건설현장의 안전관리 개선사항이 근로자의 안전보건 증진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Purpose: TThis study seeks to understand the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Construction Technology Promotion Act and to propose measures to prevent serious industrial accidents by seeking to promote safety and health of workers through improvement of safety management at construction sites. Method: A survey was conducted on construction sites with more than 50 permanent workers (5 billion won in construction amount). The analysis of the data was conducted using the JAMOVI statistics program and based on objective data. Result: Multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis of this study, and the results of the analysis. The participation of workers in safety and health activities has the highest impact on the promotion of safety and health of workers. Conclusion: In order to promote safety and health of workers at construction sites, compliance with safety and health rules of workers is required and improvements should be made to allow workers to participate in safety and health activities. 연구목적: 본 연구는 산업안전보건법과 건설기술진흥법의 규정을 파악하고, 건설현장의 안전관리 개선을 통하여 근로자의 안전보건 증진방안 모색하여 중대산업재해 방지 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 표본 대상 범위는 상시 근로자 50인(공사금액 50억원) 이상의 건설현장을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석은 JAMOVI 통계 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 객관적인 자료를 바탕으로 하여 분석하는 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 본연구의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 시행하였으며, 분석결과. 근로자의 안전보건 활동 참여가 근로자 안전보건 증진에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 건설현장의 근로자 안전보건 증진을 위하여 근로자의 안전보건 규칙 준수가 필요하고 근로자가 안전보건 활동에 참여하도록 개선되어야 한다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

The color coordinate measurement precision was evaluated using the average color distance. This method can be used to numerically compare the distribution of the measured color coordinates and the distribution probability, and can be used to evaluate the distribution of the color coordinates of the light source, the stability of the color coordinates, and the precision of the measurement equipment. The distribution and stability of the color coordinates of the LED lamps were evaluated for the LED lamps which had passed 200 hours and 900 hours of aging.

Heat Release Rate of the old Saemaul train seat was measured in the ISO 9705 Room Coner facility. Calculated HRR from the conecalorimeter test results of the small specimen was compared with this room test results. Some of the HRR estimation theories of the room test from smaller scale test were discussed in this study. The results of this study will be used for the HRR estimation of the full car.
도시철도차량 화재 안전도 평가에 대한 연구(Ⅱ) : 화재시뮬레이션 평가 사례를 중심으로

In this study we conducted computer simulation with FDS V4.0.5 for the subway carriage of Seoul Metro to the replacement of interior materials. We tried to use the real data for the simulation by testing the interior materials in our Lab. From the result of the simulation we could confirm the fire resistance of the new interior replaced car to the chosen arson scenario case.

The input data for the interior material of the train is one of the key points for enhancing the accuracy of fire simulation. In this study, we investigated the Fire Test Methods for the Fire Dynamic Simulator modeling for railroad passenger trains. We should get the thermal inputs such as ignition temperature, conductivity, specific heat, vaporization heat, effective heat release. With the simple conduction model for cone-calorimeter test, they could get more than HRR. Kinds of methodology were introduced for better thermal data for real material.

철도차량의 화재 시 방출되는 열방출률 곡선은 철도터널 설계 시 방재규모를 결정하는 중요한 인자이다. 하지만 이 열방출률 곡선은 차량에서 발생할 수 있는 화원의 시나리오 및 터널복사나 주변유동과 같은 환경변화에 따라서 다른 특성을 가진다. 따라서 이를 포괄할 수 있도록 대표선도로 표준화된 화재곡선을 선정하여 터널의 설계화재로 사용하게 된다. 본 논문은 실물화재 시험 및 FDS를 이용한 철도차량 화재시뮬레이션과 ISO 9705 설비를 이용한 간단한 화재시험 등의 결과를 분석하여 플래시오버 전 후 단계에서 나타나는 철도차량의 화재곡선 특성을 분석하고 룸코너 시험설비를 이용하여 프리플래시오버 단계의 화재곡선 추정 방안을 제시하였다.

Diesel locomotive engine is the main source of train noise in these days but hard to reduce the level by barrier for it emitted from high location. For the passing high level noise properties of diesel locomotive engine, there are needs of changing the environmental railway limit to maximum level from equivalent. In this study we investigate the noise characteristics of the diesel electric locomotive according to the change of notch. From the result we found out the frequency of engine cycle noise and the shape of noise spectrum.

A case study of fire risk analysis was conducted for train coach which has no gangway doors between coaches. The analysis boundary was limited to the time of outgoing from the coaches for it was train fire risk analysis. ASET(available safe egress time) and RSET(required safe egress time) methodology was used for calculating the dead. 4 liters of gasoline and cable fire at the electric cabinet and the standard fire of EN 45545 were selected for the fire sources. The fire were considered to be occurred at 3 different locations in the car. The train had 3 cases of driving scenarios. The result of all event was summarized for remained tunnel and station egress step.
