        Servo 구동 장력 조절 장치 최적화 설계에 관한 연구

        Tension control of fiber manufacturing process system is usually achieved by using loadcell and powder clutch, which require additional mounting space, reduce the reliability in harsh environments and increase the cost of the system. The physical properties of textile fabrics are very sensitive to several factors(temperature, humidity, radius change of warp beam etc.)which result in tension change. In this paper, the optimal tension control of servo motor driver system using PI control algorithm is presented. The proposed tension algorithm is robust to disturbance and tension variation. First the modeling and dynamic behaviors of the tension system is described. Then validity and usefulness of the proposed algorithm and mechanical system are thoroughly verified through numerical simulation and actual conditions.

        유비쿼터스 주거공간의 기능적 위계성 분석에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed at interpreting into changes and characters of function applied into quantative analysis in ubiquitous house. Digital technology being introduced into architectural fields, It applied expansively from design and construction to user's convenience. The application of digital technology is presented to various change like effectiveness and exactness in design and function of space, which is overlayed digital space to physical space beyond the extent of receiving human needs in physical space. In ubiquitous house, digital technologies are supplied to function coordinated with life, appreciating into positional informations of human and materials, spatial informations. Ubiquitous house is comparably effective into funtional expansion, user's convenience, safty, which, for the future, is going to using on housing of high performance encouraging the application of advanced technology. Therefore this study is classified into human behaviors, functions, performances and characters of digital system in ubiquitous house, which being established into the relation of elements, is interpreted numerically into functional changes and charats being applied to ARM.

        비정형과 정형 주거공간의 시지각적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed at understanding objectively on the visual perception of atypical space and form in contemporary architecture. It is accomplished to compose the various form and the atypical space in contemporary architecture, which by means of applying digital technology to architecture is able to materialize complicated form and space. Therefore this the sis is needed to understand user's senses and affects in atypical space and form. Atypical space is able to interpret geometrically and analyze quantitatively into visual perception. This analysis is applied to Isovist used as quantitative analysis recently, and physical analysis of space used as quantitative analysis defined to vertical elements, which is analysed comparatively to visual perception in observer's point and characteristics in spatial elements. Examples are selected to four examples represented to typical and atypical space in contemporary houses. As examples are analysed to visual perception of spatial character, this study is intended to understand to spatial character in aspects of spatial composition and observer's visual perception. In results of perceptive analysis on four spatial examples, Atypical spaces are composed of changeable spatiality, which are composed changeably of the relational method with adjacent spaces. Also, typical spaces are composed monotonously of spatiality and relational method on control of the length in boundary plane and openness.

        Delft-3D를 이용한 온천천의 조위 영향범위 검토

        최근water front나 자연형 하천의 개발이 많아지는 가운데 해안에 인접한 하천설계에 있어 일반적으로 기점 홍수위가 만조 시 수위보다 높게 계산되면 조석의 영향을 고려하지 않고 기점 홍수위만으로 수리해석을 하는 경우가 대부분이다. 그러나 본 연구는 기점 홍수위가 만조 시 수위 보다 높더라도 밀려오는 조류의 영향으로 하천 기점 홍수위의 변화를 야기시킬 수 있을 것이라 판단하여 부산의 지방하천인 온천천이 조석현상에 의해 어떤 흐름의 변화가 발생하는지를 Delft-3D를 이용하여 분석하였다. 수치해석 결과 하류 경계조건에 조석영향을 고려하였을 경우 하천의 일정범위까지 수위가 조석의 주기성을 나타내었고 하천 상류방향으로 수위 변동범위가 확대되었다. Recently, as the development of water front and natural type river is gradually increasing, it is mostly the case in that the flow analysis is implemented by only the flood level of the starting point without the tidal effect when the flood water level of the starting point is highly estimated than the high tidal water level in the design of river adjacent to an estuary. This research has analyzed the variation of tidal current for Oncheon river in Busan using Delft-3D program, considering that the tidal effect can cause the change of the flood water level of the starting point although the flood water level is higher than the flood tide level. As a result, considering the tidal effect at downstream boundary condition, water level indicates a periodicity of tide in particular region and the fluctuation range of water level is extended to upstream.

        포화탄화수소의 탄수소고리화 반응에 관한 촉매특성 연구

        담지된 백금촉매에 주석의 첨가는 포화탄화수소의 탈수소고리화 반응에 대한 촉매의 활성 및 안정도의 현저한 증가를 가져왔다. n-octane의 탈수소고리화 반응에서 0.75wt%의 Pt에 대해 주석의 몰비가 약 4일 때 가장 높은 촉매적 활성을 나타냈다. 또한 K의 첨가도 n-hexane의 탈수소고리화 반응에 대해 주석과 비슷한 효과를 나타내었다. n-octane의 전환반응의 경우에는, K의 첨가 효과가 적게 나타났다. The addition of Sn to Pt/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst greatly enhanced the activity and decreased the deactivation rate for the dehydrocyclization of paraffins. For the dehydrocyclization of n-octane, there appeared to be an optimal ratio of Pt:Sn= 1 :4 for 0.75 wt% Pt/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst. The addition of K to Pt/γ-Al_2O_3 also produced a similar effect on the dehydrocyclization of n-hexane. In the case of n-octane, the addition of K led to a less selective catalyst.

        Increased Protein of the Secretory Leukocyte Pretense Inhibitor (SLPI) and the Expression of Growth Factors in NIH3T3 Cells by LPS Stimulation

        분비백혈구단백분해효소억제제 (SLPI)는 염증 부위에서 중성구 엘라스타제에 의한 손상 작용에 대해 조직을 보호하는 역할을 한다. SLPI의 새로운 기능에 대한 연구들은 단백질분해효소억제제 역할보다는 선천적 면역반응 작용에 주로 관여 할 것임을 보고하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 섬유모세포 세포주(NIH3T3)에서 박테리아성지질다당류(LPS)자극에 의한 SLPI의 기능을 확인하기 위하여 LPS처리에 따른 여러 성장 인자들과 비교하여 SLPI의 발현을 알아보았다. 역전사효소 중합반응(RT-PCR)과 면역학적 단백질 검출법 (Western blot)은 LPS 처리 후 SLPI와 몇몇 성장 인자들(VEGF, bFGF, PDGF)의 mRNA와 단백질의 검출을 위해 수행하였다. NIH3T3 세포주를 mL당 100ng의 LPS에 각각 30, 60, 90분, 24, 48시간 동안 노출시켰다. RT-PCR 결과 SLPI와 VEGF mRNA는 LPS처리와는 상관없이 강한 발현 양상을 보였다. bFGF mRNA는 대조군과 같이 약하게 발현하였고, PDGF mRNA는 LPS 노출 시간에 따라 점진적으로 증가하는 양상을 나타냈다. 그러나 세포질 용해액과 세포 배양액에서 SLPI단백질의 수준은 LPS처리에 의해 증가하였다. 또한 광학 현미경 관찰과 전자 현미경 관찰은 LPS가 NIH3T3세포주의 형태학적인 변화를 유발시킴을 증명하였다. 따라서 LPS는 NIH3T3세포에서 SLPI의 발현 증가를 조절하며, 분비된 SLPI는 세포분열과 이동을 자극할 것이라는 결론을 얻었다. SLPI가 세포분열과 세포이동에 어떻게 관여하는지는 아직까지 규명되지 않은 실정이므로-추후에 SLPI단백질이나 유전자 도입을 통하여 세포 이동에 관련된 실험이 진행되어야 할 것이다. Secretory leukocyte protease inhibitor (SLPI) involves tissue protection against the destructive action of neutrophil elastase at the site of inflammation. Several studies on new functions of SLPI have demonstrated that SLPI may play a primary role in innate immunity than protease inhibitor, To identify the function of SLPI by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation in the embryonic fibroblast (NIH3T3) cells. we studied the expression of SLPI compared to other growth factors involving the LPS treatment. To address this, we performed the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blots for the detection of mRNA and protein expression of the SLPI and some growth factors such as VEGF. bFGF, and PDGF-BB after LPS stimulation. NIH3T3 cells were exposed 100 ng/mL Escherichia coli LPS for 30min, 60min, 90min, 24h, and 48h, respectively. The result of RT-PCR showed that SLPI and VEGF mRNA was expressed strongly in NIH3T3 without related to LPS stimulation. mRNA of bFGF was weakly expressed such as the expression of the control. PDGF mRNA expression gradually increased follows at time course. However, SLPI protein level was increased in lysates and culture medium by LPS stimulation. Phase contrast microscopic and scanning electron microscopic observation showed that the increased cell number and cytoplasmic enlargement of the NIH3T3 cells. Therefore, it suggests that the LPS upregulates SLPI expression in NIH3T3 cells. Moreover, secreted SLPI may stimulate cell proliferation and migration.

        A patient with right upper limb weakness was diagnosed with idiopathic polyneuropathy and received a series of Korean Medicine including acupuncture, electroacupuncture, bee venom acupuncture, and administration of herbal medicine BacJung-hwan for 17 days of hospitalization period. The progression of the weakness was measured by Hand grip tester, neuralgia and numbness were measured by the NRS(Numerical Rating Scale) scores. After treatment, the right grip strength improved from 12kg to 35kg and the right upper limb neuralgia of the NRS5 was improved to NRS2. The present case study suggests that the potential effects of Korean Medicine treatment for idiopathic polyneuropathy.

        A Study on the Catalytic Property of Pt/γ-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> on the Dehydrocyclization of Paraffins

        The addition of Sn to Pt/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$ catalyst greatly enhanced the activity and decreased the deactivation rate for the dehydrocyclization of paraffins. For the dehydrocyclization of n-octane, there appeared to be an optimal ratio of Pt:Sn=1:4 for 0.75 wt% Pt/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$ catalyst. The addition of K to Pt/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$ also produced a similar effect on the dehydrocyclization of n-hexane.         Pulsatility of middle cerebral arteries is better correlated with white matter hyperintensities than aortic stiffening

        Background: Pulsatility of cerebral arteries and aortic stiffness have been associated with white matter hyperintensities (WMH). We explored which is better correlated with the severity of WMH in a population with acute lacunar infarct. Methods: We included patients with acute small subcortical infarcts who underwent transcranial Doppler (TCD) and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Exclusion criteria were any stenosis or occlusion on major cerebral arteries on magnetic resonance angiography; poor temporal insonation windows; ankle brachial index < 0.9; and atrial fibrillation. We assessed the performance of the pulsatility index of bilateral middle cerebral arteries (PI-MCA) and baPWV for predicting moderate- to-severe WMH, defined as an Age Related White Matter Changes score > 5, and then sought to find independent predictors using binary logistic regression analysis. Results: Eighty-three patients (56 males, mean age 61.5 ± 11.4) participated in the study. Univariate analysis showed old age and high PI-MCA were significantly correlated with moderate- to-severe WMH. However, baPWV was not associated with the severity of WMH. Multivariate analysis revealed old age (odds ratio per 1-year increase, 1.068; p = 0.044) and upper tertile of PI-MCA (odds ratio, 5.138; p = 0.049) were independently associated with moderate-to-severe WMH. Receiver-operating characteristics showed PI-MCA differentiated those with and without moderate-to-severe WMH with an area under the curve of 0.719. Conclusions: PI-MCA derived from TCD was better correlated with the severity of WMH than baPWV in a population with lacunar infarction. Pulsatility of cerebral arteries may better predict cerebral small vessel disease than the aortic stiffness index.
