Farmland transaction prices are affected by various factors such as politics, society, and the economy. The purpose of this study is to identify multiple factors that affect the farmland transaction price due to changes in the actual transaction price of farmland by farmland unit from 2016 to 2020. There are several previous studies analyzed the determinants of farmland transaction prices by considering spatial dependency. However, in the case of land transactions where the time and space of the transaction affect simultaneously, if only spatial dependence is considered, there is a limitation in that it cannot reflect spatial dependence that occurs over time. In order to solve these limitations, To address these limi ations, this study builds a spatio-temporal autoregressive model that simultaneously considers spatial and temporal dependencies using farmland transactions in Jinju City as an example. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there was significant spatio-temporal dependence in farmland transactions within the previous 30 days. This means that if the previous farmland transaction was carried out at ahigh price, it has a spatio-temporal spillover effect that indirectly affects the increase in the price of other nearby farmland transactions. The study also found that various location attributes and socioeconomic attributes have a significant impact on farmland transaction prices. The spatio-temporal autoregressive model of farmland prices constructed in this study can be used to improve the prediction accuracy of farmland prices in the farmland transaction market in the future, and it is expected to be useful in drawing policy implications for stabilizing farmland prices

In this article I deal with the problems of self-consciousness, time, the blind old man, and evil to reach a possibly coherent interpretation of “Limbo”. Among various issues, the question of the blind old man looking at the moon comes to the fore. Some critics, for example, Harold Bloom, regard the old man gazing at the moon as representing Coleridge's vision, operating at the height of his imagination. Bloom views the old man as a sage achieving an inner light. I think that the image of the old man suggests an egotistical idealist who remains unconnected with the other. I agree with the idea of many critics that the moonlight represents something divine. Considering that many beneficial things take place under the influence of moonlight, and that moonlight is the emblem of imagination, their suggestion is a possible interpretation. Critics who argue that the old blind man achieves an inner vision support their argument by offering the fact that Coleridge rejected a mechanistic philosophy. Furthermore, blindness has traditionally been closely related to inner wisdom or inner vision. However, in my opinion, there are some problems with regarding the old man as a sage who achieves such inner vision. His statue-like eyes seem to accentuate the separation between his own self and others, rather than imply the wisdom that the blind may achieve. Another reason that I doubt that the old man's achieves inner vision is the ambiguity of the expressions “looks like”, “seemeth” and “seems to”. These types of expressions imply that Coleridge is not confident about the old man's self-consciousness. At least at the stage of his writing “Limbo”, the poet might not have been certain about the unity of the universe.

퇴행성관절염 환자의 보행시 지면 반력 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze ground reaction force of walking for elderly women with degenerative osteoarthritis. The force platform (Kistler Type 9281CA, sampling frequency 1000HZ) was used to measure ground reaction force. Dependent variables for this study included both vertical and anterior/posterior ground reaction force components of walking. The paired t test was used to analyze the variables of the gait cycle for both the left and right side. The passive force peaks for elderly women with degenerative osteoarthritis had a greater magnitude and were greater in number than those of the control group. For the elderly group, active force peaks had a higher magnitude and were more frequent as well. The pattern of active force for the control group was symmetrical, while the pattern for the elderly group was asymmetrical. Compared to the control group, the stance time for elderly women was less. The total integral for the elderly group was less than that of the normal group. Braking time was less for elderly women in comparison to the control group. There were differences in the right and left leg for total impulse, braking time, and the impulse of braking force as well.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of daily calorie intake and calorie consumption by elementary school students on their obesity. For the purpose, a survey was concluded against 132 male students and 129 female students. In order to fine daily calorie intake and consumption, 24 hour recall method was used, i.e., to have the surveyed student record detailed contents of both their food consumption and theit physical activities with the help of their parents. Based on the kind and amount of consumed food, daily calorie intake was calculated while calory consumption was computed using the data about both the type and duration of physical activities. The degree of obesity was measured according to the bioimpedence method and classified into four stages, i.e., low weight, normal over-weight, and obesity. For data analysis, ststistical analyses done in this study are ANOVA and sheffe. The result of this study are as follows. 1. The difference of obesity rate according to daily calorie consumption existed in both men and women(P<.05). 2. The difference of obesity according to total daily energy intake could'nt exist in men, but women showed some differences. 3. There was no difference according ingestion in men, but women had some(P<.05). 4. There was no difference according to eating between meals in women, but men had some difference(P<.05). Similar to the previous study, this study also shows that the less energy one consumes the fatter one is. Accordingly, energy consumption is a vital factor to lead child fatness. Any consistent relationship between the degree of fatness and daily calorie intake cannot be indicated.

LR 파싱 시에 리덕션 골을 리덕션 시점 이전에 찾는 기법은 우문맥 계산 등의 다양한 응용을 갖는다. 기존 연구로서 미리 결정될 수 있는 리덕션 골의 집합을 생성해주는 방식이 제안되었다. 한편 이와 같은 집합 형태의 접근은 비결정적이어서 응용에 따라서는 부적절한 경우가 있다 이에 본 논문에서는 집합의 형태가 아닌 유일한 예상 가능한 리덕션 골을 제시하는 결정적인 방법을 제안한다. The technique of reduction goal prediction in LR parsing has several applications such as the computation of right context. An LR parser generating the set of pre-determined reduction goals was previously suggested. The set approach is nondeterministic, and so it is inappropriate in some applications. This paper suggests a deterministic technique to give a uniquely predictable reduction symbol.
