ERP 환경에서의 복수공장 생산능력을 고려한 주문처리 및 일정계획

ERP integrates all informations in the enterprise, but it lacks of the planning module in manufacturing & distribution. The planning in manufacturing & distribution has been managed by inventory control. But now, the information technology enable to integrate supplier, manufacturing, distribution and customer in terms of the planning in manufacturing & distribution. This thesis focuses on creating a customer's order-base MPS in multi-plants environment. In order to create the MPS for on-time delivery & less tardiness, MPS scheduler is designed by heuristic technique, with manage plant capacity and product schedule using PUSH/PULL system. When order is receipted, available-to-promise deadline is calculates by Order Management module, and receipted orders are evaluated by MPS scheduler. As the result, manufacturing sequence plans, which are available for JIT manufacturing and on time delivery, are distributed to each plant.
TNF-α 자극에 의한 U937 단핵구 세포의 HT29 대장 상피 세포 부착에 대한 Berberine의 PPARγ가 아닌 NF-κB 경로를 통한 억제 효과

Berberine, an isoquinoline alkaloid, has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammation. It has been reported that berberine inhibits experimental colitis through inhibition of IL-8, and that inhibitory effect of berberine on inflammatory cytokine expression is mediated through peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR)-γ. In this study, we examined the effects and action mechanism of berberine on the tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-induced monocyte adhesion to HT29 human colonic epithelial cells, which is commonly used as an in vitro model of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Berberine significantly inhibited the TNF-α-induced monocyte adhesion to HT29, which is similar to the effect of PDTC, a nuclear factor (NF)-κB inhibitor. However, ciglitazone and GW, the ligands of PPAR-γ, did not suppress the TNF-α-induced monocyte adhesion to HT29 cells. In addition, TNF-α-induced chemokine expression and NF-κB transcriptional activity were significantly inhibited by berberine in a concentration-dependent manner. The results suggest that inhibitory effect of berberine on colitis is mediated through suppression of NF-κB and NF-κB-dependent chemokine expression.

With the increasing worldwide concern on low quantity of energy resource and environmental problems, the technological innovation on IC engine for automotive use in terms of engine performance and efficiency is highly required among car makers. To meet these requirements, many engine-related geometric factors which influence on engine performance should be fully understood, In this research, the sensitivity analysis was carried out to assess the effects of many engine sub-parameters on engine performance. To this end, the conventional 4-stroke, 4-cylinder gasoline SI engine was modeled and its performance was simulated with varying engine sub-parameters, For the performance analysis of IC gasoline engine, AVL BOOST, the commercial engine cycle simulation code, is adopted. The effects of exhaust manifold runner length, exhaust port length, intake manifold runner diameter on engine performance are mainly presented.
