In this paper, for high performance as drive, in the speed sensorless vector control of induction motor, introduced flux estimator of voltage model and error compensation algorithm using closed loop integration method, and then we proposed a improved flux estimation method of high accuracy. And the rotor speed is estimating using the stator current and the estimated flux, it is used speed information. The proposed scheme is verified through digital simulations and experiments for 3.7[㎾] induction motor and shows good dynamic performance.<br/> <br/>

In this paper presents a modeling method for simulation of Tration Motor using MatIab/Simuhnk This model is well adopted in the traction motor and speed, torque estimation. this model consist o IM(induction motor) block, Load block and controller blocks this paper use the indirect vecto control Because improve accuracy speed characteristics The result show the better speed and torque characteristics. And effectiveness of Matlab/Simulink in simulations.
강인한 속도응답특성을 갖는 역기전력 MRAS 제어법을 이용한 유도전동기 속도제어 시뮬레이션

In this paper, we proposed a Counter EMF MRAS(model reference adatation system)method. This using the indirect field oriented for calculated speed and a new reference model eliminated pure intergrator and low pass filter. So proposed controller have a robust speed identification and stable response. the described techiques are very simple, robust to motor's dynamic response. The proposed a new MRAS's effectiveness is verified by simulation using Matlab Simulink.

In this paper, To improved Motor's driving characteristic Using MATLAB/SIMULINK and its characteristics simulated. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control so smooth speed estimation was convinced. PWM method used to Space Voltage Vector PWM. Inverter, Induction Motor and Load was modeled. Modeling system adopted 3phase 5[HP] induction motor and its characteristics simulated good speed and torque characteristic. So we are convinced the stability of modeled system and good performance.
