국문학 연구에 있어 희극성의 ‘개념’과 ‘범주’ 설정을 위한 예비적 시론

The ultimate goal of this study is to define the principle of comedy and to deepen the debate by describing the lineage of Korean comic novels and by considering aspects of their development. The concept of ‘comic’is derived from the word ‘comedy’ which is a sub-genre of drama,contrasting concepts of tragedy. On the other hand, the definition of terms and concepts should be general and flexible in order to obtain agreement among its users in the level of compliance and universal validity. I would like to define ‘the comic’ in this paper as comic qualities which ‘cause laughter to the subject.’ I do not define the comic as the subjective and objective at the level of micro-layers but as ‘the interaction of subjects and object’ at the level of comprehension. According to this view, the comic can be redefined as “properties and qualities that cause the subject laughter in the interaction between subject and object.” As a subcategory of ‘the comic’, the concepts of satire and humor, irony, and their mutual relationships between the concepts are as follows. In the relation of subject(X) and object(Y), the structure of satire is defined as that in which ‘X criticizes Y’, and the humorous as that in which ‘X reconcilies with Y.’ In contrast, irony is defined as tension and the reflective sense of distance. Based on the relationship between subject and object, satire and humor are in the opposing position, and the concept of irony can be grasped as the flexible, intermediate form that flows between the two extremes. And paradox, cynicism, wit, ridicule, sarcasm, etc. can be understood as the sub-concept dependent on three basic categories and concrete ways to be mobilized when three individual forms are realized through actual literary texts.

황화아연의 응용 기술 최신 동향 분석: 특허정보분석을 중심으로

Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) is one of the II-VI semiconducting materials, having novel fundamental properties and diverse areas of application such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs), electroluminescence, flat panel displays, infrared windows, catalyst, chemical sensors, biosensors, lasers and biodevices, etc. However, despite the remarkable versatility and prospective potential of ZnS, research and development (R&D) into its applications has not been performed in much detail relative to research into other inorganic semiconductors. In this study, based on global patent information, we analyzed recent technical trends and the current status of R&D into ZnS applications. Furthermore, we provided new technical insight into ZnS applicable fields using in-depth analysis. Especially, this report suggests that ZnS, due to its infrared-transmitting optical property, is a promising material in astronomy and military fields for lenses of infrared systems. The patent information analysis in this report will be utilized in the process of identifying the current positioning of technology and the direction of future R&D.

세라마이드에 의한 신경세포사멸에서 p53 조절을 통한 사립체 손상에 관한 연구

Ceramide induces cell death in a dose- and time-dependent manner in neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells. To investigate the mechanism of SK-N-SH cell death by C2-ceramide, morphological features and Hoechst 33258 staining were analyzed. In these morphlogic study the cell death by ceramide showed typical apoptotic features, nuclear condensation,fragmentation, and membrane blebbing. Ceramide-induced apoptosis was accompanied by nuclear accumulation of p53. Inhibition of p53 expression with p53 antisense oligonucleotides inhibited apoptosis evoked by ceramide. Also, ceramide induced mitochondrial event, collapse of mitochondrial membrane potential (∆ψm) and interestingly, inhibition of p53 attenuated collapse of mitochondrial membrane potential, suggests that ceramide induces mitochondrial dysfunction through upregulation of p53 expression. These results suggest that ceramide-induced apoptosis is dependent upon increase in cellular p53 levels which play a critical role in the regulation of apoptotic cell death and p53 modulates mitochondrial function such as mitochondrial membrane potential level. 본 연구에서는 세포자멸사의 이차적 신호전달물질로서 신경퇴행성 질환과 노화현상에 관여하는 중요한 원인물질로 신경독성작용을 나타내는 세라마이드의 신경모세포종 SK-N-SH 세포에 미치는 독성효과와 그 기작을 규명하고자 하였다. 세포 투과성인 C2-세라마이드를 SK-N-SH 세포에 처리한 후 형태학적, 생화학적 특성을 조사하였으며, P53 및 사립체와의 관련성 등을 확인하였다. SK-N-SH는 20~40 µM 농도의 세라마이드를 24시간 동안 처리시 시간 및 농도 의존적으로 세포생존이 약 50% 감소하였으며, 48시간 이상 지나면 거의 모든 세포가 팽윤되고 세포막이 터지는 괴사형의 사멸형태를 나타내었다. 핵 내의 형태학적 변화를 보기 위하여 Hoechst 33258을 시행한 결과, 핵의 응축이 유발됨을 확인하였다. 세라마이드 처리시 SK-N-SH 신경모세포종 세포에서 p53의 발현은 처리 1시간부터 증가되어 8시간에 가장 증가하는 세포 내의 과발현이 유도되었으며, 핵으로 이동하여 핵 내의 축적이 유도되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 더불어 p53 antisense 처리시 p53은 발현되지 않았으며, 세라마이드로 인한 세포자멸사를 효과적으로 억제하였다. 또한, p53과 사립체와의 관련성 여부를 확인하기 위하여 세라마이드에 의한 사립체 손상 여부와 p53 antisense를 처리한 후 사립체 손상을 확인한 결과, p53의 전사 억제시 세라마이드로 인해 증가되었던 사립체 손상이 효과적으로 저해되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 세라마이드는 신경모세포종인 SK-N-SH에 대해서 세포자멸사 형태의 세포사멸을 유발하였으며, 그러한 신경세포사멸과정에서 p53과 하위 사립체 기능이 매우 중요하게 매개되어 세포사멸을 조절하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 p53 경로를 저해시킴으로서, 하위 사립체 손상을 억제하고, 세라마이드에 의한 신경세포사멸경로 차단하여 신경보호효과를 나타낼 수 있었다.

낭만적 정신의 현실적 구조 : 신채호의 <꿈하늘(夢天)>(19160)론

본 논문은 단재 신채호의 소설, <꿈하늘(夢天)>을 몽유록의 형식으로 보고 그 구조와 의미를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저 고전 서사양식 중의 하나인 몽유록의 구조와 <꿈하늘>의 구조를 비교, 분석하고 그 정신적 준거를 낭만적 아이러니로 파악하였다. 낭만적 초월을 담고 있는 이 작품의 현실과의 친연성은 알레고리적 구조를 통해 설명될 수 있다. 여기에는 신채호가 직업적인 文人이라기보다는 전통적인 文士에 가까웠으며, 그의 문학관이 유교적 문학관인 '載道之器'의 효용론에 가까웠다는 것과도 관련이 있다고 보았다. 끝으로 신채호에게 민족주의는 변하지 않는 恒數임을 확인하고자 하였다. This article aims at clarifying the structure and meaning of 'Kkumhanuel'(<꿈하늘(夢天)>), Shin Chae-Ho's novel. Firstly, Comparing 'Mongyulok' -Korean classic narrative - with 'Kkumhanuel', grasped the spritual Authority 'Romantic irony'. This work tries to rise above the world romantically, but it has a resemblance to the reality. The likeness is explained with allegoric structure. It is concerned with the fact that Danjae was near to traditional literary man rather than professional writer and his outlook on the literature was near to 'Jaedojigi'(載道之器), confucian literary view. Finally, this article confirms that nationalism was an unchangeable constant to Danjae.
