조직 구성원의 사회적 네트워크 특성, 자기주도학습 능력 및 경력개발 효과성의 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 조직 구성원의 사회적 네트워크 특성, 자기주도학습 능력 및 경력개발 효과성의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 구체적으로 사회적 네트워크 특성과 경력개발 효과성의 관계에서 자기주도학습 능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 설문조사는 2018년 2월 5일부터 3월 2일까지 실시되었으며, 이를 통해 25개 민간 기업의 316개 케이스를 확보하였다. 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 AMOS, SPSS와 UCINET 프로그램을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석 및 사회적 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 통계 분석을 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과업 중심 네트워크에서 외향 연결 중심성과 외향 근접 중심성은 자기주도학습 능력에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 이를 매개로 경력 적응력과 자기주도학습 능력에 간접적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 외향 연결 중심성은 경력 적응력에 직접적인 부(-)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 친교 중심 네트워크에서는 매개 중심성이 자기주도학습 능력에 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 이를 매개로 경력 적응력과 주관적 경력성공에 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 구성원들의 사회적 네트워크를 활성화하고, 자기주도 학습 능력 및 경력개발 효과성을 증진 시키기 위한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between the social networks, self-directed learning ability, and career development effectiveness of organization employees. To accomplish the research purpose, this study investigated the mediating effects of self-directed learning ability on the relationship between social networks and career development effectiveness. Through the survey questionnaires, data for analysis were collected from 316 employees in 25 private organizations from February 5 to March 2, 2018. To solve the research problem, SNA(social network analysis), CFA(confirmatory factor analysis), and SEM(structural equation modeling) were conducted to identify the structural relationship using AMOS, SPSS, and UCINET. The results of this study were as follows. First, in task advice networks, out-degree centrality and out-closeness centrality had positive effects on self-directed learning ability and indirect effects on career adaptability and subjective career success. However, out-degree centrality negatively affected career adaptability. Second, in friendship networks, between centrality positively affected career adaptability, and had indirect effect on career adaptability and subjective career success. Based on these results, this study derived theoretical and practical implications for employees’ social networks, self-directed learning ability, and career development.

진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 심리적 안녕감 요인 분석 : 위계적회귀분석을 통한 삶의 목적의 중요성

본 연구는 진로정체감(진로탐색, 진로몰입, 진로재고)에 영향을 미치는 심리적 안녕감 6가지 하위 요인의 상대적 영향력을 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 서울소재 상위권 대학교에 재학중인 대학생 284명(여학생 123명, 43.3%)을 대상으로 설문이 실시되었으며 수집된 데이터를 활용하여 상관분석과 위계적회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 상관분석에서 진로탐색, 진로몰입, 진로재고 모두 심리적 안녕감 하위요인 중 삶의 목적과 가장 높은 상관을 보고하였다. 위계적 회귀분석에서는 개인, 환경, 개인과 환경에 대한 이해 및 태도 특성에 따라 자기수용, 자율성, 개인적 성장, 긍정적 대인관계, 환경에 대한 통제력, 삶의 목적의 순서로 독립변인이 투입되었다. 그 결과, 최종적으로 삶의 목적은 진로탐색, 진로몰입, 진로재고 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자율성은 진로탐색에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 그 외의 심리적 안녕감 요인들은 삶의 목적이 투입되었을 때 진로정체감 하위 영역에 대한 유의한 영향력을 모두 잃는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 진로정체감 세 하위영역에 영향을 미치는 심리적 안녕감 하위요인들의 상대적 영향력을 구체적으로 확인한 첫 연구라는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 본 연구에 대한 한계 및 진로상담 현장에서의 개입전략과 함의점, 후속 연구에서의 방향성 등이 함께 제시되었다. This study examined the relative influence of the six factors of psychological well-being(self acceptance, autonomy, personal growth, positive relationships, environmental mastery and purpose in life) on vocational identity(career exploration, career commitment and career reconsideration). A total of 284 (female 123, 43.3%) university students were surveyed. The findings of correlation and hierarchicla multiple regression analyses were summarized as follows. In the correlation analysis, all varibles of vocationl identity, that is career exploration, career commitment and career reconsideration, showed the highest correlation with purpose in life. For hierarchical multiple regression anlyses, variables were entered in the order of self acceptance, autonomy, personal growth, positive relationships, environmental mastery and purpose in life. In the final model, purpose in life had significant influence on career exploration, career commitment and career reconsideration. Also, autonomy affected on career exploration significantly. However, it was found that other psychological well-being factors were found to lose all significant influences on the vocational identity variables when the purpose in life was entered. This study is significant in that it is the first study to specifically investigate the relative effects of the psychological well-being affecting the three sub-dimensions of vocational identity. The study also presented its limitation, implications for career counseling intervention, and directions for futures research.

융합인재교육(STEAM)을 위한 어린이디자인교육 학습모형 연구 -STEAM학습준거와 문제중심학습모형(PBL) 연계를 중심으로-

질문하지 않는 아이들은 창의적인 관점을 가질수 없고, 새로운 시대의 힘이 되는 융합과 창조의 에너지가 부족하기 마련이다. 우리 STEAM을 실현하기 위해서는 ‘A’ 즉, ‘예술’의 장점을 제대로 활용한 학생스스로 참여하며 알아나가는 과정에서 여러 교과의 지식이 사용되고, 탐구되는 수업이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 초등학교 3-4학년 어린이들이 디자인교육시간을 통해 디자인이 가지고 있는 과정의 중요성과 타인과의 소통, 자신의 생각을 발표하고, 다양한 교과와 연계하여 관련 자료를 찾아내며, 실용적이고 아름다운 표현방법을 선택하는 모든 과정을 ‘STEAM 학습준거’와 ‘문제중심학습모형’을 학습단계에 연계하여 총 7차시동안 진행되는‘STEAM기반 문제중심 학습모형을 활용한 디자인교육 학습모형’을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디자인교육 학습모형을 통하여 어린이들은 자신의 관심을 세상으로 돌리고 세상을 위해 보다 창의적인 아이디어를 쏟아내며, 이를 실현하기 위해 과학과 수학, 문학과 사회, 철학 등을 스스로 알아가는 진정한 융합인재교육의 기쁨을 경험하게 된다. To accomplish this, through design education lessons targeted towards 3rd and 4th grade elementary school children, this study proposed a seven session ‘Design Education Learning Model that Utilizes a STEAM Based PBL Model’ where students learned about the importance of the process of design and communication with others, and shared their own thoughts on these matters, and discovered related materials connected to various other subjects of studies, and connected all the processes of selecting practical and beautiful expression methods to the ‘STEAM education criteria’ and ‘Problem Solving Focused Education Model’ learning processes. Through the Design Education Learning Model that is proposed in this study, children will be able to focus their attention to their true interests and passions in their life, and they will be able to shareever creative ideas with the world, and to accomplishthis through the process of learning science and math, literature and social studies, and philosophy etc., they can experience the genuine pleasure of STEAM.

캘리그래피의 공간표현을 통한 시각 커뮤니케이션 연구 : 한국영화 포스터디자인을 중심으로

우리의 환경은 끊임없이 변화하고 과거의 문화는 새로운 변화를 요구받고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름 가운데 사람들은 지난 시절에 대한 추억과 향수 그리움 등 아날로그적인 감성을 요구하게 되었다. 감성을 불러일으키는 정서적 요인들 중에 과거의 대상은 익숙함과 친밀함의 특성을 가지고 있으므로 캘리그래피에 주목하는 것은 우리 민족의 미적정서와 조형 의식에 적합한 형태인 붓의 느낌이 주는 부드러움과 자연스러움으로 우리의 미적 정서와 조형 의식에 가장 편안한 인간적인 따뜻함을 주기 때문이다. 캘리그래피는 영화의 내용을 적절하게 표현하고 효과적으로 전달하는 수단이자 표현방법이다. 현재 영화포스터 타이틀로고의 캘리그래피는 표현에 있어 기존 서체에 없는 특별한 느낌으로 사람들에게 강한 인상을 주고 그 기능을 인정받으며 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 캘리그래피의 커뮤니케이션 원리를 단순히 붓으로 표현되는 형태적인 차별화에서 오는 감성의 영역 외에 타이포 그래피의 관점에서 캘리그래피가 가지는 여백의 공간과 먹의 번짐 및 선의 흐름을 통해 형성되는 공간을 통한 시각 커뮤니케이션의 사례를 살펴보았다. 캘리그래피를 한 시대의 유행으로 해석할 것이 아니라 발전적 가능성을 충분히 내포하고 있는 것으로 새로운 사고와 끊임없는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Our environment is continuously changing and past culture is also forced to change. In this current of time people demand analogical sensibilities- memory nostalgia and yearning etc. Among the affective factors that arouse sensibility objects of the past years commonly have characteristics of familiarity and intimacy. For these reasons people look up calligraphy and feel the softness and the naturalness conveyed within the sense of brush. Because calligraphy delivers to us personal warmth that is accorded with our aesthetic sentiments and formative impression. The calligraphy is the ways and means to effectively represent and communicate the contents of movie. Recently the calligraphy in a title logo in the movie poster is highly getting influenced as a particular feeling with the fonts which is the non-existing fonts. Therefore it makes a deep impression on peoples mind. This paper Calligraphy's visual communication principle that spread with space found flow of line. By conclusion this paper suggests that it should be continuous studies and innovative thoughts in terms of that calligraphy should not be interpreted with fads of the times but should be interpreted that calligraphy implies enough the growing possibilities. Also this paper insists that calligraphy can be shown more ample.

지방자치단체의 공공디자인사업 발전 방향에 관한 연구 : 인천시 계양구 슈퍼그래픽 설치 사례를 중심으로

우리나라는 지금 공공디자인에 대한 열의와 관심이 가열되고 있는 가운데 중앙정부차원의 기획뿐 아니라 지방자치단체별로 지역의 특성을 홍보하고 쾌적하고 문화적 가치를 높일 수 있는 공공디자인 프로젝트를 진행하고자 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 선진 유럽의 성공적인 사례들에 비하여 지역의 특성과 환경을 반영하지 못하고 경쟁적으로 이루어져 그 효율과 환경개선의 역할을 다하지 못하는 아쉬움을 가지고 있다. 이는 보다 나은 환경을 위한 공공디자인분야의 발전을 위한 실험기라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천시 계양구의 희망근로사업의 일환으로 진행된'도심 속 공공디자인프로젝트'의 슈퍼그래픽작업의 실제 진행을 소개하면서 공공디자인의 대표적인 표현분야인 슈퍼그래픽의 사례를 통하여 현재 우리 지방자치단체의 공공디자인사업에 대한 제도적 실천적 어려움을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위한 해결점을 찾아보고자 하였다. 제도적 부분에서의 공공디자인 지원의 체계화와 설치 사후 관리의 문제를 선진국의 사례와 비교하는 가운데 특히 기금마련의 정책 시스템 부재의 해결이 시급하였으며 실천적 문제로서 사업추진을 위한 면밀한 도시환경에 대한 조사와 시민들의 의견 반영 창구가 마련되지 못한 점 설치 후의 사후관리가 체계적으로 지원되지 못하는 아쉬움이 두르러졌다. 이러한 문제점들의 해결안을 세우고 반영함으로써 도시의 전체적인 미관을 완성하는 차원의 공공디자인사업의 진행은 보다 성공적인 지역자치단체 홍보와 도시이미지 개선에 기여할 수 있는 공공디자인의 발전방향이 될 것이다. The Public design of korea local governments are just handled in competitive manner without reflecting local feature and environment other countries which have been concerned in public design since long. Super graphic is an important medium in public design as it can be used for creating an inviting social and culture space communicating ideas and information providing physical and mental support for the community an identity for the public spae and accessability of art. This study therefore focuses on the development direction for public design and advanced examples. We analyzed an example of local development and public in Gyeyang-go Incheon. This study is expected to be specific and feasible basic on development direction of public design which arouses the importance of local public design and heightens vitality and attractiveness of local area by suggesting development direction for public design and alternatives for each component following local features.
