Takju, a Korean traditional rice wine, was prepared using Koji and Nuluk which were inoculated with single or combination culture of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus shirousamii, and Aspergillus kawachii to investigate changes in mineral, amino acid and organic acid during fermentation. The mineral content showed a range of 1.50∼15.20ppm for Ca, 0.22∼0.25ppm for Cu, 1.60∼2.10ppm for Fe, 0.17∼0.55ppm for Mn, 0.68∼1.00ppm for Zn, 3.00∼40.50ppm for K, 5.25∼19.50 for Mg, 1.43∼2.95ppm for Na, and 3.00∼63.0ppm for P. It has been found that Takju had 16 kinds of amino acid including aspartic acid. A. niger Nuluk showed the highest contents in total amino acids, while A. kawachii Koji was the lowest in amino acids. The major amino acids were glutamic acid, alanine, leucine, and phenylalanine. The order of organic acids from the highest content in Takju were citric acid$gt; tartaric acid$gt; pyruvic acid$gt; malic acid$gt; lactic acid $gt; acetic acid.
펄스 레이저 증착법을 이용한 BiFeO3BaTiO3 고용체의 강유전 및 누설전류 특성

A polycrystalline 0.67BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3 solid-solution thin film was prepared on a Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrate by using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at different pressure, such as 10 mTorr, 30 mTorr, 50 mTorr, and 100 mTorr, and the crystal structure, the microstructure, the leakage current, and the ferroelectric properties were investigated. The 0.67BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3 thin film deposited at 30 mTorr exhibited good ferroelectric properties with a large remnant polarization (2Pr = 28 μC/cm2) and a low coercive field (2Ec = 342 kV/cm), which were due to the high (111) preferred orientation and the uniform large grain size. 펄스 레이저 증착법을 이용하여 Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) 기판 위에 0.67BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3 박막을 10 mTorr, 30 mTorr, 50 mTorr, 100 mTorr의 다양한 산소 분위기에서 540 ℃의 온도에서 제작하여 결정구조, 미세구조, 강유전 및 누설전류 특성을 연구하였다. 30 mTorr의 산소 분위기에서 제작한 0.67BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3 박막에서 우수한 잔류분극 (2Pr = 28 μC/cm2) 과 낮은 항전계장 (2Ec = 342 kV/cm)을 나타내었으며 이와 같은 결과는 X-선 회절패턴에서 나타나는 높은 (111) 방향으로 우선배향과 균일하고 큰 낟알에 기인하고 있다.
Lead-free piezoelectric BiFeO3-BaTiO3 thin film with high Curie temperature

Polycrystalline 0.67Bi1.05FeO3-0.33BaTiO3 (BF33BT) lead-free piezoelectric thin film is fabricated on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrate by using pulsed laser deposition technique. The remnant polarization (2Pr) and coercive field (2EC) observed from polarization hysteresis (P-E) loop are 18 mC/cm2 and 208 kV/ cm, respectively. The local piezoelectric constant (d33,PFM) of BF33BT thin film is 92.5 pm/V which is as high as lead-based piezoelectric thin film results. From the temperature dependent dielectric constant result, the Curie temperature is 405 C. These results show that BF33BT thin film is a promising candidate for lead-free piezoelectric nano- and micro-devices with high Curie temperature.
수술후 장폐쇄 환자에서 감압목적의 Miller-Abbott 관을 통한 소장관장법의 유용성

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of enteroclysis through the previously insertedMiller-Abbott (M-A) tube for decompression in the postoperative intestinal obstruction. Materials & Methods : Thisstudy includes twenty patients who had intestinal obstruction symptoms after operation for benign(12) ormalignant(8) abdominal lesions. Small amount of barium was introduced to M-A tube for enteroclysis. We evaluatedthe presence, level, degree, and causes of obstruction on enteroclysis, compared with surgical(11) and clinical(9)findings. Results : Obstruction was seen in 18 cases including the two cases in which the level of obstruction wasnot clear. There was no obstruction in two cases. Obstruction on enteroclysis was demonstrated in all 11 operatedcases(100% accuracy, 11\11). The level of obstruction on enteroclysis were jejunum in three cases, ileum in seven,and colon in one case. The levels of obstruction on enteroclysis were matched with those in operation field in 10cases. There were two cases of nonobstruction, nine cases of low-grade partial obstruction, and nine cases ofhigh-grade partial obstruction. We analyzed the findings on enteroclysis regarding causes of obstruction in 16patients with the findings of adhesive bands of extrinsic cause(9), cancer recurrence of intrinsic cause(6), andbezoar of intraluminal cause(1). Misinterpreted cases were two cases(87.7% accuracy, 14/16). The cause, fornonvisualization of obstruction site on enteroclysis in four patients included technical failure such asinadequate location of tube(1) and bowel overlapping(1), minimal obstruction(1), and nonexistent obstruction(1),in spite of diffuse edematous mucosa. Conclusion : Enteroclysis through the M-A tube for decompression in patientswith postoperative intestinal obstruction is an useful method for evaluation of intestinal obstruction.

The influence of various calcium carbonate on the physical properties of natural rubber have teen carries out extensive experiments on compounding. Final evaluation was made through various kinds of physical test-tensile strength, modulus, tear strength and hardnees-including particle size. The results are as follows: 1. Generally, tile tensile strength, modulus and tear strength showed the similar tendency in various calcium carbonate compounding. 2. The maximum volume of general using have been obtained with 150 phr calcium carbonate in $NR-CaCO_3$ compounding. 3. The particle size of domestic calcium carbonate showed $1.0\mu-2.6\mu$.
