R&D 전주기 지원형 과학기술 지식인프라 통합서비스 구축에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 R&D 활동에 도움이 되는 다양한 과학기술 지식인프라를 통합적으로 서비스하기 위한 통합서비스 구축 방법을 정의하고 실제 구축 사례를 보이는데 있다. 아이디어 생성/개발, 펀딩파악, 과제수행, 성과창출 확산 등 R&D 전주기별로 산재되어 있는 지식인프라들을 서비스·기능·정보·데이터 측면에서 세분화하여 연계, 융합함으로써 한 곳에서 이용자가 원하는 지식인프라를 적시에 제공할 수 있는 통합시스템 구축 방법을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 통합서비스가 개별 지식인프라 서비스의 물리적 통합이 아닌 논리적 연계·통합을 고려하여 통합서비스 분류체계, 통합수준모델, 통합아키텍처, 이용자 통합인증체계를 정의하여 통합서비스 구축의 효율성과 유사 통합서비스 구축시 참조모델로의 확장성을 고려하였다. The purpose of this study is to define a method of building an integrated service to provide various science and technology knowledge infrastructures that are helpful in R&D activities, and to show the cases that are adapted the methodologies. Knowledge infrastructures scattered throughout the entire R&D cycle, such as generating/development of ideas, finding the R&D project, performing the project, and spreading results, are segmented in terms of services, functions, information, and data, and links and converges to provide the knowledge infrastructure that desired by users in one place. We define the integrated service classification, integration level model, integrated architecture, and integrated user authentication system in consideration of logical linkage and integration rather than physical integration of individual knowledge infrastructures. Also, we considered the extensibility as the reference model for building of similar integrated service.

국내 학술논문 저자명 전거데이터 구축 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지, 회의자료 등 학술논문에 나타나는 저자명을 중심으로 저자명 전거데이터를 구축하기 위한 방안과 이를 적용한 전거데이터 구축시스템을 제시하는데 있다. 학술논문 저자명 전거데이터를 구축하기 위해 저자명 식별 요소를 분석하고 이를 토대로 저자 식별방법을 제안하였으며, 국내 학술논문의 저자명을 대상으로 실제 저자명 전거레코드를 구성하였다. 또한, 학술논문의 입수주기 및 규모를 고려하여 학술정보 데이터베이스구축과 동시에 전거데이터가 구축, 관리되고 학술정보 서비스와 연계될 수 있도록 학술논문 관리시스템과 서비스시스템과 본 연구의 제안 시스템이 상호 연계성을 가질 수 있도록 설계되었다. In this paper, we proposed the effectively method for constructing of name authority data in korean academic papers and designed the authority database system that is applied the method. For these, we analyze the requisite for identifying the author name and suggest the author identification method. Because construction of name authority record costs time and effort, and considering frequently period of large-scale acquisitions of academic papers, our suggestion includes the system that be able to manage and construct the name authority database, and that is tightly connected with the academic paper management and service systems.

디지털자료 납본 보상금관리시스템에 관한 연구

최근 디지털자료에 대한 납본 및 이용에 관한 관련 법률의 제.개정 및 시행 준비가 이루어지면서 이들 자료의 납본 체계 및 이용 보상에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 특히 우리나라는 도서관법 및 저작권법에 의거, 납본 및 이용에 따른 보상금 지급 제도를 시행중에 있으며, 디지털자료에 납본 관련 개정안에도 보상금 지급에 대한 내용이 포함되어 있기 때문에 이들 자료에 대한 보상금의 효율적인 관리 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 향후 디지털 자료의 납본 제도 시행에 따라 발생되는 납본 및 이용 보상금의 관리를 위한 보상금관리시스템 구축 방안을 제시하는 것이다. The National Library of Korea recently proposed a draft of an Act on Legal Deposit and Use for the Online Digital Products and researches about deposit system and remuneration of the digital products are in progress. Based on the law of library and copyright, remuneration of deposit and use products is paid. A draft of a proposed law include information about the remuneration payment. For these reasons, the method for efficient remuneration management is required. In this paper, we propose effective remuneration management system which follows a draft of an Act on Legal Deposit and Use for the Online Digital Products.

所謂詞的尊體, 就是要推崇調體, 使文人把自唐宋以來被薄爲卑體或小道的詞體與詩賦之流同類諷誦, 以提高作詞行爲的社會意義. 這反映詞人對詞體的觀念, 而且是他們要確保作詞或詞學硏究的正當性的努力, 就這一方面來看, 對尊體說的考察可以說是再檢討中國傳統文人對詞體的認織的. 自宋以來, 尊詞體努力一直容在. 可是淸後期常州詞派出現以前; 不能說타是成功的. 常州派以前的尊體論者大體上把詞與風騷相提竝論, 而却念念不忘詞是小道. 常州派爲了尊崇詞體, 使之上婢風騷, 而且重意格, 言寄託. 常州派這楊的尊體說合於當時文人的文學觀念, 因而在淸來出現了흔多專門史學家. 可是常州派還局限於傳統儒家文學觀, 淸末才克服這種界限. 淸末詞學的尊體設可分爲三種. 一, 繼承常州派的尊體主張, 把詞與詩相提竝論, 而且補述寄託說的理論缺點. 二, 以擴大詞的題材範圍, 肯定詞體本身的文學價値和作詞的社會意義. 三, 接受西方哲學及美學觀點, 來恢復包括詞體在內的全體文學之純文學的價値. 通過淸末調學談尊體主張, 在理論方面, 詞體擺脫傳統文人的文以載道觀點的枷鎖, 獲得正統文學地位, 可是民國以後, 在創作方面詞體漸漸消失其固有的生命力, 因而尊體說可以說是只有貢獻詞學硏究方面的正當性確保.

학술정보 관리 및 유통을 위한 에이전트 시스템 설계에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 다양한 학술정보들을 수집, 분석, 처리 및 관리가 이루어지는 학술정보유통 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 학술정보를 수집하여 이를 서비스하기 위한 절차는 대부분 유사하게 처리되나, 데이터의 특성과 운용하고 있는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 종류에 따라 같은 내용임에도 다른 내용으로 가공되기도 한다. 또한, 정보를 가공하는데 있어 오프라인 작업이 발생되는 경우 처리 인력 및 시간에 많은 소요가 되기 때문에 최신의 정보를 빨리 제공하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에, 데이터에 독립적이면서도 모든 데이터를 수용할 수 있는 학술정보유 통프레임워크의 설계와 개발이 중요한 요소가 되며, 또한 프레임워크에 적용된 에이전트 시스템은 인력 및 시간 절감뿐만 아니라 시스템의 확장성 및 유연성을 보장하며, 양질의 정보서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대한다. 학술정보유통 에이전트 시스템은 원시자료형식 등록에이전트(Resource Format Register Agent), 자료 수집 에이전트(Data Collector Agent), 자료 분석 에이전트(Data Analyzer Agent), 자료처리 에이전트(Data Processor Agent), 데이터베이스적재 에이전트 (MetaDB Creator Agent)의 멀티에이전트로 구성된다. 본 논문은 에이전트 시스템이 수행하는 필수적인 기능과 요소에 대해 설명한다. In this paper, we suggest the Agent System for management and service of science and technology information that performs the collection, analyzing, processing and managing the information. Generally, any system can process the collection and service the information as usual method, but that mean can't be clear because of the data process method on different systems of hardware and software. So, it's very important point that the design and development of S&T information flow framework that can accept the various data, and we expect that the agent system adapted in framework guarantee the reduction of man power and process time and the enlarged system. Agent System consists of five multi agents, Resource Format Register Agent, Data Collector Agent, Data Analyzer Agent, Data Processor Agent and MetaDB Creator Agent. We describe the main roles and elements of agent systems.

분산 저장된 과학기술정보 서비스를 위한 검색 데이터베이스 관리 도구의 설계 및 개발

본 논문에서는 과학기술정보의 관리에 필요한 여러 기능을 포함하는 GUI 기반의 검색 데이터베이스 관리 도구(K-Manager)를 제안한다. 일반적으로, 웹 기반의 과학기술정보 서비스를 위해서는 검색 데이터베이스의 구성이 필수적이나, 검색 데이터베이스의 관리 기능이 관계형 데이터베이스와 같은 기능을 모두 지원하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 TOAD나 GOLDEN과 같은 데이터베이스 관리 도구를 지원하지 않기 때문에, 콘텐츠 관리자나 시스템 관리자가 손쉽게 정보를 처리하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이 도구에는 과학기술정보를 관리하는 콘텐츠 관리자가 필요한 기능과 검색 데이터베이스를 관리하는 시스템 관리자가 필요한 기능이 GUI 기반으로 통합 구성되어 있어 콘텐츠 관리자가 원하는 데이터베이스에 접근하여 각종 데이터 작업을 수행할 수 있고, 데이터베이스 관리자가 데이터베이스의 관리도 수행할 수 있다. 특히 K-Manager는 대용량 과학기술정보의 빠르고 정확한 검색 서비스와 안정적인 관리를 위해 구성된, 분산 검색 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 처리하는데 효과적이다. 본 관리 도구는 크게 콘텐츠 관리기와 데이터베이스 관리기로 그 기능을 분류할 수 있으며, 국내 최대 과학기술 포털사이트인 Yeskisti의 콘텐츠 및 데이터베이스 관리를 그 기본 모델로 하였다. In this paper, we suggest the GUI Management Tool, named K-Manager, for management and service of science and technology information that stored in distributed retrieval databases. Generally, it must be adapted retrieval database sytem for web based S&T contents service. But, It is inconvenient contents manager or the system administrator controls information easily, because it does not support the S&T information management process like TOAD, which can use for the relation database, in information retrieval database system. Using K-Manager, content manager can process the S&T content and system manager can manage the databases easily. The proposed tool ctive controls information effectively which is stored in the distributed retrieval database which guarantee the safety management of the contents stored in database and operate retrieval with efficient performances. Our tool consists of two sub systems, one is content manager, the other is database manager for YESKISTI based on KRISTAL-IRMS.
