        변형된 LIGA 공정을 이용한 마이크로렌즈 제작방법

        Microlenses and microlens arrays are fabricated using a novel fabrication technology based on the exposure of a resist (usually PMMA) to deep X-rays and subsequent thermal treatment. The fabrication technology is very simple and produces microlenses and microlens arrays with good surface roughness (less than 1 nm). The molecular weight and glass transition temperature of PMMA is reduced when it is irradiated with deep X-rays. The microlenses is produced through the effects of volume change, surface tension, and reflow during thermal treatment of irradiated PMMA. The geometry of the microlens is determined by parameters such as the X-ray dose applied to the PMMA, the diameter of the microlens, along with the heating temperature, heating time, and cooling rate in the thermal treatment. Microlenses are produced with diameters ranging from 30 to 1500 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. The modified LIGA process is used not only to construct hemispherical microlenses but also structures that are rectangular-shaped, star-shaped, etc.

        본 연구는 지속가능한 혁신경북의 발전전략을 지속가능성과 혁신성, 그리고 실천성 개념을 중심으로 모색하였다. 첫째, 지속가능한 경북을 위해서는 생태적으로 건전하고 살기좋은 환경경북, 지역간·계층간 조화로운 균형경북, 그리고 개별 지역의 정체성을 발현하는 문화경북이 이룩되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 지속가능한 경북은 기본적으로 개발과 보전, 도시와 농촌, 사회적 강자와 약자, 그리고 지역정체성의 확립차원에서 정책이 추진되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 혁신경북을 위해서는 지역의 혁신력에 바탕을 둔 차별화된 지역혁신체제가 구축되어야 할 것이고, 이와 더불어 5T산업이 전략적으로 선택·추진되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 지역혁신과 지역발전의 국제적 나들목이 될 외국인투자자유지역을 신산업정책에 부합토록 추진해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 한편 '지속가능한 혁신경북'을 추진하기 위해서는 실천전략의 강구 또한 중요하다. 이를 위해선 협력적 지역개발사업의 추진, 투자재원의 확보, 성과지향적 행정체제, 계획고권의 확립과 지역정보체제의 기반구축, 그리고 정책기능의 강화와 지방공무원의 역량제고 등이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

        TDM-PON에서 동적 WDM 채널 및 대역폭 할당을 위한 MAC 프로토콜 설계 연구

        본 논문에서는 수동형 파워분배기 기반의 TDM-PON 망 구조에서 WDM 파장채널과 전송 대역폭을 동적으로 운용하는 가입자망 구조를 제안하고, 가입자 수를 확대하고 대역폭 활용의 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 동적 MAC 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 OLT와 ONU 사이에 별도의 제어채널을 마련하고, 정보 전송에 요구되는 QoS의 수준과 정보량에 따라 파장채널과 데이터 전송 시간슬롯을 동적으로 운용하도록 하였다. 제안된 가입자망의 성능 평가는 수식적 분석과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 이루어졌으며, 특히 다양한 트래픽 환경에서 제안된 가입자망 구조의 성능향상 정도를 기존 PON들과 비교 및 분석을 하였다. In this paper, we propose the PON-based access network based on conventional TDM-PON architecture, which utilizes WDM wavelength channel and bandwidth dynamically. It is also described a dynamic MAC protocol in order to increase the number of subscribers and efficiency of resource utilization. Of particular importance in the proposed approach for MAC protocol is that the wavelength channel and time slot for up/downlink is dynamically allocated according to the required QoS level and the amount of data in data transmission, through the dedicated control channel between OLT and ONU. We evaluate the performance of average packet end-to-end delay in a statistical analysis and numerical analysis. In addition, through simulations with various traffic models, we verified the superior performance of the proposed approach by comparing with the results of other E-PONs.

        파워검출 기반의 분산형 TDM-PON MAC 프로토콜

        In this paper, we have proposed the power detection (PD)-based TDM-PON architecture, which is implemented with a hardware-based decentralized DBA (Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation) algorithm among ONUs, without OLT's intervention. Of particular importance in the proposed approach is that the hardware-based power detection scheme is used to manage the distributed MAC algorithm without any complex, time-consuming and costly software-processing elements for DBA in ONUs and OLT. We evaluate the performance of average packet end-to-end delay in a statistical analysis and numerical analysis. In addition, through simulations with various traffic models, we verified the superior performance of the proposed approach by comparing with the results of other E-PONs. 본 논문에서는 OLT의 중앙집중 제어에 의한 대역폭 중재 없이 ONU간의 분산적인 동적 대역폭 할당을 이룰 수 있는 파워 검출 기반의 TDM-PON의 MAC 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 기존의 E-PON에서 사용하는 소프트웨어 기반의 DBA 방식과 달리, 제안된 방식은 하드웨어 기반의 파워 검출을 활용하여 동적 대역폭 할당 알고리즘을 수행함으로써 간단하고 빠르며 비용효과 측면에서 장점을 가진다. 제안된 가입자 망의 성능 평가는 수식적 분석과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 수행하였으며, 특히 다양한 트래픽 모델 환경에서 제안된 방식의 성능향상 정도를 기존 E-PON들과 비교 및 분석하였다.

        프랑스 주택 임대료 규제 및 관련 제도 연구

        Since year 2000, French housing and rent prices rose at a rapid rate and the housing market has been overheated. Face to this phenomena, the French government enacted a new law Alur which is a legislatif tool to control the private housing rent price for the cities, where the tension of the housing market is very high. This new law has impacted the housing market in two major ways. First, for the 38 cities designated by this law, the rent price's increase rate can not rise above the IRL, which is the rent reference index. Secondly, this law also permits local authorities to control the housing rent's price following the concrete price guidance. Especially in Paris, the city applicated this method for private rental housing since 2015. This city classified its own area by 14 zones. Based on the market surveys of each sector, local authority made a guidance for private housing rent's price. The guideline is consisted of average prices, maxima and minima price by types, which is classified by the construction year, number of rooms and furnished or not. Therefore, this study aims to understand french housing rent's price control system and draw implementation for korean housing rent policies. This research is meaningful for it introduces recent foreign regislations which could be helpful to control the housing market in Korea.

        Staphylococcus enterotoxin B와 lipopolysaccharide를 작용시킨 사람 섬유아 세포에서 생성된 Transforming Growth $Factor-{\beta}_1$의 정량적 분석

        $TGF-{\beta}_1$ is a potent chemotactic factor for inflammatory cells and fibroblasts. It also stimulates the celluar source and components of extracellular matrix and the production of proteinase inhibitors. Collectively, these biologic activities lead to the accumulation and stabilization of the nascent matrix, which is vital to infection control. The objective of this study is to investigate production of $TGF-{\beta}$ in vitro fibroblast culture in the presence of Staphylococcus enterotoxin B(SEB) and/or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and to elucidate the role of $TGF-{\beta}_1$ which may be responsible for infection control. The fibroblasts were originated from gingiva and facial dermis in 26 year-old male patient. In the presence of LPS($0.01{\mu}g$, $0.1{\mu}g$, $1.0{\mu}g$), SEB($0.01{\mu}g$, $0.l{\mu}g$, $1.0{\mu}g$) respectively, $cells(5{\times}10^3ml)$ were cultivated in vitro. At 1, 3, and 5 days after incubation, cells were counted. Also, $cells(2.5{\times}10^5ml)$ were cultivated in EMEM with LPS(0.01, 0.1 and $1.0{\mu}g$), SEB(0.01, 0.1 and $1.0{\mu}g$) respectively and $LPS(0.1{\mu}g)$ and $SEB(0.1{\mu}g)$ in combination for 24, 48, and 72 hours respectively. Culture supernatants were harvested at 1, 2, and 3 days after incubation period and triplicate culture supernatants were pooled and $TGF-{\beta}_1$ was assayed in duplicate. The results were as follows. 1. In gingival fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination, the suppression of cell Proliferation occurred very significantly since 3 days after incubation, compared with the control and the production of $TGF-{\beta}_1$ occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. 2. In facial dermal fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination, the suppression of cell proliferation occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In SEB exposure, the production of $TGF-{\beta}_1$ was decreased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. However, in LPS, SEB and LPS exposure, the production of $TGF-{\beta}_1$ was increased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In conclusion, the concentration of bacterial toxins and the incubation period correlated with cell proliferation and production of $TGF-{\beta}_1$ very significantly. The gingival and facial dermal fibroblasts have different phenotype each other The orchestrated understanding of fibroblast proliferation and $TGF-{\beta}_1$ production play an important part in host defense against the bacterial Infection and may prevent tissue necrosis such as necrotizing fasciitis and life-threatening syndrome such as multiple organ failure.

        에너지 효율적인 이더넷에서 개선된 LPI 제어 메커니즘

        IEEE 802.3az LPI 메커니즘은 전송할 데이터가 없을 경우 취침 모드로 천이하여 다수의 컴포넌트들을 저전력 상태를 유지하게 함으로써 에너지 효율성을 향상시킨다. LPI는 소량의 데이터가 주기적으로 전송되는 상황에서는 잦은 전송 모드 변환에 따른 오버헤드 때문에 에너지 효율이 크게 개선되지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전송계층 트래픽 특성 및 네트워크 상태에 따라 LPI 모드 상태 천이를 적응적으로 수행하는 개선된 LPI 메커니즘을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 방법에 의한 성능 분석을 통해 제안한 메커니즘이 다양한 트래픽 부하에 대해서 기존 방법보다 에너지 효율성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. IEEE 802.3az LPI mechanism allows an Ethernet link to reduce power consumption by entering a low-power sleeping mode and letting some components being powered off when there is no data to be transmitted through the link. However, if small amount of packets are being sent periodically, such a mechanism can not obtain energy efficiency due to a high overhead caused by excessive mode transitions. In this paper, we propose an enhanced LPI mechanism which can perform state transition adaptively based on the traffic characteristics on transport layer and network status. This simulation result shows that proposed mechanism improves energy efficiency than LPI mechanism with respect to energy consumption rate for various traffic loads.

        Plummer-Vinson syndrome (sideropenic dysphagia) is characterized by dysphagia due to an upper esophageal or a hypopharyngeal web in a patient with chronic iron deficiency anemia. The main cause of dysphagia is the web of the cervical esophagus, and an abnormal motility of the pharynx or the esophagus is found to play a significant role in the above cause. Patients with this syndrome are thought to be precancerous because squamous cell carcinomas of the hypopharynx, oral cavity, or esophagus take place in $10\%$ of those patients. However, for Plummer-Vinson syndrome to be combined with gastric cancer is most unusual. We report the case of a 43-year-old woman who was first found to have stomach cancer under a diagnosis of Plummer-Vinson syndrome and who recovered after surgery.
