        태권도 심판의 스트레스 요인이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of stressors of Taewondo’s referees on job satisfaction and organization commitment. The population of this research was referees currently participating in the Taekwondo competitions. During August 2011 to November 2011, the researchers visited nation wide Taekwondo competitions. The selection of the research subject was made through convenient sampling method. Out of the total 140 surveys, 112(80.0%) were used in the real analysis. 28 unreliable surveys were excluded from the data. For statistical verification, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability analysis, frequency analysis, relative relation analysis, and simple/multiple regression methods were used. The statistically verified conclusions of the research are the following. First, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the stress of Taekwondo’s referees, judgment mistake and judgment buying were shown to have a positive statistical influence on the satisfaction of the job. Second, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the stress of Taekwondo’s referees, judgment buying was shown to have positive statistical influence on normative concentration of organizational commitment. First, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the stress of Taekwondo’s referees, irrational assignment was shown to have positive statistical influence on the emotional concentration of organizational commitment. Fourth, 6 factors that contributed to the stress of Taekwondo’s referees were shown to not have statistical influence on the consistent concentration.

        태권도장 지도자의 윤리적 리더십

        In order to search for the ethical leadership of taekwondo leaders, this research is examined with the separation of respect, service, equity and justice, probity, and seeking common profit. The conclusion for the virtues of ethical leadership that taekwondo leaders should consist are as follow. First of all, leaders should respect taekwondo itself, and the virtue of respect can be enacted with the attitude of consideration in a horizontal relationship. Second of all, as taekwondo leaders are both educators and businessmen, they should have the attitude for education by equipping with various facilities and should wholeheartedly consult with the parents regarding trainees’ development and any notifications. Thirdly, within the relationship between taekwondo leaders and the instructors, the employers should secure equity and justice regarding their labor. Proper reward and punishment should also be applied. Fourthly, leaders should prepare theory and practical ability to not degrade the original value of taekwondo, and through correct attitude, the virtue of probity could be fulfilled. Fifthly, through open judgement, outdoor demonstration and volunteer work, the virtue of seeking common profit could be fulfilled.
