본 연구는 FM DARC(DAta Radio Channel) 부가방송을 이용하여 실시간 교통정보를 제공하기 위한 교통정보 변환알고리즘 개발을 목표로 한다. FM DARC 교통정보 제공시스템을 효과적으로 구축하기 위해서는 각종 검지기로부터 수집된 데이터가 하나의 표준화된 교통정보, 즉 정보의 양과 질 그리고 포맷이 같은 정보로 가공되어 전송되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 GIS 노드-링크 체계에 기반을 둔 교통정보 변환알고리즘을 개발하여 클라이언트/서버 환경의 FM DARC 교통정보시스템을 구현하여 보았다. 본 논문은 FM DARC에 관하여 간략하게 서술한 후 GIS DB와 교통정보 변환알고리즘 그리고 구현된 시스템에 내한 내용으로 구성되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop a converting algorithm for providing real-time traffic information through the FM DARC(DAta Radio Channel). The converting algorithm based on the GIS node-link system enables raw traffic data to be a standard traffic information. The standard traffic information in data quality, quantity and format is an essential to construct the FM DARC traffic information system effectively. We have developed the algorithm and applied it to the FM DARC system. After introducing FM DARC briefly, this paper presents GIS DB, the converting algorithm and the client/server FM DARC system.
대청호(大淸湖) 유역(流域)의 축산폐수(畜産廢水) 오염(汚染)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

Livestock waste causes ground and surface water pollution, eutrophication of reservoir as well as adverse affects living environment of those who dwell nearby. In order to investigate the pollution load from livestock waste, physical and chemical characteristics of the waste were determinded in the survey of livestock farms. Once pollution load is obtained as a function of the origin units of livestock, the influence of livestock waste on the Daecheong reservoir was studied. 1. For Daecheong reservoir inflow area, the liverstock manure productions of beef cattle, swine, dairy cattle and chicken were 1,135.6t/day, 480t/day, 241.3t/day, 48t/day respectively: Beef cattle was the major source of the pollution. Pollution loading productions due to the livestock waste around the were found to be 53.31t/day for BOD, 222.49t/day for COD, 261.99t/day for T-S, 9.64t/day for T-N, 6.54t/day for T-P. 2. Bocheong stream turnd out to be the major contribution for pollution loading production to Daecheong reservoir with 10,748kg/day of BOD, 47,157kg/day of COD, 1,946kg/day of T-N, 1,271kg/day of T-P. 3. Actual pollution loadings from livestock wastes for the area of Daecheong reservoir were estimated as 1,997kg/day(BOD), 8,546kg/day(COD), 364kg/day(T-N), 243kg/day(T-P), respectively. Therefore, advanced treatment for livestock waste is recommended for Daecheong reservoir inflow area to eliminate the nutrients which are major sources of eutrophication of the reservoir.

Objective : The author evaluated the relationship between the loss of Fhit and prognostic factors of invasive cervical carcinomas. Methods : The formalin prepared tissue specimens of 64 CINs and 27 invasive cervical carcinomas patients diagnosed and treated at the department of obstetrics and gynecology, Yeungnam university hospital from June 1977 to February 2001 were obtained. And then the tissue specimens were analysed & measured by immunohistochemical methods. Results : The loss of Fhit was significantly reduced in invasive cervical carcinomas compared to CINs. But we found there is no relationships between the loss of Fhit and prognostic factors, stage, tumor marker, lymphatic spread and radiation therapy of invasive cervical carcinomas. Conclusions : Although the loss of Fhit was not related to the precancerous lesion of cervix, we could confirm that the loss of Fhit was important in the progression of precancerous lesions to invasive cervical carcinomas.
