February 24, 2022 Russia claims Ukraine to carry out a 'special military operation' to protect Russian residents living in the Donbas region of Ukraine, an ancient Russian territory, from Ukrainian oppression. In a speech by the UN Security Council on February 22, 2022, Russia claims cause for Russia's invasion of Ukraine Two years after the invasion, they are still in a fierce battle and lull. Media around the world made headlines about the Ukraine-Russia war (later marked as the 'Woo-Russia War', and domestic and foreign military expert predicted that Russia would win in a short period of time. In particular, they compared the war to a battle of 'David and Goliath' based on the difference in military power between the two sides. However, the pattern of the war has led to such a reversal of war with strong resistance from the Ukrainian military and its people, and as Ukraine stubbornly resisted with the support of high-tech weapons from Western countries such as the United States, the EU, and NATO, the victory or defeat of the war continues in the form of a long-term war in the fog. Eventually, it expanded to issues such as Russian military fraud, supply, and the right to provide a quick decision, resulting in an Operational Pause of Russian forces, and the international situation is flowing into an unstable new cold war between military and security discontinuities. Modern warfare is conducted in the form of a national total war, which means that all human and material resources of the state are mobilized and put into war. In particular, the aspect of war between the U.S. and Russia is gaining life protection and battlefield effects by using various unmanned combat systems applied with advanced science and technology instead of manned forces on the battlefield, and the representative unmanned combat system is drones. Therefore, among the unmanned combat systems that can be said to have the greatest military utility in modern warfare, this paper aims to analyze the war history using drones and the battle cases using drones in the U.S.-Russia war, and to examine how the role of drones bas expanded through war history and the development trends of military drones in neighboring countries. Through this, six military drone development plans were derived and presented in consideration of our future security environment

4차 산업혁명 기술의 확산으로 드론의 사용은 전 세계적으로 급속한 증가 추세를 보인다. 드론의 사용 증가로 개발, 구매, 관제 등 산업발전을 위한 군사용 드론의 도입이 확대됨에 따라 표준화가 시급하게 요구되어 있으며, 이는 군사용 드론 시장 확대로 드론의 분류, 설계, 제조, 구매, 운영, 보안, 안전관리 등을 위한 문제점에 대한 해결책이 요구되고 있어 표준화의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 군사용 드론에 대한 HW 및 SW 등 부품 국산화를 위해 선행적으로 드론의 표준화 정립이 필요하며, 군 작전환경에 따른 작전임무 여건을 고려한 설계 표준 및 핵심부품에 대한 시험표준의 필요성이 요구되고 있어 이에 따른 표준화가 시급히 이뤄져야 한다. 군사용 드론 표준화와 관련 주요 연구중점으로 첫째, 드론 분류 및 용어 표준 둘째, 설계 안전성 관련 감항인증(무인동력장치 설계, 프로펠러, 배터리) 표준 셋째, 통신 및 데이터링크 표준 넷째, 사이버보안 표준(보안, 관제, 식별체계 등)을 중심으로 표준화 방안을 연구하였다. 군사용 드론 표준화 원칙은 국가기술표준원에서 추진되는 동일한 체계 또는 유사체계를 선정해서 국제 표준, 국가표준(KS) 등의 공통분야를 우선적으로 적용하되, 軍 특수성을 고려하여 더 엄격하고 가혹한 환경 및 운용 요구조건이 필요할 수 있으므로 표준화 추진에 많은 관심과 노력을 기울여야 한다. With the spread of the 4th industrial revolution, the use of drone are accelerating worldwide. In the accelerating of usage, the development, purchase, and control of drone bot combat systems for national security is also expanding. As the market search for solutions to categorization, design, manufacture, purchase, operations, security, and safety management of military drone, the importance of standardization is being more and more emphasized. In order to localize parts such as HW and SW for military drones, standardization of drones is required in advance, and standardization is urgently required for design standards and test standards for core parts considering operational mission conditions according to the military operating environment. Followings are being focused on the Standardization of Military Drone. First, drone classification and terminology standards. Second, design safety-related airworthiness certification (unmanned power unit design, propeller, battery) standards. Third, communication and data link standards. Fourth, the standardization method was studied focusing on cybersecurity standards (security, control, identification system, etc.). The military drone standardization principle selects the same system or similar system promoted by the KATS(Korean Agency for Technology and Standards) and applies common fields such as international standards and national standards (KS) first, but it should pay a lot of attention and effort to standardization because stricter environmental and operating requirements may be required considering military specificity.
인터넷 동화자료를 활용한 책만들기 활동이 초등학생의 영어 읽기 능력 향상에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to improve reading ability, participation, interest, confidence of students after they read English books on the internet, make books, and then do reading activity with their own books. The object of the study is 24 students in one class of the fifth grade at an elementary school situated in Danwol myeon, Yangpyong county, Kyonggi province. The class used every Friday"s discretionary hour during 22 hours. The concrete object to achieve the above purpose is as follows. First, how will reading activities through making English books affect the reading ability of students? Second, how will reading activities through making English books affect the affective domain of students? Third, does the activity of making books contribute to the improvement of the reading ability of students? This study reached the conclusion as follows. First, the activity of making English books through the internet showed that the reading ability of students, who was familiar with internet, improved. Second, the reading class through making English books helped students make the meaningful result of the affective domain. Third, like we have seen from the result of pretest and post-test of reading, the activity of making books through using English books on the internet showed that it gave the positive effect to the reading ability of students.

헬기의 능동진동제어시스템(AVCS)은 주로터로부터 발생되는 진동을 제어하며, 수동형 진동저감장치 대비 저중량으로 우수한 진동저감 성능을 발휘한다. 본 논문에서는 FxLMS 알고리즘을 기반으로 타코미터 및 가속도 센서 신호를 통해 연산된 제어명령을 하중발생기(CFG)로 전달하여 소형 민수헬기의 진동을 제어하는 소프트웨어 개발 및 검증 내용을 제시하였다. DO-178C /DO-331 표준에 따라 모델 기반 설계 기법을 통해 진동제어 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, PILS 및 HILS 환경에서 실시간 작동 성능을 평가하였다. 특히, PILS 환경에서는 LDRA 기반 검증 커버리지를 통해 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. AVCS를 소형민수헬기에 적용하기 위해 지상/비행시험을 통해 대상 헬기 동적응답특성 모델을 획득하였다. 이를 기반으로 시스템 최적화 분석 및 비행시험을 통해 최적 성능을 발휘하는 AVCS 형상을 결정하고, STC 인증을 획득하였다. Active vibration control system(AVCS) for helicopter enables to control the vibration generated from the main rotor and has the superb vibration reduction performance with low weight compared passive vibration reduction device. In this paper, FxLMS algorithm-based vibration control software of the light civil helicopter tansmits the control command calculated using the signals of the tachometer and accelerometers to the circular force generator(CFG) is developed and verified. According to the RTCA DO-178C/DO-331, the vibration control software is developed through the model based design technique, and real-time operation performance is evaluated in PILS(processor in-the loop simulation) and HILS(hardware in-the loop simulation) environments. In particular, the reliability of the software is improved through the LDRA-based verification coverage in the PIL environments. In order to AVCS to light civil helicopter(LCH), the dynamic response characteristic model is obtained through the ground/flight tests. AVCS configuration which exhibits the optimal performance is determined using system optimization analysis and flight test and obtain STC certification.
