다발성골수종 환자의 임상적 특성과 국제간호실무분류체계(ICNP)를 이용한 전자간호기록의 분석: 말초혈액조혈모세포채집을 시행한 환자를 대상으로

Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze the nursing records applied during the collection of peripheral blood stem cells collection (PBSCC) in multiple myeloma (MM) patients using International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP, version 1), and to utilize them as basic data for effective nursing process application and decision making. Methods: Forty - one patients with MM who underwent PBSCC from June 2010 to December 2013 were included. The ICNP was used to categorize electronic nursing records into 7 axes (FOCUS, JUDGMENT, TIME, LOCATION, MEANS, ACTION, CLIENT) according to the mobilization type of PBSCC. Results: The duration of hospitalization (p<.001) and the number of nursing diagnosis (p=.023) showed significant differences between the two groups according to the type of mobilization. As a result of cross analysis of the nursing statement, ‘secretory substance’ of FOCUS and ‘none’ of JUDGMENT were most commonly used terms for nursing assessment and statement for outcome, whereas ‘education’ of ACTION was most frequently used for the statement of nursing intervention. Conclusion: In the axis of ACTION for nursing intervention, ‘education’, ‘observing’, and ‘prevention’ were independent activities.

Purpose: This study was designed to develop job description for Korean oncology APNs and assess importance, frequency, and difficulty for each of task elements listed on the job description. Method: Twenty-four ncology APNs or professors working at cancer centers or universities in Korea were enrolled in this study. They were asked to complete the questionnaires about frequencies, importances, and difficulties on the task elements for the APNs which had developed through a DACUM method. Descriptive statistics were produced by using SPSS WIN 10.0. Result: The job description of oncology APNs was identified 5 duties, 44 tasks, and 110 task elements. As for the all five duties, the average scores of the frequency, importance, and difficulty were 2.57, 2.25 and 2.52. And the role of educator was shown as the most important duty of the oncology ANPs, whereas the role of administer was the least. And the role of consultant was the most frequently performed by the oncology APNs. Conclusion: In this study, we could recognize the reality of oncology APNs' performances having wide spectrum from medical to nursing disciplines. For further verifying and improving performance, we need more precisely designed studies with more representative subjects.

N/A Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship quality of life and health promoting behavior among hospital staff nurses. Method: Data were collected by questionnaires from 249 hospital staff nurses in General Hospital. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The score of quality of life showed significantly positive correlation with the score of health promoting behavior, social support, coping behavior, and hardiness. The quality of life showed significantly negative correlation with the score of burnout. The most powerful predictor of quality of life was burnout and the variance explained was 15%. A combination of burnout, health promoting behavior, coping behavior, self efficacy, and hardiness account for 33% of the variance in quality of life among hospital staff nurses. Conclusion: This study suggest that burnout, health promoting behavior, coping behavior, self efficacy, hardiness, and social support are significantly influencing factors on quality of life among hospital staff nurses.
