속도향상에 따른 열차속도와 전차선 파동전파속도에 대한 실험적 연구

An overhead catenary system is the one of the main subjects for increasing speed in electric railway. When a vehicle increases the speed over 350km/h, vibrations and wave propagation reflections occur severely. Therefore, the system suitable for the speed are needed. A wave propagation speed of contact wire is the main criteria to determine the tension for the system. Therefore, a train speed is restricted below 70% of wave propagation speed of it in European railway code. In this study, we measured a strain and uplift of contact wire while HEMU-430X tain is operated for the speed-up trial test in Kyungbu high-speed railway. The measured strain and uplift are analyzed with wave propagation speed according to the speed-up. The more a train speed reaches to a propagation speed, the more measured strain is high. Through the study, an experimental approach is performed about the code which a train speed is restricted below 70% of wave propagation speed of it.

Even if tracks cross each other, a train has to maintain a good current collection. Where catenary cross each other, it is called a crossover. Based on the cause analysis for a breakdown accident of pantograph occurred in the crossover on Ansan-line, a theoretical background and recommendation for the installation rule of a crossover are presented in the paper.

The detail design of overhead line can be dievided into a pegging plan and MD(Mounting Diagram) process. A program can perform a MD process was already developed and used in Honam High-Speed project. In this study a pegging plan program which can perform mast distribution automatically is developed. The system is developed based on dot net framework 4.0 and Civil3D 2012 and used spread 4.0 component for grid UI. It can not be directly used a rail horizontal alignment and long-section profile together on drawing. Therefore using Civil3D mathematical alignment and profile of rail can be accomplished. And this program has an advantage of user friendly operation because of close relationship between the two.

A detail design of overhead catenary system can be divided into a pegging plan and a design of MD(mounting diagram). In the pegging plan, the mast location, staggering and tension length are determined in the longitudinal point of view according to track condition, location of substation and etc. In the MD, a transversal diagram including masts, all of wires, cantilever, foundation and etc. and materials used are shown. This study presents a development of a software to design the MD for a conventional catenary system automatically. In the program, thin walled steel pole, foundation, cantilever, all of wires and etc. are automatically drawn according to the input and catenary conditions. And materials used in the MD and the section can be also managed respectively in the program. This application of the program is developed using C# for input/calculating and using C++(ObjectARX) for drafting the MD, respectively.

A steady arm that applies stagger to a contact wire and a hinged bracket that suspends a contact wire are essential components that give direct influence to overhead line characteristics. This paper presents the development of a hinged bracket including a steady arm and stem insulator which ensure a maximum uplift of 200㎜ for speed enhancement at conventional lines. The developed steady arm was designed considering interference with a pantograph by suiting dynamic gauge when contact wire uplift is 200㎜ proposed by UIC and weight was reduced by redesigning clamps for contact wires and pipe size. The developed and assembled hinged bracket, steady arm, and stem insulator were tested following specifications proposed by Korea Railway Standard and stability was confirmed by passing the stated conditions.
