산·학·관 전략적 제휴를 통한 석재 신제품의 사업화 전략 : 학술적 기업가의 역할을 중심으로

본 연구는 학술적 기업가의 역할을 중심으로 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 전략적 제휴모델을 제시하고, 고성능 폴리머 복합관 신제품 사업화 사례를 분석하였다. 벤처기업 창업 인프라 제공 주체는 정부, 대학, 벤처캐피탈기관 등이 대표적이며, 그 가운데 대학, 특히 학술적 기업가들의 역할이 가장 중요하다. 따라서 학술적 기업가의 창업동기와 창업지원 주체별 역할을 근거로 학술적 기업가 창업활동 지원모델을 제시하였다. 또한 산ㆍ학ㆍ관 협력사업인 폴리머 복합관 창업과정을 대상으로 사례연구를 통해 학술적 기업가의 창업추진인자로서 창업의 성패를 좌우함을 확인하였다. 이외에도 체계적 지원시스템은 물론 기술이전 과정에서 발생하는 갈등을 조정할 수 있는 제도적 장치가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The major entity supplying the supporting infrastructure of the venture creation is the venture capitalists, university(and research center), and government. Especially, the role of the university and academic entrepreneurs is the key factor in the process of the technology transfer. This article suggests the supporting model for the venture creation of the R&D new products through the strategic alliance composed of the industry, university, and government based on both of the entities's role and the motives of academic entepreneurs. The capacity (or role) of the academic entrepreneurs to craft a vision, and then to lead, inspire, and persuade key members makes an enormous difference between success and failure according to the case study about the process of high-performance polymer-composite pipe business incubation. And the model of academic enterpreneurial venture creation requires that the systematic supporting system as well as the institutional framework for handling the among the members of a committed venture team.
