This thesis mentioned briefly how the writer, Park In-Ro(朴仁老) who had very poor reality experience in his country society had accepted and formed Gasa literature, and how his reaction toward poverty had changed through the work, <Nuhangsa>. Park In-Ro was a poor writer in the early 17th century. Here I summarized briefly like this. First, In the late 16th and early 17th centuries, the change of society position started to happen and a poverty problem was the essential issue. The solution was the most important problem in life. This study dealt with the poverty problem which country society people had. Second, <Nuhagsa> was separate from the former literal custom which expressed one's ideal and aesthetic ways. It showed society reality and individual experience by using common language and communicative way. Therefore, we could understand the Gasa literary position of <Nuhagsa> in view of the expression of reality and enlargement of Gasa's prosaic ways. Third, Park In-Ro didn't enjoy the poor economic reality and weren't satisfied with it. So, he tried to show and recover the poor reality one should live a human universal life in social and historical background through Gasa works of the 17th and 18th centuries, even though he didn't show the solution to get over the problem. Fourth, Gasa works of the 17th century including <Nuhagsa> were treated by common people like women or farmers, and people concerned with Gasa works were changing from noble men to common people. In view of this aspect, <Nuhagsa> is very different from other works in the previous age and shows the special aspects unlike other works. At last, we can make it clear that <Nuhangsa> turns out to be Chosun age's late work.
지속적인 성과를 내는 교목실 시스템과 성과지표체계 연구 - B대학 교목실을 중심으로 -

교목실은 기독교대학의 학원복음화라는 목적을 위하여 만들어진 하나의 조직이다. 그러나 교목실의 사명인 학원복음화를 어떻게 달성하고 있는지, 그 성과를 어떻게 평가하고 달성하는지, 학생만족 및 지속 가능한 학원복음화 성과에 대해 어떤 이해와 전략을 가지고 운영하는지에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 교목실의 시스템을 평가하기 위해 먼저 흩어진 자료를 통해서 교목실이무엇인지, 그리고 어떤 일을 하는지에 대해 정리해야 한다. 그후에 그것을 기반으로 MBNQA의 리더십, 전략, 학생, 지식경영, 인적자원, 운영 등의 항목들과 그 개념들을 사용하여 교목실의 시스템을 평가한다. 결과적으로 교목실도 적절한 리더십과 전략을 가지고 학원복음화를 시행할 때, 지속적인 성과를 내는 조직이 될 수 있다고 말할 수 있다. 단지 세부적인 차원에서 조직경영의 일반원리들이 추가된다면, 더욱 효율적인 조직으로 거듭날 것으로 보인다. 학원복음화 성과와 관련하여 ‘성과지표’가 교목실에도 필요한 이유는 일차적으로 교목실의 학원복음화 사업들이그 목적을 실현하고 있는지를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 만일 그렇지 못하다면 그 원인을 밝혀 그 지표를 통해 나타난 평가내용을후속 사업계획에 반영하여 동일한 실수나 오류를 반복하지 않고지속적인 성과를 내는 조직으로 만들기 위함이다. ‘교목실의 성과지표’는 그 범위상 교목실이 학원복음화를 위해 계획하고 시행한 ‘모든 사업들’을 측정하는 것이어야 하며, 그 내용상 사업계획자의 ‘의도 실현’과 ‘수용자의 반응’을 평가하는 지표들이어야 한다. 적절한 성과지표들은 교목실이 환류시스템을 갖추도록 하여지속적인 학원복음화 성과를 내도록 돕는 도구가 될 것이다. The Chaplain's Office is an organization created for the purpose of evangelizing Christian universities. However, it is difficult to find research on how the chaplain's office is achieving its mission of academy evangelization, how it evaluates and achieves the results, and what understanding and strategies it operates for student satisfaction and sustainable academy evangelization results. In order to evaluate the chaplain's office system, we first organized what the chaplain's office is and what it does through scattered materials. Afterwards, based on that, the chaplain's office system was evaluated using MBNQA's items and concepts such as leadership, strategy, students, knowledge management, human resources, and operations. As a result, it could be said that the chaplain's office is an organization that implements academy evangelization with general leadership and strategy and achieves certain results. It seems that if the general principles of organizational management are added at a detailed level, it will be reborn as a more efficient organization. The reason why ‘performance indicators’ are necessary for the chaplain’s office is primarily to check whether the academy evangelization projects of the chaplain’s office are realizing their purpose. If this is not the case, the purpose is to identify the cause and reflect the evaluation results revealed through the indicator in subsequent business plans to create an organization that produces continuous performance without repeating the same mistakes or errors. In terms of its scope, the ‘Performance Index of the Chaplain’s Office’ should measure ‘all projects’ planned and implemented by the Chaplain’s Office for academy evangelization, and in its content, it should evaluate the ‘realization of the intention’ of the project planner and the ‘response of the recipients’. They must be indicators. Appropriate performance indicators will be a tool to help the chaplain's office establish a feedback system and achieve continuous results of academy evangelization.

Purpose: The majority of nasal bone fractures have been managed by routine procedure of closed reduction, intranasal packing or intranasal Kirschner wire (K-wire) splinting. But it leaves rooms for many complaints from patients such as pain, rhinorrhea and nasal obstructioon. Another option is, of course, no packing at all. The study was initiated to assess the necessity to pack or splint the nasal bone after routine closed reduction. Methods: We analysed the medical records of 35 patients with nasal bone fracture who were operated by closed reduction in the last 2 years. We evaluated the postoperative CT scan scores and external deviation criterias 1 month after the operation. Results: The postoperative deviation criteria and postoperative CT scan score were favorable and there were no serious complications using this technique. Conclusion: The present study demonstrates that the use of packing or splinting need not be routine in the majority of cases. The risks and discomforts associated with these procedures can often be avoided.
