구에서는 HR Plate의 재료특성을 검토하고, 강교에서 부부재와 주부재로서 HR Plate의 적용성을 연구하였다. 연구결과 일반 후판과 HR Plate는 두께 22mm까지 절단, 조립성, 용접 등의 특성에 있어서 차이가 없었다. 강박스교량의 부부재로서 사용율과 손실율은 각각 $10{\sim}15%,\;10{\sim}l5%$로 조사되었다. As business of steel consuming industries is freshly booming in domestic and foreign countries especially in China, the price of steel plates comes to very high compare with the other materials. The HR Plates made from hot rolled coils is lower steel plates in price. In this study, material characteristics of HR Plates is investigated and availabilities of HR Plates for steel bridges as sub member or a main member is discussed. No difference between steel plates and HR Plates with thickness up to 22mm is found in most characters such as cutting operation, fabrication and even welding. As sub member in steel box girders, the application ratio and the loss ratio of HR Plate is investigated as about $10{\sim}15%$, average $10{\sim}15%$ respectively.

        트러스형 리프트 게이트의 진동현상에 관한 모형실험

        A model test is carried out to investigate the vibration of truss type lift gate in the four major rivers project. The gate model scaled with the ratio of 1 : 25 is made of acryl panel dimensioned 1.6 m in width, 0.28 m in height in the concrete test flume. Firstly natural frequencies of the model gate are measured and the results are compared with the numerical results in order to verify the model. The amplitudes of the vibration are measured under the different gate opening and water level conditions. The results are analyzed to study the characteristics of the gate vibration according to the small gate opening, the large gate opening and the overflow conditions. These test results presents a basic data for the guide manuals of gate management and a design method to reduce the gate vibration of truss type lift gate. Finally, the vibration of truss type lift gate are assessed in comparison with those of formerly tainter gate.

        평면트러스로 지지된 리프트 게이트의 진동특성

        Dynamic characteristic of lift gate supported by plane truss is studied by a model test scaled with the ratio of 1 : 31.25 in the four major rivers project. The vibrations of gate supported by the plane truss is assessed in comparison with those of gate supported by the space truss which was tested formerly. The gate model is made of acryl panel and calibrated by lead. A model test is conducted under the different gate opening and upstream water levels conditions in the concrete test flume dimensioned 1.6 m in width, 0.8 m in height and 24 m in length. In order to verify the model, natural frequencies of the model gate are measured, and compared with the numerical results. The vibrations of gate model supported by the plane truss in opening height of 1.0 cm~2.0 cm shows greater than one supported by the space truss. It is found that the gate model supported by the plane truss is less desirable than one supported by the space truss. thus, the latter type of gate model is requested to design.

        강박스거더교의 응력분배 거동에 관한 실측연구

        강박스거더교 다이아프램부에 있어서 경제적이고 합리적인 설계가 요망되어 진다. 본 연구에서는 시공중인 4경간 강박스거더교에서 콘크리트 상판 타설 시와 차량재하 시에 응력을 측정한다. 측정 결과는 지점부 다이아프램부와 중앙부에서 응력분배를 연구하기 위하여 분석된다. 다이아프램부 수직보강재의 높이별 응력과 이와 같은 높이의 다이아프램부 응력을 정리하고, 이들 결과를 분석하여 적정 수직보강재 길이의 효율성을 판단한다. 또한 다이아프램부 3조의 수직보강재 각각의 응력을 분석하고, 콘크리트 경화 후 차량 재하 시와 시에 따른 응력비를 산출하여 다이아프램부 설계합리화 연구의 기본 자료로 수립하고자 한다. It is important to increase the economy and efficiency of the diaphragm of the steel box girder bridge design. In this study, an experimental test is performed in a 4-span steel box girder bridge, which was under constructed according to the dead load of slab concrete and vehicle load. The test result is analyzed to verify the stress distribution of the diaphragm and the middle span. Next, stresses on the vertical stiffener are analyzed according to height. Stresses on the diaphragm with equal height are arranged respectively. Also, the stress distribution of the diaphragm and the middle span. Also, the vertical stiffeners in the diaphragm was studied, and using the analyzed results, the proper length of the ratio of vehicle load with curing concrete to vehicle load with asphalt is calculated in each part of the steel box girder bridge. The results provide data that serve as basis for an economical and efficient design for the steel box girder bridge diaphragm.

        계측에 의한 강거더교의 온도분포 특성

        The variation of temperature in the steel girder bridge by air temperature is measured. A correlation between the daily temperature range, the maximum and minimum temperatures of the day, and the temperature of the bridge are analyzed. With the statistical data from the Korea Meteorological Administration, the temperature correlations analyzed in this study is able to predict temperature variations between the upper flange and the lower flange which calculates the realistic displacement values of a movable support and an expansion joint in design. 강재 거더교의 다이아프램과 상 하부 플랜지에 부착된 온도게이지의 값을 측정하여, 온도 분포와 시간적 변화를 검토하고, 도로교 설계기준과 비교하였다. 또한 측정 자료를 기초로 하여 일일 기온, 일 최고기온, 일 최저기온에 대한 교량 부재온도와의 상관관계를 각각 분석하여 회귀분석식과 신뢰도를 나타내는 상관계수를 산정하였다. 구조해석에서는 대상교량을 3차원 전체모델링을 수행하고, 실제의 온도 측정 자료를 기반으로 한 온도 하중을 부과하여 계산된 온도 응력값과 시방 규정상의 온도하중에 의한 단면력을 서로 비교 분석한다. 본 연구에서 구해진 대기 온도분포와 강교량 부재 온도 상관관계로부터 상하 플랜지의 온도차를 예측할 수 있고 이 결과를 이용하면 설계 시 신뢰성 있는 부재의 온도하중을 산정할 수 있어, 추후 강합성교량의 온도 영향 평가에 있어서 기초적 자료가 될 것이라 기대한다.
