Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita is a very rare congenital vascular anomaly, characterized by vascular mottling of the skin, telangiectasia, hemangioma and skin atropy at birth. The mottling may be generalized or localized in distribution and tends to fade spontaneously with age. A case of CMCT occuring in a 5 months old girl shows localized, reticuhted mottling of the skin and telangiectasia from the left buttock to the leg and s!in atrophy on the left knee. There was no other anomaly except the finger-tip sized capillary hemangioma on the letf scapular area and no change in the course for 8 months.

We report a case of zosteriform cutaneous metastasis from breast cancer in a 62-year-old female patient who had painful confluent hard papules over left side of chest. Histopathologic examinations of the cutaneous lesion revealed neoplastic cell, which showing glandular structure and multifocal tumor emboli within dilated lymphatics, infiltrating in the dermis. She was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
공통과학 교육과정 연구 : 통합과학적 측면의 과목 신설 배경을 중심으로

This paper was made for the purpose of research for newly formed of Common Science subject and setting up for Common Science subject's place. For this purpose, I 1) reviewed the bacground of curriculum revision and newly formed Common Science subject. 2) reviewed the change of the current of science education and the study of Common Science subject in Korea. 3) examined Common Science subject as integrated science. The results were as follow: 1. Newly formed of Common Science subject motivated by current of science education in the wordwide, direction of the 6th curriculum in Korea and the actual condition of integrated science in foreign country. 2. It emphasize on learning of inquiry method than system of knowledge, introduction to material connected with real life and science and technology in society in the Common Science subject. In principle, the level of concept in Common Science subject keep within level of Science subject in middle school. 3. Common Science subject is characterized by integrated science. And Common Science subject have to become more integrated science in the textbook and the teaching-learning as well as in curriculum.
고밀도 비선형 광 저장장치를 위한 새로운 부분응답 최대유사도 신호 검출기 구현

본 논문에서는 고밀도 광기록 장치에서 발생하는 디스크 기울임 현상으로 인한 검출 성능 저하를 방지하기 위해서 디스크 기울임 분석기를 갖는 적응 등화 PRML 검출 방법을 VerilogHDL을 이용하여 구현하였다. 디스크 기울임의 분석을 위하여 고정된 패턴으로 일정한 간격마다 반복되는 동기 데이터를 이용하여 분석된 디스크의 기울임 정도를 측정하여 ROM에 저장된 등화기 계수값과 가지 메트릭의 기준값을 갱신한다. 이러한 방법은 지속적으로 계수값을 계산하여 갱신시켜줘야 하는 기존의 적응등화 방법에 비해 간단하게 각각의 계수값을 갱신시킬 수 있다. Hynix $0.35{\mu}m$ STD cell library로 회로를 합성한 결과 35K 정도의 게이트를 필요로 하고 최대동작속도 140MHz의 성능을 보였다. The implement the adaptive partial response maximum likelihood (PRML) detector with tilt analyzer for asymmetric high-density optical storage system. For the estimation of disc tilt, we exploit spc patterns in each data frame. Because of using the ROM table to renew the coefficients of equalizer and reference values of branches, the complexity of the hardware is reduced. The proposed PRML has been designed and verified by VerilogHDL and synthesized by the Synopsys Design Compiler with Hynix $0.35{\mu}m$ STD cell library. In the result, the total gate count is 35K, and the maximum operating frequency is 140MHz.
