        In order to develop the Concentrated Liquid of Red Ginseng with spore forming lactic acid bacteria powder as functional food, Lactobacillus sporogenes which has resistant spore against high temperature, low pH, and artificial bile acid was studied. Jar fermentor culture of Lactobacillus sporogenes under optimal condition showed that the number of spore reached about 20×10^(8)CFU/㎖ and sporulation rate was 97%. Lactobacillus sporogenes powder (3500×10^(8)CFU/㎖) was made from the process such as centrifuge, wash of distilled water and acetone treatment, drying of 2 hours at 55 ℃, pulverizing. The spore of Lactobacillus sporogenes within the Concentrated Liquid of Red Ginseng survived 65% after treatment for 20minute in boiling water. In the treatment of artificial gastric juice(pH 3.0) for 4 hours and artificial bile acid for 8 hours, the survival rate was 50% and 85% respectively. Its storage stability was 70% during the 12 months at room temperature.

        The characteristics of Chinese Literature in Korea Dynasty were these: In the early days the literature of rhetorical flaurisher palyed an important role, in the middle days they inclined to worship So Dong-Pa(one of the greatest poets in China) and after those Chinese Dualistic Philosophy appeared in the last days. Followings are the summary of Chinese Literature in last days in Korea Dynasty. 1. The hsitorical background of the last days in Korea Dynasty are classified as followings: we see the replacement between Won Dynasty and Myung Dynasty in the external policy and the change of the world condition as the domestic revolution. In the ranks the old aristocrats were exchanged for the lacss of noble men, in the world of thought Buddhism was replaced by Confucian-sm, and in the literature the last days were the transition of the Chiese Dualistic Philosophy, 2. As we see the biograpies and thoughts of Sam Un (Lee Mock-Un, Chung Po-Un, kill Ya-Un) in the those days, Mock-Un was an expert of both Confucianism and Buddhism . He had a deep understanding of Buddhism, itsrelated works, and companionship with famous monk sand at the same time had a deep knowledge for the theory of it. Po-Un, having less thought of Buddhism, wasone of good thidkers in the great moral obligation in Chinese Dualistic philosophy. Otherwise the major thought of Ya Un was the practice, discipline, and seclusion of Chinese Dualistic Philosophy. The several thoughts of those Sam Un are samples of tran-sitional trends of thought in Korea Dynasty. 3. As we look into their literature in these replacement period, Mock-Un, having a deep knowledge of both Confucian-sm and Buddhism, inclined to look downu pon So Dong-Pa and Hwang San Kook in Chinese Literature Circle, for he produced various and many branches of his own literature. Po-Un was busy doing his duties; sometimes as a diplomatic officer and sometimes as a man of letter. He went from Japan in the east of China through the continent as a diplomat and cultivated himself with a grand spirit in his foreign journey. Addition to it, he had a deep study of human nature and so his literature was profound. In the case of Ya-Un, being secluded instead of participation and studied human nature instead of literature, he expressed the purified state of human mind in his poems. 4. One of the characteristics of Chinese Literauture at the last days of Koryo Dynasty was the increase of the seclusive thoughts and the hermit literature. These are all meant as seclusion in Sam Un. We know that they took their pan names with Un (it means a seclusion). Mock-Un began the hermit literature and Ya-Un flourished it. Next, the literal view of Chinese Dualistic Philosophy was raised. As the literature of rhetorical flaurisher was exchang-ed for the study of human nature, Mock-Un and Po-Un said that the literature of rhetorical flaurisher was a kind of a trifling art. It is natural that their sayings like these should ignore the literature of rhetorical flaurisher And so was Ya-Un's. The last point of the characteristics was shown in the inclination of worships for the literature of Do Yun-Myung. It is because that the literature of Do Yun-Mying, who had the same thoughts of historical conditions between the last days of Korea Dynasty and Jin Dynasty and had a deep knowledge of three religions (Confncianism, Buddhism, Taoism), was coin-cident with the literal men in last days of Koryo Dynasty.

      • 利子率이 投資에 미치는 效果에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this paper is to analyse relationship between interest rates and investment in Korea. Several problems are exist in the empirical studies to investments, first selection of optimal interest rates in investment function, and the other model building in investment function. This paper are used both interest rate on loans of NCB and yields of corporate bonds to the interest variable. And the model regard with the gestation lag. The data period are from 1972. I to 1993. N and GMM is used estimation experiment. The results of empirical test are, 1. The interest rates are used to investment function have regard to both Money Bank and Other Financial Institutions. 2. The interest rate have an effect on investment after 6?7 quarters. So that interest policy have regard to long-run targets. 3. The interest policy will affects real economy when differentiation between Money Bank and Other Financial Institutions are small. 4. The policy is regard to stabilization of the interest rate.

        牧隱詩의 經書 用事에 대한 考察 : 四書를 中心으로

        This paper is a part of the study on the origin of literature that Mok-Eun pursued. The content of Chinese Classics of Confucianism are much found in Mok-Eun’s poems. Considering this fact, the study examines how Mok-Eun alludes and claims the content of Chiness Classics of Confucianism such as The Great Learning, The Analects of Confucius, The Works of Mencius, and The Right Path, and finds out characteristics of Mok-Eun’s poems through this examination. The following are the summary of the substance discussed in the study. Firstly, Mok-Eun alludes mostly Samkangryeong(three Confucius doctrines scholars should keep) from The Great Learning. This fact reveals the idealistic characteristics in his poems. Secondly, the book that Mok-Eun cites heavily is The Analects of Confucius. Especially he alludes much to An-Hoe’s historical event called Dan-pyo-nu-hang. This fact shows that Mok-Eun bore love of learning, contentment with poverty and delight in the Taoist way in spite of his high public position. Third, Mok-Eun cites chiefly Mencius’s political thought. exhausted energy, and theory that man has good spirit by nature. For example, Mok-Eun’s poem, ’27th Day’. is almost similar to a part of a chapter called Jinsimjang in The Works of Mencius in the content, not formal aspect. Forth. Mok-Eun made poems. understanding the history and content of The Right Path. Among the contents alluded from the book, he used very much the phrase called Yeonbieoyak(Tao is infinite and subtle). Though he could not see the subtle reason. he tried to explain the reason by giving shape to it. This reveals his pursuit for the philosophical reason in The Right Path. This Study can be considered only a draft because it examines Mok-Eun’s poetic thought only relating his poems to The Four Books of Ancient China. Therefore, it necessary to make close examination of the allusion from the whole Chinese Classics of Confucianism in Mok-Eun ‘s poems to understand clearly his literary thought. In addition, the study need include the advanced examination of the allusion from Chiness Classics of Confucianism in poems by Mok-Eun’s contemporaries to establish the history of Korean literature in Chinese character when Sung Confucianism was accepted in Korea. But the advanced examination will be carried out at the next study.
