Nowadays PTL(Power Trunk Lid) system is used to provide convenience to drivers and passengers by supplying additional power for existing trunk lid. In the paper the mathematical dynamical model of a PTL system is first constructed, and the simulation without control is performed to show the process of the trunk lid opening. Next in order to operate the trunk lid smoothly and safely, based on the above analytical dynamic model a PI controller is designed by using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results indicate that the trunk lid is properly controled in the process of open, stop and close, which is closed to the set speed profile.

In this paper, the changes of broadcasting loudness before and after are measured for the major broadcasting channels according to the amendment of broadcasting law and enforcement of digital television broadcasting loudness technology standards. Before the implementation of digital television broadcasting loudness technology standards. all the channels to be measured were broadcast at a higher volume level than the technical standards. However, after the implementation, most of the channels to be measured were maintained at a loudness level suitable for the technical standards. However, some programs are inadequate to meet technical standards, requiring corrective action, and the need for additional research to improve the measurement method.
특발성 척추측만증의 한의학적 치료에 대한 국내 연구 동향: 국내 학술지를 중심으로

Objectives This study aimed to analyze the trends of Korean traditional medicine treatment for idiopathic scoliosis. Methods We searched clinical studies used Korean traditional medicine for idiopathic scoliosis in 4 Korean online databases ‘Koreanstudies Information Service System’, ‘Earticle’, ‘Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System’, ‘Research Information Sharing Service’. We selected 18 studies and analyzed their characteristics according to author, publication year, number/sex/age of patient, treatment period, intervention, outcome measure and result. Results Eighteen case report studies were selected by criteria and randomized controlled trials were not found. The most frequently used therapy was Chuna therapy. Cobb's angle was most commonly used outcome measure. Conclusions In this study, we reviewed studies used Korean traditional medicine treatments for idiopathic scoliosis. However, evidence is limited because all selected studies were case reports. This study suggests that further clinical studies are needed to provide higher evidence about Korean traditional medicine treatment for idiopathic scoliosis. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020;30(4):55-64)
700MHz 대역 지상파 UHD 방송 주파수 배치 방안 연구

The purpose of this paper is to propose the frequency allocation plan for the terrestrial UHDTV in 700MHz frequency band. Currently 700MHz frequency band is being requested by broadcasting, communication, and public safety sites for the use of UHDTV, LTE/LTE-A and PPDR (Public Protection and Disaster Relief) by each site. Validity and proper timing of each request is examined by references, and the frequency allocation plan is proposed. As results 9 channels and guard bands are allocated for the UHDTV service, under the consideration of two 10MHz frequency bands of the PPDR in700MHz band.
