The purpose of study is to examine the effects of leisure activity on the quality of life in the elderly, and introduce implications for improving quality of life, and the results of this are as follows: 1. The difference of quality of life by the social demographical characteristics, the groups of male for gender, 60 years old for age, 200 million won or more for the average income, above the university degree for education, having job for whether or not being in work showed the relatively high quality of life compared to other groups of characteristics. 2. Leisure activity appeared to have affirmative effect on quality of life in general, and these results agreed with previous elderlies. 3. It appeared that active, and dilettante leisure factor had significant effect on quality of life respectively, and the former was stronger than the latter in influencing power. 4. Active leisure factor appeared to have effect on economical quality of life, and these results are similar to a previous elderly. 5. Dilettante leisure factor appeared to have effect on environmental, and social quality of life respectively, these results almost agree with a previous elderly.
수퍼 써키트웨이트트레이닝과 써키트웨이트트레이닝이 여성의 신체구성과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과

This study has found the following results after analyzing the effects of super circuit weight training and circuit training on body composition and candiorespiratory functions before and after training. 20 female subjects were selected from "J" health center in Seoul and divided into 2 groups for super circuit weight training(G-1) and circuit training(G-2). The subjects participated in 12 week training program. 1. Comparison on body composition before and after training Body weight significantly decreased in both groups while Lean body mass increased in both groups without significance. % Fat and fat weight decreased significantly in both groups. The decrease rate and increase rate of body weight, % fat, fat weight, and lean body mass was higher in the super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). 2. Comparison on blood pressure before and after training both groups showed significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. But the decrease rate was higher in super circuit weight training group (G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). 3. Comparison on cardiorespiratory function before and after training Resting heart rate was significantly decreased in both groups with the decrease rate higher in the super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). Signifcant increase of VO2 max was assessed in both groups and the increase rate of VO max was higher in Super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). According to the results from the study significant changes to body composition, blood pressure and cardiorespiratory functions were assessed in both groups after training. Based on the findings above, where super circuit weight training group was found to be more effective, we'd recommand super circuit weight training program for effective weight reduction and improvement of cardiorespiratory functions.
UHF 수동형 RFID 시스템에 적합한 경량 고속의 보안 프로토콜 설계 및 구현

제품의 아이디를 자동적으로 신속하게 인식하기 위한 기술로 주목받았던 수동형 RFID 태그가 직면한 문제는 가격, 인식률뿐만 아니라 최근에는 인증, 데이터 보호 및 제품추적 문제로 확대되고 있다. 대표적인 수동형 RFID 기술은 900 ㎒ UHF 대역의 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 18000-6 타입 C 기술이다. 이 국제표준은 보안 해결책을 제시하지 않았기 때문에 진품 확인, 태그의 저장정보 보호 및 추적 차단 서비스에 활용하기 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 인증, 데이터 보호 및 제품추적 문제 해결을 위한 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31의 국제표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 국제표준에서 요구하는 암호 엔진을 사용하는 높은 수준의 보안성을 만족하는 UHF 대역의 수동형 RFID 보안 프로토콜을 제안하고 그에 대한 보안성을 분석한다. 또한 국제표준 문서에 적용될 수 있는 수준의 명령/응답 구조와 암복호화 방법을 제시함으로써 그 구현 가능성을 검증한다. A passive RFID tag which received attention as a future technology for automatic and quick identification faces some difficulties about security problems such as tag authentication, reader authentication, data protection, and untraceability in addition to cost and reliable identification. A representative passive RFID technology is the ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type C which is an international standard for 900 ㎒ UHF-band. This standard has some difficulties in applying to the security services such as originality verification, tag's internal information protection, and untraceability, because it does not provide high-level security solution. In this paper, we summarize security requirements of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31 international standardization group, propose security protocols suitable for the UHF-band passive RFID system using a crypto engine, and analyze its security strength. In addition, we verify that it is possible to implement a tag conforming with the proposed security protocols by presenting concrete command/response pairs and cryptographic method.
