Metaverse is expected to bring many innovations to society, culture, and economy by providing realistic services in various fields while suppressing time and space constraints. However, unclear definitions owing to the high diversity of the metaverse add to the confusion of the ecosystem participants. The current metaverse service has many voices of concern owing to technical limitations and lack of a clear profit model. Nevertheless, given its high growth potential driven by the digital transformation, a solid and long-term technology development strategy seems to be necessary. Accordingly, we analyze development cases centering on the major metaverse service shapes presented in the Metaverse New Industry Leading Strategy announced by the Ministry of Science and ICT in January 2022. In addition, we study the characteristics and core technologies of each metaverse service for its realization and discuss future stages of technological development.

Embryonic stem (ES) cells are pluripotent cell lines, which derived from preimplantation embryo. These cells have been used as a vehicle of foreign DNA for production of transgenic mammals. this experiment was performed to examined the possible use of blastodermal cells derived from hen's egg for germline manipulation. Stage X blsdtodermal cells isolated from fertilized eggs were cultured in DMEM containing 15% fetal calf serum. Blastodermal cells wre co-cultured on the chicken embryonic fibroblast (CEF) or mouse embryonic fibroblast(MEF) cells. to examine the effects of growth factors on stem cell growth, bFGF and LIF were added. There was no significant difference in colony formation of putative ES cells between CEF and MEF as a feederlayer, but the addition of growth factors enhanced the proliferation and inhibited differentiation of blastodermal cells. To characterize the cell colonies as a putative ES cells, putative embryonic cell colonies were stained by periodic acid Schiffs (PAS) reagent. The putative ES cell colonies showed intensive positive reaction similar to the property of undifferentiated PGC upto 20days in vitro, but not in other cell types. this result demonstrates that PAS-positive cell colonies may be used for the study of establishment of chicken ES cell lines for the production of transgenic chicken.

With the recent rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its use is gradually expanding to include creative areas and building new content using generative AI solutions, reaching beyond existing data analysis and reasoning applications. Content creation using generative AI faces challenges owing to technical limitations and other aspects such as copyright compliance. Nevertheless, generative AI may increase the productivity of experts and overcome barriers to creative work by allowing users to easily express their ideas as digital content. Thus, various types of applications will continue to emerge. As images and videos can be created using text input on a prompt, generative AI allows to create and edit digital assets quickly. We present trends in generative AI technology for images, videos, three-dimensional (3D) assets and scenes, digital humans, interactive content, and interfaces. In addition, the prospects for future technological development in this field are discussed.

Unfortunately, there is no technique which is stable and repetitive to produce transgenic chicken, although various ways of gene transfer including PGC-and embryonic cell-mediated gene transfer, DNA microinjection, virus inoculation and sperm cells have been employed. The aims of this study were 세 develop and establish such a stable, repetitive and efficient way of gene transfer giving a faithful gene expression during development after the reconstruction of embryo in an UV-irradiated egg. A dual reporter plasmid (pJJ9), a fusion gene containing lacZ and GFP driven by a CMV promoter was used to exploit either merits of both reporting markers. lacZ with strong signal or GFP with vital marking. Electroporated embryonic blastodermal cells (EBCs) in the presence of the pJJ9 DNA faithfully showed 377 bp PCR product and lacZ or GFP expressions in the identical cells in vitro of in vivo. Furthermore, analyses of expression pattern of the foreign DNA demonstrated that microinjected EBCs cells into the UV-irradiated recipient egg should participate in normal developmental process, for example, proliferation and differentiation into various tissues. Thirty percentages of the manipulated eggs showed lacZ expression in their tissues. These results together with the specific procedures used in this study should facilitate avian transgenesis.

본 연구는 러시아 연해주 남서지역에서 이 지역 특유의 생태적 다양성을 보호하면서 경제적 발전을 꾀할 수 있는 지속 가능한 개발 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 자연환경 조건과 천연자원 및 현재의 경제활동을 분석하였다. 경제 개발 과정에서 고려해야 할 이 지역 특유의 생물적 다양성을 보호하는 문제에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 특히 두만강 하류 습지대의 생물적 다양성의 보호활동에 중점을 두고 가능지역 구획을 시도하였다. 본 연구 지역의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 주요 방안은 다음과 같다. 경제적으로 효과적이고 생태적으로 수용 가능한 형태의 활동(양식, 사슴 농장, 휴양지 등)과 효율적인 지역 구획을 규정한다. 지역의 산업이나 경제개발에 제한을 둔다. 모든 토지 이용자들과의 협력 하에서 기능지역 구획을 세우고 기존의 여러 보호 구역들을 국제 생태 네트워크에 통합되는 단일 시스템으로 재조정함으로써 합리적인 토지이용 방안을 구상한다.<br/> <br/> This article aimed to suggest a program for environmental protection and sustainable development in southwest Primorskii Krai of the Russian Federation by analysis of Natural conditions. natural resources and current economic activities. Issues relating to protecting unique biodiversity toward economic development are examined. Special attention is given to functional zoning of the Russian part of lower Tumen River drainage. Functional zoning is key to protecting the unique biodiversity found in wet and marshlands of the lower Tumen River. Recommendations for acceptable economic activity are provided. The major components for a Sustainable Development Program in this area are: to define economically effective and ecologically acceptable types of regional activity (aquaculture: deer farming: recreation) and effective forms of territorial organization: to determine the restrictions on regional industrial and economic development: to organize rational regional land use by carrying out functional zoning and by coordinating this activity with all land users. including restructuring existing protected territories into a single system and include it into an international biospheric network.<br/>
