유니버설디자인을 적용한 수영장시설 가이드라인 개발 연구

본 연구는 전문가 델파이를 통하여 유니버설디자인(universal design:이하 UD)를 적용한 수영장시설 가이드라인 준거를 마련하고 하위요인을 개발 하는 것에 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 가이드라인을 개발하기 위하여 문헌조사, 델파이, 전문가 회의를 실시하였다. 문헌분석은 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였고, 델파이는 전문가 21인을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 실시되었으며 내용분석과 빈도분석을 통하여 가이드라인 구성 내용을 설정하고, 빈도, 수렵도, 합의도, 타당도, 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 가이드라인의 구성내용의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 전문가 회의를 통하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 평가하는 기준치에 대하여 평가를 통하여 하위영역의 수렴여부를 결정하였다. 가이드라인의 범주는 ‘접근성’, ‘수영장’, ‘부대시설’, ‘마감’, ‘샤워실 및 탈의실‘로 5가지로 구성되었다. 첫째, UD를 적용한 수영장시설 가이드라인 구성시 UD 7원칙 중 가장 우선적으로 고려된 원칙은 ‘7원칙인 접근과 사용을 위한 공간’, ‘단순 직관적 사용’ 등이었다. 둘째, 접근성의 하위요인은 3개로 ‘수영장 진입의 공평한 계획’, ‘내부 안내판 설치’, ‘프로그램의 정보 제공을 위한 장치 마련’ 으로 구성되었다. 수영장의 하위요인은 하위항목은 7개로 ‘수영장 진입 계단, 경사로 설치’, ‘수중 리프트 설치’, ‘레인 폭 계획’, ‘수심 고려’, ‘풀 사이이드 폭 확보’, ‘수온 계획’, ‘수영장 내 쉼터 계획’ 으로 구성되었다. 부대시설의 하위요인은 3개로 ‘안전요원 및 보호자 대기실’, ‘수중재활 공간 계획’, ‘수영장 내 화장실 구획’으로 구성되었다. 마감의 하위요인은 3개로 ‘물기에 미끄러지지 않는 재료 선정’, ‘날카롭지 않은 벽, 모서리 계획’, ‘이동을 위한 손잡이 설치’로 구성되었다. 샤워실 및 탈의실의 하위요인은 4개로 ‘미끄럼 방지용 타일 사용 및 손잡이 설치’, ‘가족 샤워실 및 탈의실’, ‘탈의실 내 평상 설치’, ‘누구나 공평하게 이용 가능한 샤워실 및 탈의실 계획’으로 구성되었다. This study was conducted with the purpose of preparing the guidelines for swimming pool facilities applying UD through expert Delphi and developing sub-factors. To develop guidelines, literature research, Delphi, and expert meetings were conducted. For literature analysis, systematic literature review was carried out, and Delphi was conducted twice for 21 experts. Through content analysis and frequency analysis, the guidelines were set, and frequency, hunting, agreement, validity, and reliability were analyzed. Through this, the validity and reliability of the guidelines were confirmed. Finally, the convergence of the sub-domains was determined through the evaluation of the standard values for evaluating validity and reliability through the expert meeting. The guidelines were divided into five categories: 'accessibility', 'pool', 'ancillary facilities', 'finish', and 'shower room and changing room'. First, among the 7 UD principles, the most prioritized principles were 'space for access and use' and 'simple intuitive use' when composing guidelines for swimming pool facilities using UD. Second, there are three sub-factors of accessibility, consisting of 'fair plan for swimming pool access', 'installation of internal signage', and 'preparation of devices for program information provision'. The sub-factor of the swimming pool consists of 7 sub-items: 'Installing stairs and ramps to enter the pool', 'Installing an underwater lift', 'Planning the lane width', 'Considering the depth', 'Securing the width of the pool side', 'Planning the water temperature', ' It consisted of 'plan for shelter in the swimming pool'. The sub-factors of the auxiliary facilities consist of three sub-factors: 'waiting room for safety personnel and guardians', 'aquatic rehabilitation space plan', and 'toilet compartment in the swimming pool'. The three sub-factors of the finish consisted of 'selection of a material that does not slip in water', 'non-sharp wall, corner planning', and 'installation of a handle for movement'. The shower and changing room sub-factors consisted of 4 sub-factors: 'Use of anti-slip tiles and installation of handrails', 'Family shower and changing rooms', 'Plant installation in changing rooms', and 'Plan of showers and changing rooms that can be used equally by everyone'.
