This study is to research the educational object to cope with the moral critical situation of the modern society through Durkheim's educational theory that he tried to conquer the moral crisis facing the capitalistic situation in the western society in the later nineteen century. The result is as follows 1. School is the subjective organ to preserve the communal value of the social chronicle and then to give a high degree of efficiency on such a thing, a subjective teacher is compelled to have a higher degree of authority. 2. The educational subject is to foster a natural personal being into a moral and social being. 3. The educational idea is compelled to be set up in actuality on the base of the social theory.

In den meisten Dramen Schillers herrscht der Gedanke der Freiheit. Goethe sagte:-$quot;In Schillers Jugendwerken (die Ra¨uber, Fiesko, Kabale und Liebe und Don Carlos) geht es durchweg um die a¨ußere Freiheit gegen Zwang und Enge. In den spa¨tern Stu¨cken weist Schiller den Weg zur nneren Freiheit, zur Freiheit der Seele.? Wer die Forderung ho¨chster Sittlichkeit, das Gebot der PHicht zu seinem eigenen Wollen macht, der ist wahrhaft frei. Die FranzBsische Revolution hatte auch Schiller ma¨chtig erregt. Anfangs begru¨ßte er sie, denn er war eitlebens ein Freund wahrer Freiheit; er werabscheute die Blutherrschaft der Schreckensmanner. In seinem gro¨ßten dramatischen Werke 'Wallenstein'(1800) und in underen spa¨teren Stu¨cken klingen diese Erlebnisse und die Idee der inneren Freriheit der moralischen Selbstbestimmung im Sinne Kants. Aber as Schiller in seinen Dichtungen von den `Ra¨ubern bis zum 'Don Carlos' forderte, das war, aus der geschichtlichen Notwendigkeit geboren, das gleiche, was kurz danach fu¨r Frankreich durch die Revolution von 1789 konkretisiert wurde.$quot; Kein Zweifel besteht daran, daß Schiller das Prinzip der Revolution bejaht, weil mit ihr sick eine neue geschichtliche Wirklichkeif des modernen Menschen establiert habe. Der Staat der anarchischen Natur wnd der dynamischen Kra¨fte, in dem der Mensch nur als Objekt der Herrschaft anerkannt wurde, wird durch den Staat der freien Autonomie abgelo¨st, in dem der Mensch nur nach Gesetzen regiert wird, deren Quelle seine eigene Vernunft ist. In diesem entscheidenden Punkte geho¨rt Schiller zu den u¨berzeugtesten Fu¨rsprechern der Franzo¨sischen Revolution in Deutschlund, wenn er auch spa¨ter vor den praktischen Konsequenzen zuru¨ckgewichen ist, denn sie wurde nach und nach blutiger und unor dentlicher. Schließlich war die Franzo¨sische Revolution fu¨r Schiller ein beweisen des Moment der theologischen Philosophie Kants und ein entscheidendes Motiv der Reformierung seiner Idee der a¨ußeren Freiheit in die der inneren Freiheit gewesen. Und er at u¨berzeugt: Was den Menschen wahrscheinlich glu¨cklich macht, ist nicht die vernichtende Revolution oder die a¨ußere Vebesserung der politischen und sozialen Verfassung, sondern die Veredelung der durch Kunst und Spiel gereingten und erzogenen Menschheit. Solche Erziehung des Menschen zu einer ku¨nftigen, sei es nationalen, sei es kosmopolitischen Gesellschaft, auf dem paradoxen Umweg uber die Kunst, war Schillers Antwort auf die Franzo¨sische Revolution. Und er suchte die politische Wirklichkeit von dem uniformen Zwang zu befreien, unter den sie durch die Herrschaft ideologischer Systeme gera¨t. Nur im Bereich des Spiels und der Kunst gibt es echte, legitime Idealita¨t und damit auch echte Freiheit. Auf diesem Wege kommt der Mensch zum vollen Bewußtsein seines Daseins und gewinnt eine erweiterte Idee seiner Vernunft. daß diese ganzheitliche, die gesamte Existenz des Menschen durchdringende Vernun, zu der er nur gelangen kann, wenn er die a¨sthetische Erziehung vorher durchschritten hat, eine Macht ist, mit deren Hilfe der Mensch sich auch ku¨nftig in der Geschichte noch zurechtfinden kann, das bleibt, trotz alley seit 1792 immer sta¨rker werdenden Zweifel an seinem Jahrhundert, Schillers ungebrochener, ma¨nnlicher Glaube.

The Impact of Sport Brand Extension on Brand Loyalty

Brand extension is one of the most effective marketing strategies for companies to expand their business spectrum. At the same time, failed brand extensions lead to negative consequences for the companies, such as decreasing brand loyalty. In this sense, it is necessary to examine how sport consumers evaluate brand extensions and the impact of brand extension evaluation on the brand loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between two antecedents (i.e., the perceived quality of the parent brand; and the perceived fit between the parent brand and its extension brand) and brand extension evaluation. Data were collected from 254 sport consumers living in South Korea. Structural equation modeling suggests that a perceived fit between the parent brand and its extension brand plays a pivotal role in the evaluation of brand extension that leads to increasing brand loyalty. Although the perceived quality of the parent brand has not had a significant influence on brand extension evaluation, it positively affects brand loyalty. The current study provides sport marketers and brand managers with important information to maximize the successful rate of brand extensions that ultimately lead to enhancement of the parent brand loyalty.

Wenn man die Haftentscha¨digungspflicht des Hersteller fu¨r underlaubte Handlung verantwortlich macht, kann man nicht nur die Probleme, die Vertragspflichttheorie hat auslo¨-sen, sondern auch der Konsument Schutz machen. Venous Doppler Examination을 이용한 심부정맥 혈전증 진단

The clinical diagnosis of DVT is so unreliable that various objective methods have been utilized to make a definite diagnosis. Impedance plethysmography, isotope uptake technique, and phlebography have been frequently used for this purpose. Recently venous doppler ultrasonic flow study became popular as a screening test for a diagnosis of DVT because it is noninvasive, reproductive, and is technically simple. Authors utilized venous doppler examination to 9 cases of acute DVT of lower extremities, and obtained 100% diagnostic accuracy. The 9 cases were 5 men and 4 women with age ranges between 26-68 years. Four and 5.3 MHz doppler probes (Meda Sonics) were used. Venous sounds and wave curve were obtained at over common femoral veins. The diagnostic criteria of doppler flow study were made as follows; 1) Either absence or diminution of venous flow sound on disease side. 2) Absent or decreased respiratory augmentation on the side of DVT. 3) Absent or decreased flow augmentation at calf muscle squeezing on disease side. In all 9 cases, above critria were satisfied, and also presence of DVT were confirmed by subsequent phlebography. Because of the nature of technical simplicity, non-invasiveness, and high diagnostic accuracy doppler flow study can be successfully utilized as a screening test for a diagnosis of DVT.

Today our society requires the life-long education because of rapid progress and prosperity. The range of the present study is Saemaul Class, which plays a central role in the social education. The method is the written opinion and the interview with 36 primary school teachers in Busan area. The purpose is to analyze the s\actual condition of social education, to find the problems which it faces, and to propose a better direction. The result of the study is as follows : 1. Saemaul Class should be composed of the Community and its leaders, and utilized toward the efficiency of social education. 2. The Curriculum social education should be made on the base of a scientific investigation rather than a formal one. 3. The contents of social education should be organized under the heading of the purpose and the need of society, The vocaiton-technique education should have continuity. 4. A desirable teacher-role in the real class situation requires the techniiques of organizing theme-centeredclass rather than group-centered-Class. 5. The evalution of social educationhas not been introduced, but is should be done by all means.
