한국과 일본의 노지채소류 정책 및 가격 시계열 비교분석

Item with the largest changes in the price, supply and demand of agricultural products is known as open field vegetables. Supply and demand stability policy of Korea have been conducted. Local disposal, stockpiling and lowest-price guarantee system are being conducted as short-term policy. Contract farming is being carried out in the long-term policy. In the case of Japan, production center designation system of vegetable production, contract farming and production area relay system are running as medium and long-term policy. Also, they are utilizing emergency supply and demand stabilize system in the short term. In the case of supply and demand stability policy of Japan, it has mainly been conducted to stabilize the price and supply and demand in the medium and long term. Supply and demand stability policy of Korea has been done around the policy, which can stabilize the price and supply and demand in the short term. In this study, by using the price data of items subject to supply and demand stability policy of Japan and Korea, we analyzed the characteristics of the time series model and the trend of change, and then presented suggestions. As a result of the time series analysis, the case of Korea, we found that the size and persistence of the volatility is greater than the price of vegetables in Japan.

In order to investigate the relationship between the trading volume through the commission agency of farmers` cooperatives and the whole quantity transacted in the agricultural wholesale markets, causality tests based on panel Vector Auto regression and two-stage least square regression are employed in this paper. Estimation results indicate trading volume through commission agency of farmers` cooperatives Granger-causes the quantity sold through private commission agency. 2SLS estimation results present the share of the quantity sold through the commission agency of farmers` cooperative within total trading volume positively influence the whole quantity sold in the wholesale markets. These estimation results imply the commission agency of farmers` cooperatives promotes competition and plays important role by providing expanded opportunities for farmers to sell the agricultural products to the wholesale markets.

Perfusion scintigraphy has proved to be an essential part for the diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism. The wedge shaped perfusion defect extending to lung base is a highly probable finding of pulmonary embolism. Occasionally, great perfusion defects could be presented as a false positive finding under the circumstance of nonthromboembolic origin, such as neoplastic compression or invasion of pulmonary artery. We report an unusual case of massive perfusion defect resulting from pulmonary arterial compression by bronchogenic carcinoma. A 71-year-old man visited our hospital because of productive cough and was diagnosed as bronchogenic carcinoma. The perfusion scintigraphy showed unilateral total defect of lung, not accompanied by any clinical evidence of thromboembolism. A contrast enhanced computed tomogram showed heterogeneous mass shadow in left hilum, abutting to the descending aorta and compressing left main pulmonary artery. These findings suggested a nonembolic mechanism of perfusion defects which were produced by the neoplastic compression of pulmonary artery.

Multiple myeloma is a disease originated from plasma cell line. A single protein is generally produced by myeloma cells, but a few cases of biclonal gammopathy are reported. We experienced a case of multiple myeloma, a 53-year-old woman, with IgGκ and IgAλ biclonal gammopathy. She has maintained in complete remission after 6 cycles of combination chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, adriamycin, and preinisolone.

In this paper, we study on the systems management for managing ATM network which is especially related to the management of Quality of Service(QoS). QoS management is considered as monitoring function. Therefore, we establish the management model of control and information aspects to manage ATM layer which has resource control, Operation and Maintenance(OAM) functions for performance management and monitoring functions. In particular, we focus on the effective processing of reported performance information caused by the indication of QoS degradation being represented as "QoSAlarm". In order to perform these management activities, the manager can process problem reports of QoS degradation in the proposed manner which uses the priority concepts based on QoS classes. In this circumstance, it is possible to take recovery actions in a predetermined and limited time for managed objects with fault and performance problems.
Timestamp를 이용한 AODV 라우팅 알고리즘의 성능 개선

RFC3561로 공식 승인된 현재의 AODV 라우팅 방식은 노드 간 패킷 전달시간으로 40ms의 고정 값으로 설정되어 있다. 이 값과 TTL 값을 이용하여 RREQ 메시지가 목적 노드에 도착 한 후, RREP 메시지가 소스 노드에 되돌아오는 시간을 계산하게 되는데, 여기서 고정된 값을 사용하기 때문에 망의 효율이 저하되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 현재의 AODV 방식에서 RREQ 메시지에 timestamp 필드를 설정하여 패킷 발생 시간을 기록하여 전송하고, 이것을 받은 노드는 현재 시간과 패킷 내 timestamp 값을 이용하여 노드간의 패킷 전송시간을 망의 트래픽 상황에 따라 동적으로 계산하는 방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식의 정당성을 입증하기 위해, 제안 방식을 현재 방식과 함께 컴퓨터 모의실험을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 제안방식이 현재 방식보다, 특히 노드 이동성과 트래픽 부하가 클 경우, 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 증명하였다. One of the seminal operation parameters of AODV is the node-to-node travel time of data, which is currently set to fixed value of 40 ms in the RFC3561 and widely used to compute other parameters such as the expected round-trip time of the connection setup message, etc. We have naturally thought the network performance could be improved by dynamically varying the node-to-node travel time with respect to the traffic condition in the networt rather than using the fixed value, which motivates this work. To this end, we apply the idea of using timestamp; every node places the current time in the message before sending it out, and the receiver node computes the node travel time based on the moving average algorithm by considering not only the current value but also the previous ones in an accumulated and exponentially decreasing fashion with time. We evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme in respect of the number of RREQ messages generated, throughput, and delay as a function of traffic load and node mobility, and compare the result with the original AODV scheme. The results show that the proposed scheme presents noticeable performance improvements, expecially under the condition of high node mobility and high traffic load.

Since organized living cooperative associations sold their environment-friendly agricultural products directly to independent consumers in the past, the general distribution channels such as wholesalers had difficulty in handling these products. However, the ratio of distribution via wholesale channel has been gradually increased as consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products has expanded. This study is to address vitalization of wholesale distribution for environment-friendly agricultural products by gathering previous statistical data and analysis. In addition, statistical analysis are conducted by utilizing surveys on forwarders, consumers for environment-friendly agricultural products. As a result, the products producers ship are distributed through dealers at producers sites, producers cooperatives, or food process companies, food companies, internet shopping malls, large-scale distribution companies, consumer groups such as living cooperative associations, direct outlets at consumers sites, or exports. Among the channels, the large-scale distribution companies and franchised special shops account for 47%, the general supermarkets 15.7%, and living cooperative associations 14.6% respectively. By utilizing the research results on producers and consumers, and the distribution weight by channels for environment-friendly agricultural products, the distribution channels for living cooperative associations, wholesale markets, and large scale distribution companies are compared and evaluated. As a result, the level of producers' and consumers' satisfaction for them is the lowest since the low selling price for producers and high distribution margins.
