이동 통신 채널에서 GMSK 시스템의 성능 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 라이시안 페이딩 환경에서의 GMSK신호의 오율식을 유도하고 이를 수치 계산하였다. 또한 신뢰도가 높은 통신방식을 구현하기 위해 BCH부호화 기법을 도입하여 GMSK신호의 오율성능 개선에 대해 연구하였다. 그리고 잡음 환경에서의 GMSK신호의 오율식과 라이시안 페이딩 환경에서의 GMSK신호의 오율식을 반송파 대 잡음전력비(CNR), 직접파 대 반사파 잔력비(K)를 함수로 하여 수치계산한 결과를 그래프로 나타내고 비교, 검토하였다. 수치 계산 결과로부터 CNR감쇠상수 α를 각각 0.55, 0.68로 하였을 때, 라이시안 페이딩 환경에서 GMSK신호의 오율이 두 경우 모두 K가 증가함에 따라 잡음 환경의 오율곡선으로 근접함을 알 수 있었다. α를 각각 0.55, 0.68로 하고 ??의 비트오율을 얻으려고 할 때 K=10인 경우, BCH(15, 11) 부호화된 경우가 부호화되지 않은 경우보다 CNR이 각각 2.5[dB], 약 2.0[dB]정도 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 α를 각각 0.55, 0.68로 하고 ??의 비트오율을 얻으려고 할 때 K=20인 경우, BCH(7, 4) 부호화된 경우가 부호화되지 않은 경우보다 CNR이 각각 약 2.0[dB], 약 1.0[dB]정도 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, the bit error probability equation of GMSK signal has been derived in the Rician fading environment, and the error performance has been evaluated numerically. The BCH coding technique is adopted in order to achieve reliable communication. The bit error performance of GMSK signal transmitted through the Gaussian noise and the Rician fading hannel is shown in the figures as a function of carrier-to-noise power ratio(CNR), power ratio in the dominant path to the scattered paths (K). From the results, it is known that the bit error probability of GMSK signal in the Rician fading environment approaches to tht of Gaussian noise environment as K becomes higher. In caes of K=10, the evaluated results show that the CNR to maintain the error rate of ?? is improved about 2.5[dB] at the CNR attenuation constant, α=0.55, and about 2.0[dB] at α=0.68 by using BCH(15, 11) coding technique. In case of K=20, it is known that the CNR for the error rate of ?? is improved about 2.0[dB] at α=0.55, and about 1.0[dB] at α=0.68 by using BCH (7, 4) coding technique.

The Study was carried out retrospectively based on the clinical charts of patients who had 241 Cesarean seations performed, and 246 new borns including 5 pairs of twins delivered at Dept. of Obst. & Gyn., Yonesei University Cllege of Medicine, from January 1,1962 to December 31, 1996. The results were as follows: 1.Cesarean section rate was 7.4% for the period. 2. The indications for Cesarean section were that cephalo-pelvic disproportion was the most prevalent and 30.3%, repeat section 29.9%, antepartum hemorrhage (Placenta previa and abruptio placentae) 10.0%, malpresentation 12.8%, cervical cancer was 2.5% and so on. 3. In type of operation, low cervical section was 86.6%, classic 7.9%, and Csearean hysterectomy was 4.5%. 4. The average pelvic diameters by Colcher-sussman X-ray pelvimetry in disproportion cases were 10.39 Cm. and 12.30 Cm. in antrerio-posterior and transverse dimeters of pelvic inlet, 10.59 Cm. and 9.57 Cm. in anterio-posterior and transverse diameters of mid pelvis and 6.98 Cm. and 9.48 Cm. In posterior sagital and transverse diameters of pelvic outlet respectively. 5. The types of anesthesia until the baby was delivered were local, spinal, and general anesthesia respecively 7.0%, 50.2% and 42.8%. 6. In new borns, 14.6% had low birth weight, and 4.47% of total births had Apgar score 0, 12.6% Apgar sore 1-5, and heavier babies had higher scores. 7. Perinatal mortality was 6.69% and the half of those were premature babies. 8. Puerperal infection was 17.77% in cases with membrane ruptured, and 10.80% in cases with mombrane was intact when Cesarean section was decided respectively, and was 12% in average. 9. Maternal deaths accured in two cases corresponding to 0.83% of mortality and were caused by a hypofibrionogenemia and septicemia complications respectively.

Since Lebert, Virchow and R. Meyer has submitted the study for uterine sarcoma, there are much speculations as to clinical and pathological aspect of this disease. Different authors have a variance of opinion in regard to histogenesis of some type of this tumor and incidence of sarcomatous degeneration of leiomyoma. The variation in incidence of sarcomatous degeneration of leiomyoma is mainly due to disagreement among pathologists or gynecologist as to definite histological criteria for uterine sarcoma. 1) Since 1961. 1.1. up to 1966. 12.31. at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University Medical College, has 5 cases of histologically proven uterine sarcoma. 2) In a series of 192 cases of leiomyomas at Severance Hospital, incidence of sarcomatous change is reported as 0.015%. 3) At Severance Hospital, uterine sarcoma occupies about 1 % of all malignant disease of the uterus
