장애인 근로자의 자기 효능감과 사회적 지지가 작업생산성에 미치는 영향

This study was aiming at stabilizing and enhancing work productivity of workers with disabilities, firstly, by clarifying a causal relationship between self-efficacy, social support and work productivity, secondly, by managing any psychological and social causation for workers with disabilities. I conducted a survey on 205 workers with disabilities (physical disability, deaf and speech disability) who work for general cooperations and work activity centers among vocational rehabilitation facilities. Belows are the result of my study; First, work productivity has varied according to the degree of self-efficacy and social support, that is, firstly, middle level of self-confidence and family and sponsor``s support induced higher ratio of target completion than high level of it, secondly, as each of the all factors becomes higher, work mistake or accidentlessened, thirdly, as self-efficacy enhanced, the attitude of work participation got better, finally, higher task difficulty preference was recognized as the enhancement of performance level. Second, according to the survey which verified the difference among self-efficacy, social support and work productivity in accordance with general peculiarities of participants, it was found that women had higher task difficulty preference of self-efficacy and lesser work mistake than men. It represents that women have more preference for difficult task and they are more challenging and delicate. In addition, the participants who became disabilities beyond 20years old that is the time when one should choose his career had high self-efficacy and societal support and they seldom commit work mistake. Notably, the workers with two or three years of continuous service had high self-efficacy and social support and the highest performance level as well. On the contrary, the level of education and ages for workers with disabilities were not direct determinants for self-efficacy and social support. Third, according to the result which verified the difference among self-efficacy, social support and work productivity in accordance with the condition of employment, there were no differences in terms of self-efficacy and social support and work productivity, except that workers with disabilities who work for work activity centers had higher target completion than who work for general cooperations. Fourth, as a result of the analysis which aimed to verify the impact of self-efficacy and social support towards work productivity, it turned out that self-efficacy, especially self-confidence, had an affirmative influence on work productivity, participation, mistake, performance level. as self-efficacy enhanced, the attitude of work participation got better and the work mistake or accident lessened. Furthermore, high task difficulty was connected with self-recognition of high performance level.

The purpose of this study is to develop a job-related vocational skills standards for predicting and preparing for future jobs of students with special education needs. Research methods were used for literature review and expert consultation, and the Delphi technique. The results of this study are as follows; Vocational standards are developed five job area(Secretary/marketing, computer/office skills, construction/manufacturing, consumer/services, culture), which were analyzed by the 40 functional areas, 210 functional tasks. Vocational standard materials research is needed on the development and application of a special education student`s situation assessment systems to take advantage of career counseling materials.
인터뷰 담화에 나타난 경도지적장애 성인의 담화표지 사용 특성

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the patterns of discourse markers used in interview discourse among adults with mild intellectual disabilities, and to learn about what types of discourse markers, frequency of use are compared with the group that matched their living age. [Method] The subject of this study was a total of 30 people of 15 adults aged between 18 and 24 with mild intellectual disabilities(hereinafter 'intellectually handicapped group') and 15 university student(hereinafter 'university student group') of the same living age as adults with mild intellectual disabilities. The data analysis was analyzed according to the discourse marker analysis framework that modified and supplemented previous research. [Result] The two groups showed almost the same percentage of use of discourse markers in overall utterances as 12.63 percent of adults with intellectual disabilities and 12.5 percent of university adults with matching their living age. When it comes to the overall use of discourse markers according to the discourse function, the group of adults with mild intellectual disabilities use a total of 410 times (37.79%) of filling in gaps. the group of adults with intellectual disabilities was significantly lower than the university group of students who matched their age in life in returning to the subject, deepening the subject, expressing attitude by emphasizing, expressing attitude by weakening , and expressing careful attitude. the group of adults with intellectual disabilities used discourse markers 'geu' a total of 116 (28.29%) in filling in gaps, and showed a high frequency of 10.69% of the total discourse markers. [Conclusion] As a result, there were no significant differences in the percentage of using discourse markers between the groups. However, the group of adults with mild intellectual disabilities used the fewer number of discourse markers in general, employed the fewer number of discourse marker in each subtype, and demonstrated the limited varieties compared to their counterparts. Therefore, these findings suggest the importance of providing the linguistic intervention on discourse markers for adults with mild intellectual disabilities.
발달지체 유아 및 자폐성 아동 중재 컨텐츠 개발 기초 연구

본 연구는 한국학술진흥재단의 2005년도 중점연구소지원 사업으로 선정된“발달지체 유아 및 자폐성아동 중재 컨텐츠 개발 및 시스템 적용 연구”를 위한 발달지체 유아와 자폐성 발달장애아동들을 위한 e-컨텐츠 개발을 위한 기초 연구의 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 e-컨텐츠가 지역 사회와 연계한 활용성을 배가하기 위한 방안을 모색 하고자 문헌고찰을 중심으로 하였으나, 실제 현재까지 연구된 컨텐츠 투입에 따른“실행 경로 추적”에 따라 관련 실행 상황들을 여과 없이 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구에서 제안된 연구 문제는 두 가지로 요약 된다. 첫째, 지역사회와 연계한 e-컨텐츠의 활용성을 파악하고자 하였고, 둘째, 향후의 개발 과제는 어떤 측면이 강조되어야 하는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과에 나타난 제안적 결론은 다음과 같다. 현재 우리나라 발달지체 유아 및 자폐성 발달장애아를 위한 e-컨텐츠 개발은 전문 연구자들에 의한 연구의 진입단계 수준으로, 특히 지역사회 연계 측면에서는 예비교사교육 내용 등에서 조차 발달지체 관련 내용이 체계화 되어 있지 않는 문제점이 지적 되었다. 그러나 본 연구 과제 관련 개발 컨텐츠의 투입 경로 추적에 따른 인터넷 시스템의 활용성은 현재 60만 명 이상의 지역사회 누적 사용자 확보에 따라 실용적 시스템 구축이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로, 향후 지역사회 연계 컨텐츠 개발의 과제는 지역사회에서 발달지체 유아들을 위한 가정지도에 보다 쉽게 활용 될 수 있는“발달 이미지 중심 컨텐츠”와“기초학력 컨텐츠 개발”의 확대 적용이 향후 과제로 부각되었다.
