In this research, the characteristics shown in organism’s self-assembled phenomenon are applied in the structure of modern city where various contexts exists. By applying such characteristic into the modern city, there is a purpose draw out solutions to vitalize parts of congested urban organization and based on the urban context, lead interaction between the site and its surround contexts, through functional and organic arrangement social and cultural public spaces will be formed and form spaces where it can accommodate as well as deal actively by social phenomenon and urban changes.
라미네이션 접합을 이용한 공작기계용 안전가드의 필름에 따른 내충격성에 관한 연구

Simple adhesive-type safety guards that are currently used are prone to inflow of cutting oil over time, which causes the polycarbonate to shrink. To address this problem, safety guards fabricated by the lamination method are used to prevent inflow of cutting oil and improve impact resistance. Such safety guards are expected to have different impact resistances depending on the mechanical strengths of the lamination films. Impact tests and analysis are thus used to confirm these impact resistance differences based on the bonding strengths of the lamination films. It is noted that the ductility of the material must be reflected in its bonding force and not the mechanical strength. In this study, the results were examined according to the bonding strengths of the lamination films analytically.

Recently, in the automobile industry, the development of technology that can satisfy environmental regulations and fuel economy reduction requirements due to vehicle weight is an important topic. To solve this issue, vehicle-body weight reduction technology is a promising solution. To reduce the vehicle weight, automobiles with a large amount of aluminum use general wire welding (MIG, TIG) to bond aluminum components to each other. However, for complex three-dimensional shapes and dissimilar materials, traditional welding methods of inducing metal bonding and joining access are difficult to implement. Therefore, in such cases, joining techniques should be used. In this study, the mechanical properties of clinching joints without rivets are studied among various mechanical joint methods for weight reduction.
