      • 콩의 收量 및 種實成分에 대한 栽植密度의 影響

        This study was carried out to estimate the effects of planting density on the yield and seed components of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill), Bokwangkong and Muhankong. According to the results, there were no significant differences of planting density on days to flowering and maturity, and 100 grain weight, respectively. Increasing the planting density, stem length, the number of branches and yields were respectively increased, although stem diameter was decreased. The composition rate of protein showed no regular tendency in the two soybean varieties, although oil components was higher in the dense plot. In the analysis of amino acid, both tested soybeans had a high level of glutamic acid and aspartic acid, and the composition rate of valine, arginine and methionine were respectively getting higher according as the increment of planting density. On the other hand, histidine and lysine was lower as the increment of planting density. For the variation of minerals, calcium content was lower, however, the content of phosphoric acid was preferably increased according to the dense planting.

        普廣콩을 供試하여 播種時期 및 栽植密度 差異가 大豆의 生育, 收量 및 種實 成分組成에 미치는 影響을 究明하고자 실시한 實驗의 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 播種期에 따른 比較에서는 莖長 (60.1㎝), 分枝數 (2.2개), 主莖節數 (16.1개), 莢數 (35.5개), 收量 (226㎏/10a) 은 適播에서 높았고 100粒重 (25.4g)은 早播에서 가장 무거웠다. 2. 栽植密度에 따른 比較에서는 莖長 (60.2㎝), 分枝數 (2.13개)는 疎植에서 많았고, 主莖節數 (16.3개), 100粒重(25.2g)은 密植에서 많았고 莢數 (33.7개), 收量 (224㎏/10a)는 標準에서 많았다. 3. 蛋白質含量의 播種期間의 比較에서는 晩播 (38.9%), 適播 (38.7%), 早播(33.9%)이 순으로 播種期가 늦을수록 많이 含有되어 있고 栽植密度間의 比較에서는 標準 (39.6%), 疎植 (37.3%), 密植 (34.7%)의 순으로 密植g라 수록 적게 含有되어 있다. 4. 油脂含量의 播種期間의 比較에서는 適播 (19.3%), 晩播 (18.4%), 早播 (17.3%)의 순으로 早播일 때 적게 含有되어 있고, 栽植密度間의 比較에서는 標準, 密植 (18.4%), 疎植 (18.2%) 모두 비슷하였다. 5. 아미노산 含量의 播種期間의 比較에서는 Histidine, Lysine 등은 晩播일 때, Tryprophan은 適播일 때, Valine, Methionine, Threonine, Leucine, Phenylalanine등은 早播일 때 많이 含有되어 있으며 Arginine, Isoleucine는 일정한 경향이 없었다. 栽植密度間의 比較에서는 Histidine, Arginine, Methionine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Phenylalanine등은 疎植일 때, Tryptophan은 標準일 때, Valine, Threonine, Lysine등은 密植일 때 많이 含有되어 있다. 6. 無機成分의 播種期間의 比較에서는 早播일 때는 P₂O??, Na, CaO 含量이 많았고 適播일때는 K₂O, MgO, Fe 含量이 많았고, 晩播일 때는 N 含量이 많았으며 栽植密度間의 比較에서는 標準일 때는 N, K₂O, MgO, Na, CaO, Fe 含量이 많았고, 密植에서는 P₂O?? 含量이 많았다. This study was respectively conducted to investigate the effect of seeding time and planting density on growth, yield and seed components of a soybean variety, Bokwangkong. The results were summarized as follows. For the comparison of the seeding time, stem height (60.1㎝), numbers of branches (2.2), nodes (16.1), pods (35.5) and yields (226㎏/10a) were respectively higher under the optimum seeding than those under the early and the late seeding. Otherwise, 100 seeds weight(25.4g) showed the highest value in the early seeding. In the comparison of plant density, stem height (60.2㎝) and number of branches (2.13) was high in the sparse planting. Number of nodes (16.3) and 100 seeds weight (25.2g) were high in the dense planting. On the other hand, number of pod (33.7) and yields (224㎏/10a) were high in the standard planting. The contents (%) of protein and lipid were respectively higher under the late and the optimum seeding, and those values were 38.9% and 19.3%, respectively. However, in the case of plant density, protein content was high under the standard planting, although lipid content showed the similar values regardless of the planting density. In the composition rate (%) of amino acid, histidine and lysine were high under the late seeding, tryptopan was high under the optimum seeding, and valine, methionine, threonine, leucine and phenylalanine were high under the early seeding, respectively. Otherwise, arginine and isoleucine did not have a distinct tendency. Histidine, arginine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine and penylalanine were respectively higher contents under the sparse planting, tryptopan were higher under the standard, and valine, threonine and lysine were higher under the dense planting than those of other planting densities, respectively.
