도시 상태를 탐지하기 위해서는 운송 수단 수, 교통 흐름등이 필수적으로 파악되어야 할 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Mask R-CNN을 이용하여 다양한 차량의 형태를 학습하고, 드론으로 촬영한 도시 항공 영상에서 특정 유형의 차량 들을 검출하는 시스템을 오늘날 NLP 분야에서 널리 쓰이게 된 Transformer 모델을 컴퓨터 비전 문제에 도입하여 기존의 컨볼루션 신경망보다 높은 성능을 보여준 Swin Transformer 모델을 이용하여 기존의 연구에서 보여주었던 검출 시스템 능력을 향상시켰다. In order to detect urban conditions, the number of means of transportation and traffic flow are essential factors to be identified. This paper improved the detection system capabilities shown in previous studies using the SwinTransformer model, which showed higher performance than existing convolutional neural networks, by learning various vehicle types using existing Mask R-CNN and introducing today’s widely used transformer model to detect certain types of vehicles in urban aerial images.
농업용(農業用) 저수지군(貯水池群)의 최적(最適) 운영(運營)

This study was conducted to investigate the appropriate operation method minimizing the deviation between irrigation water demand and release from the reservoirs, and the simulation technique was used in the operation model. This model was applied to the grouped reservoirs system consisted of Dongsang, Daia and Keungchun reservoirs and Eowoo-weir in Chonbuk FLIA district. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows; 1. The area above the Eowoo weir point was divided into 6 small watersheds, and daily inflows from each watershed were calculated by Tank model. It showed that the average annual runoff ratio was 40-60% respectively. 2. Based on the Blaney-Criddle formula daily water requirement of Chonbuk FLIA irrigation area was estimated, mean water requirement for paddy field during the irrigation period was 818.1mm. 3. Using the basic data such as inflow and water demand, four different release types were selected. Through the simulated operation the difference between intake water required at Eowoo-weir point and release from the 3 reservoirs was estimated. The best result was obtained when Daia and Keungchun reservoirs are operated parallelly at fixed release ratio and the release of Dongsang reservoir was determined according to the storage of Daia reservoir.
도시(都市) 소유역(小流域)의 유출변화(流出變化) 분석(分析)

The hydrologic model FESHM was introduced and its applicability was investigated in an attempt to analyze the rainfall-runoff relationships of urban small watersheds and to hereafter predict the environmental changes. Basic data on rainfall, water level, geomorphological characterisitics and land use were obtained from Yeonwha stream watershed located in Chonju-si Dukjin-dong. WL-5 for simulation of subshed WS#1(136.7 ha) with urban district and WL-1 for total watershed WS#5 (278.78 ha) were selected as gaging points. The main results gained through applications were summarized as follows. 1. Direct runoff ratio caalculated from a simple separation method for WS#5 WS#1 was 20~39%, 38~62%, respectively. 2. Simulations for the runoff estimation were carried out for each watershed using 5 rainfall events, the simulation errors had the range of 2~30%, 0~63% and 0~120 minutes for the runoff volume, peak flow and peak time, respectively. 3. The effect of landuse change by urbanization was tested to WS#1, runoff volume before development was estimated as from tenth to twentieth against after development.
