      • MOD-TFA공정에 의한 YBCO박막 제조 시 cerium첨가효과에 관한 연구

        The effects of Ba and Ce addition has been investigated in YBCO prepared by trifluoroacetate(TFA) metalorganic depostition(MOD) method. Precursor solutions with cation ratios of Y:Ba:Cu:Ce=1:2+x:3:x(x=0, 0.05, 0.1 and 1.5) have been prepared by adding an excess amount of cerium and barium. Coated film was calcined at lower temperature under a moisture-containing oxygen atmosphere. Superconducting YBCO films have been obtained by performing conversion heat treatment at temperature of $780{\sim}810^{\circ}C$ under a moisture-containing Ar(1,000 ppm oxygen) atmosphere. It has been shown that the critical current($I_c$) of YBCO film was degraded by doping of Ba and Ce atoms. But $I_c$ was increased as the amount of doped Ba and Ce content increased from 5% to 15 %. It was observed that there was little increase of a flux pinning force with Ba and Ce addition in YBCO film prepared by TFA-MOD process.

        한국산 Gobiid fish 16 종의 핵형

        A karyological analysis was carried out on different Korean species of the family Gobiidae (10 genera, 3 subfamies). The preparations were made according to the flame drying method, and the karyotypes were analyzed by conventional Giemsa staining. Diploid chromosome number ranged between 40 and 50 (Acantho-gobius hasta, 44; A. sp., 42; A, lactipes, 40; A. flavimanus, 44; Acentro-gobius pflaumi, 50; Rhinogobius brunneus, 44; Chasmichthys dolichognathus, 44; C. gulosus, 44; Chaenogobius annularis, 44; C. castaneus, 42; C. mororanus, 42; Mugilogobius abei, 46; Favonigobius gymnauchen, 48; Odontobutis platycephala, 44; Tridentiger obscures, 44; T, sp., 44), and arm number was in the range of 40-96. Some detected chromosomal characteristics permitted establishing some karyotypic relationships among the different species investigated.

        Somatic chromosomes in 12 population of the four Moroco species of Cyprinidae from Korea and Japan were examined. The preparation were made to flame drying method, and the karyotypes were analyzed by conventional Giemsa-staining. Diploid chromosome number in 12 populations of the four Moroco species of Cyprinidae from Korea and Japan were all samed, 2n=50. The ranges were 88-92 in fundamental number (NF). Some chromosomal characteristics were detected which permit establishing some karyotypic relationshipes among the different population of each Moroco species investigated.         미꾸리과의 미꾸라지와 미꾸리의 NORs 염색체

        Chromosome banding patterns obtained by silver staining (Ag-NORs) were analyzed in two Misgurnus species. In M. mizolepis the Ag-NORs were found at the secondary constrictions of a single chromosome pair or on the short arms of acrocentric chromosome pair, while those of M. anguillicaudatus were found on the short arm of one large subtelocentric pair or two acrocentric chromosome pair. In two Misgurnus species, there seems to be a trend toward chromosomal dispersion rather than fusion of the Ag-NORs. The chromosome polyploidy were not observed.

        백리향 (Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.)의 기내증식에 미치는 식물생장조절물질의 영향

        백리향(Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.)의 기내번식 방법을 개발하기 위해 줄기증식에 미치는 싸이토키닌 효과를 조사하였다. 시료식물은 MS배지에 thidiazuron등 5종의 싸이토키닌을 단독 또는 혼합 처리하여 광배양 또는 암배양 조건에서 식물체 증식을 유도하였다. 백리항의 대량증식에 효과적인 cytokinin종류와 농도는 명배양시 줄기수에 있어서 BA 1.0+TDZ 0.1mg/L (6.50$\pm$1.51) 였고, 신초의 길이는 zeatin 2.0+TDZ 0.1mg/L(3.27$\pm$0.7)가 최적 조건이었다. 또한 암배양시 줄기수의 경우엔 처리간에 별다른 차이 없이 비슷한 경향을 나타낸 가운데 2-ip 2.0mg/L로 처리하였을 때가 가장 뛰어났고, 줄기의 신장은 zeatin 2.0mg/L일 때가 가장 효과적이었다. 전체적으로 기내에서 대량증식율은 평균 89.58%로 비교적 대부분의 시료에서 식물체가 유도되었다. In vitro culture system was established to induce multiple shoots of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak. by investigating the effects of cytokinins. Stem explants were cultures on MS medium supplemented with either five drfferent plant growth regulators or their combinations under light or dark condition. The most effective cytokininsource was the combination of BA 1.0mg/L and TDZ 0.1mg/L for producing shoots (6.05$\pm$1.51), zeatin 2.0mg/L and TEZ 0.1mg/L for elongating shoots (3.27$\pm$0.66cm) under the light condition. In addition the most effective cytokinin was 2-ip 2.0mg/L for producing shoots(5.20$\pm$1.81), zeatin 2.0mg/L for elongating shoots(5.64$\pm$1.24cm)under the dark condition. Overall, the average percent for in vitro shooting was greater than 89.58%.

        부사 ‘행여’의 통시적 연구

        This study examined Korean adverb 'haengyeo'' diachronically and analyzed the changes in the distribution and meaning of the adverb that has been used since the Middle Age. The adverb in the Middle Age was formed by a combination of Chinese word '幸/hʌyŋ' and the adverbial suffix '-hhyeo>hyeo'. The adverb 'hʌyŋhyeo' occurred in declarative sentences, '-keodeun, -myeon' conditional clauses, and clauses of other connective endings; '-lyeoniwa, -ni, -eo, -ko', and adnominal·nominal clauses. However, it was mainly used in conditional clauses and not productively used in other constructions. It mainly expressed the original meaning of 'hʌyŋ(hope, fortunately, please)' in many constructions, while it also expressed 'assumption' or 'supposition' in some conditional and adnominal clauses. The adverb with the original meaning of Chinese word '幸' was still used in Modern Korean. However, the distribution of the adverb was extended to some exclamatory, interrogative, (negative) imperative constructions and several concessive clauses. Similarly, the distribution of the adverb expressing 'assumption' or 'supposition' was extended to interrogative sentences and some concessive and causal clauses. 'Haengyeo' in the on-line corpus of contemporary Korean showed various distributions that have not been completely discussed in the previous studies. It occurred in interrogatives, negative imperatives, and declarative sentences expressing supposition. In addition, it occurred in clauses of various connective endings including '-myeon, -lsera and -taganeun' and '-ki' nominal and adnominal clauses. 'Haengyeo' in contemporary Korean is considered as an adverb expressing 'assumption' or 'supposition' and no longer considered as an adverb with the original meaning. 'Haengyeo' in the constructions such as 'haengyeo(na) ha-' and negative imperatives appears to keep the original meaning, but its semantic function is actually analyzed as 'assumption' or 'suppositon' with a positive expectation. 본고는 부사 ‘행여’의 통시적 고찰을 통해 중세국어 이후의 그 분포 양상과 의미기능의 변화를 살펴보았다. 중세국어 시대의 ‘혀’는 한자어 어근 ‘幸/-’에 접미사 ‘->혀’가 결합된 것으로, 주로 조건의 연결어미 ‘-거든, -면’ 구문에 나타나나 그 밖에 평서문이나 ‘-려니와, -ㄴ, -니, -어, -고’와 같은 연결어미 구문, 그리고 관형절 및 명사절에도 나타남을 확인하였다. 그런데 이 시대의 ‘혀’는 주로 ‘다행히, 바라건대, 부디’와 같은 한자 본래의 의미대로 쓰였으며, ‘-면, 거든’ 구문과 같은 일부의 환경에서만 ‘가정’이나 ‘추측’의 의미를 나타낸 것으로 파악되었다. 근대국어 시대의 자료에서도 여전히 한자 본래의 의미를 나타내는 ‘혀’ 구문이 쓰였다. 그러나 ‘가정’이나 ‘추측’의 의미를 나타내는 ‘혀’는 그 분포가 확대되어 중세국어 자료에는 보이지 않는 의문문이나 조건의 연결어미 이외의 연결어미 구문에서도 ‘가정’이나 ‘추측’의 의미를 나타내는 ‘혀’가 확인되었다. 온라인 말뭉치 자료에 나타나는 현대국어의 ‘행여’는 선행연구에서 다루어지지 못한 다양한 분포를 보인다. 즉 의문문이나 조건의 연결어미 ‘-면’ 구문뿐만 아니라 추측을 나타내는 평서문과 부정명령문, ‘-ㄹ세라, -다가는’ 등과 같은 다양한 연결어미 구문, 그리고 ‘-기’ 명사절이나 관형절 등과 결합하는 분포를 보인다. 이러한 ‘행여’는 한자 본래의 의미기능은 사라지고 일반적인 ‘가정’이나 ‘추측’의 의미를 나타내는 부사로 분석되었다. 다만 관용적 쓰임의 ‘행여(나) 하-’구문과 부정명령문 등과 같은 일부 제한된 환경에서만 한자 본래의 ‘기대’의 의미기능이 살아남아 일종의 ‘기대적 가정/추측’과 같은 의미기능을 나타내는 것으로 분석하였다.
