2050 탄소중립을 달성하기위해 건축물에서의 탄소 배출 저감을 위한 일환으로 제로에너지건축 의무화 제도가 강화되었으며 2030년부터 의무화 대상 건축물 기준이 500㎡ 이상 모든 건물로 확대된다. 그러나 국내의 대표적인 친환경건축 인증제도 중 하나인 제로에너지 건축물 인증 제도 평가 도구(ECO2)의 운영 프로필 적용 방식 및 플러그 부하 적용 배제 등의 이유로 실효성 논란이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 실측을 통한 조명 및 플러그부하의 다양한 패턴을 분석하고 이러한 패턴 적용이 건물에너지 사용량 및 등급에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석은 건물에너지 해석프로그램 Energyplus를 활용하였다. 그 결과 조명부하만 적용되었을 경우 대비 플러그 부하가 적용될 경우 에너지 사용량은 20% 가량 상승하였고, 건축물에너지효율등급 또한 1+ 등급에서 2등급으로 2단계 가량의 등급 변화가 확인되었다.

Although building energy analysis tools, such as ECO2, are essential for architects and building engineers for energy performance analysis, these tools do not consider various load patterns, including plug loads, for determining the certification level for domestic zero energy. However, in reality, various load patterns can occur, and significant plug loads can be used in buildings. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a detailed analysis of the annual energy consumption of 60 households based on their end-use energy consumption to capture various demand trends in a low-density, multi-family housing complex. While all residential buildings in the complex were of the same size, they showed different occupancy patterns. Based on the actual measurement data, the energy consumed by each energy component through activities such as heating, cooling, hot water supply, ventilation, lighting, and plug load, was analyzed in detail, and three representative load patterns were investigated by calculating the maximum, heavy, and light loads. Furthermore, the estimated energy independence rate was calculated based on the existence of the plug loads of the three representative load patterns.

Donguibogam`s views on human life provide us with insight into suicide prevention by perceiving life as priceless. In addition to the approaches of modern medicine, we can employ ‘mentally and physically integrative treatment’ and ‘prevention-based treatment’ from Korean medicine as a therapeutic point of view. We can also employ ‘I-Jeong-Byeon-Gi Therapy’ and ‘Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung Therapy’ as therapeutic methods. In this paper, we consider these approaches and clinical adaptations for suicide prevention from the perspectives of Korean medicine.

Photovoltaic (PV) modules are used worldwide in building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) applications due to the easy installation, maintenance, and on-site power generation capabilities. Additionally, PV modules installed on vertical facades and roofs of apartments also facilitate energy reductions in apartment complexes and their units. Although many studies have investigated the effective installation methods of PV systems, the lack of BIPV applications persists, considering BIPV designs have been adopted for buildings by designers and engineers. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the significance of PV power generation in apartment complexes located in Daejeon, South Korea, based on surveyed and simulated data. Actual apartment complexes and each building’s exterior surfaces having solar access were surveyed. Based on the details of the survey, a simulation model was developed using Ecotect and EnergyPlus software tools. For the analysis, the shading effects on the surfaces were first analyzed with Ecotect, followed by a detailed analysis of the simulated PV power generation to determine whether each apartment unit and its complexes could potentially reduce energy. The actual energy usage based on the survey data was obtained from the K-apt website, which is a website handled by the Korean government that provides an energy usage database. This study assumed that the range of installed PV capacities would be between 0.3 kWp and 2 kWp for each apartment unit. The results of this study indicated that the PV power generation depended on the PV installation scenario, i.e., the PV angles and azimuth angle, as well as the shading impact on each PV module surface, could potentially affect the overall energy self-sufficiency rates of the complex, according to apartment deployments.

This report is about two cases of aphasia without hemiparesis after stroke. Most of aphasia after stroke accompanies hemiparesis. However, aphasia without hemiparesis after stroke occurs rarely and only a few cases have been reported. We used Korean herbal medication, acupuncture, language therapy. To evaluate speech ability we used K-WAB(Korean version of Western Aphasia Battery) and word span test. After treatment, patients' word span abilities and language abilities including reading, writing, speaking were improved. This report suggests that Korean medicine and language therapy could have a therapeutic effect for aphasia without hemiparesis after stroke.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of EFT on panic disorder patients. Methods: The three patients with panic disorders were treated with oriental medical treatments which involved acupunctures, herb-medications, moxibustion and emotional freedom techniques. The patients have been predicted with panic disorder twice through diagnosis and statistical manual (DSM- Ⅳ), Panic Disorder Severity Scale (PDSS), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck`s Anxiety Inventory (BAI) upon their admission and discharge. Results: After the treatments, both the physical and psychological symptoms have decreased. Conclusions: This study suggested that the EFT is an effective way for treating patients who are suffering panic disorders.
