A study on the growth and properties of KTP single crystals

KTP 종자결정의 육성을 수열법에 의해 행하였으며, 육성결정의 물성은 적외분광 광도계를 이용하여 조사하였다.종자결정의 육성에 있어 큰 성장속도를 나타내는 수열 조건은 다음과 같다. 즉, 온도범위,$430~450^{\circ}C $ ; 수열용매, 4몰 KF용액 ; 온도차, $30<{\triangle}T<65^{\circ}C$ ; 충진율%, 65% ; 육성방법, 수직온도 구배법. 이와 같은조건하에서 얻어진 KTP단 결정의 형태는(100), (011), (201)면이 잘 발달하는 경향이 있었으며 그리고 육성결정 중에는hydroxyl group이 존재하였다. KTP seed crystals were grown by the hydrothermal method and the properties of grown crystals were investigated by means of infrared spectrophotometer. The hydrothermal conditions for high growth rates of seed crystals are as follows: temperature ranges, between , $430 and 450^{\circ}C $ ; hydrothermal solvent, 4m KF solution ; temperatures difference, $30<{\triangle}T<65^{\circ}C$ ; filling %, 65% ; growth method, vertical temperature gradient method. Under these conditions, morphologies of the grown KTP single crystals tended to be bounded by (100), (011) and (201) faces and hydroxyl groups were observed in the grown crystals.
$KTP(KTiOPO_4)$ 단결정 육성 및 물성 연구 (제2보)

$KTP(KTiOPO_4)$ single crystals have been hydrothermally grown in KOH solutions. Properties and Raman spectra of grown crystal were investigated. The most effective solvents for the crystal growth of KTP were KOH and KF solutions. In this study, the properties of KTP single crystals grown hydrothermally at $500^{\circ}C$ in 9 m KOH solution were measured. The following results were obtained : lattice parameters ; a=1.281 nm and c=1.058 nm, density ; $2.94 g/cm^3$, Vickers hardness ; $562kg/cm^2$, refractive indices ; $n_e=1.740$ and $n_e= 1.747.$ And Raman spectra of hydrothermal growth KTP single crystal have been investigated at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. As a result, the $A_1$ modes agree very well with KTP single crystal of high temperatures solution growth but the behavior of $B_2$ modes were slightly different. $KTP(KTiOPO_4)$ 단결정을 KOH 용액 중에서 수열적으로 육성하였다. 그리고 육성결 정에 대하여 물성 및 Raman spectra를 조사하였다. KTP 단결정의 육서에 있어 KOH와 KF용 액이 효과적인 수열용매이었다. 본 연구에서는 $500^{\circ}C$의 9몰 KOH 용액 중에서 수열육성시킨 KTP 단결정을 갖고 물성조사를 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 즉, 격자정수: a = 1.281 nm, c=1.058nm, 밀도: $2.94 g/cm^3$, Vickers 경도: $562kg/cm^2$, 굴절율: $n_e=1.740$, $n_e= 1.747.$이었다. 그리고 수열 육성 KTP 단결정의 Raman spectra를 상온, 상압하에서 조사한 결과 $A_1$ mode는 고온 용액법의 KTP 단결정과 동일 하였으나 $B_2$ mode의 거동은 약간 다르게 관측되었다.

이 논문의 목적은 DeRemer와 Pennello[2]의 LALR(1)-lookahead set 계산방법을 바탕으로 한, 박 철희, 최 광무, 장 천현[4]과 Ives[5]의 LALR(1)-lookahead set 계산방법을 비교해 보고 두 방법의 효율성에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

Many experimental srodies have been conducted to reduce soot in diesel engine, gas turbine and combustor using liquid fuel over a long period of time. However. these stUdies treated spary combustion only in macroscopic point of view. Therefore. the effects of combustion conditions. such as, droplet number density, combustion chamber temperarure distribUtion etc., on soot formation and oxidization process are not sufficiently known yet. In this experimental stUdy, the data concerned with the soot formation and oxidization from the combustion of free fuel droplet array ejected into high temperarure air stream are obtained by tWo color method. aiming to show the effects of environmental temperarure, droplet spacing and cetane number etc.. From this experirnemal srody, the effects of temperarure of environmental gas, droplet flame, droplet diameter, cetane number on the soot formation and oxidization mechanism are discussed.

The process of moisture evaporation, ignition delay, and volatile combustion of single CWM droplet was observed with the variation of initial droplet diameter at the surrounding temperatures of 1173K and 1373K.<br/> Results for the variation of the mass, the mass fraction burned, and the density of droplet are the followings<br/> The process of the moisture evaporation and the volatile combustion is largely effected by the surrounding temperature and the initial droplet diameter, also 60of initial mass is reduced during this reaction period.<br/> The effect of the surrounding temperature upon the density variation of droplet is little, on the other hand the decrease of droplet diameter accompanies with about 10reduction of density.
