보레인 화합물을 이용한 불소 이온 검출에 관한 교육 연구

본 연구는 다양한 치환기를 포함하고 있는 3종의 보레인 화합물을 합성하고, UV/Vis 하에서 합성된 화합물이 내는 흡광을 이용하여 유기 용매 하에서 매우 적은 농도로 존재하는 불소 이온(F-)의 검출에 적용하고자 하는 것이다. We propose a research for detection of the fluoride ion using borane compounds. Based on the Lewis acid-base reaction, we discussed the fundamental of sensing for fluoride ion. One of the important aspects in the chemistry of organoboranes is their behaviors as Lewis acids, which is a result of the vacant 2pπ orbital on the tricoordinate boron center. The electronic interaction between boron atoms and π-orbitals of donor molecules, constructed from the carbon 2p orbitals, is generally strong. Boron atoms can reach the desired octet configuration either through π-overlap with a suitable X or through formation of Lewis acid-Lewis base complexes.
공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구

공공기관이 제공하는 서비스 질에 대한 사람들의 요구 수준이 높아지면서, 공공서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 내부 구성원의 만족도 향상에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 공공기관 구성원들의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 확인하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 선행요인으로서 공공봉사동기, 직무자율성, 인사제도의 적합성을 제시하였고, 각각의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 창원시 보건소 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 회귀분석을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 독립변수인 공공봉사동기, 직무자율성, 인사제도의 적합성 모두 종속변수인 직무만족과 인지된 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공공봉사동기와 직무자율성은 직무만족에, 인사제도의 적합성은 인지된 성과에 상대적으로 더 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 창원시 보건소 조직은 인위적인 조직통폐합을 통해 만들어진 조직으로서 위에서 밝혀진 결과는 향후 공공기관 조직 개편의 상황에서 조직의 안정적인 성과 창출을 위한 구성원 관리에 시사점을 제공하고 있다. As the level of people’s demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.
기업가 정신이 자회사 지식창출에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

The knowledge-sharing activities of subsidiaries are expressed as knowledge reverse transfers, and the subsidiaries that contribute to the enhancement of the capabilities of multinational corporations in terms of knowledge are called centers of excellence (CoE). Moreover, we focus on active tendency as a proactive factor while prior studies have been conducted on knowledge accumulation and creation of subsidiaries as a passive role of subsidiaries. In this study, we focus on the entrepreneurial spirit of subsidiaries as the core of proactiveness. The attributes of subsidiaries are located at the bottom of the head office in the organizational structure and tend to be dependent on the head office. However, this study aims at statistically verifying the causal relationship between entrepreneurship and knowledge creation of subsidiaries. In addition, we examine the antecedents that may affect entrepreneurship to differentiate this study from previous studies. A total of 282 foreign companies with subsidiaries in Korea were selected as a sample and analyzed using the Structural Equation Method. Empirical results show that the degree of product autonomy and vision sharing of subsidiaries have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and the effect of this has a positive effect on subsidiary company knowledge creation. On the other hand, market autonomy and influence of the subsidiaries’s position did not seem to have any effect on entrepreneurship.
한국 진출 다국적기업 자회사의 현지특유지식 학습에 대한 선행요인 연구: CoE적 성향을 중심으로

Subsidiaries of multinational corporations are making great efforts to find new markets and secure competitiveness in the local market. Subsidiaries must build various competencies in order to survive while competing with competitors in the local market. In recent years, however, subsidiaries have fostered their own unique competitiveness by developing new technologies, products and processes locally. Local knowledge beyond the accumulated routines in the headquarter has been transferred to company headquarters, evolved into new knowledge, and spread to all subsidiaries, leading to good results. This study defines the organizational tendency focused on local market-oriented experts as center of excellence (CoE) and examines the mediating effect of organizational characteristic on knowledge creation by dividing it into local autonomy and subsidiary role. The hypothesis of this study is that the stronger the CoE of the subsidiary, the more positive its effect is on the creation of local specific knowledge through the mediation effect such as market autonomy, product autonomy, subsidiary position, and vision sharing. In this study, 600 companies were selected through simple random sampling of 4,000 multinational corporations in Korea. Target companies were surveyed via a questionnaire and 279 samples were validated to verify hypotheses. Our hypotheses were verified by the structural equation method and we tested mediation effect using causal mediation analysis. Our results confirmed all the hypotheses.
