상악골 부분 절제술 시행한 환자에서 Artificial Palate로 안모지지를 재현한 폐색장치를 이용한 수복 증례

상악골 부분 절제술을 시행한 많은 환자에서 안모의 변형으로 심리적 우울감에 취약할 뿐만 아니라 연하, 저작 기능이 저하되며 발음 장애가 발생한다. 폐색장치를 통한 악안면 보철적 치료는 저작, 연하, 발음 기능의 회복뿐 아니라 적절한 안모로 회복시켜주며 장치를 사용하는 환자들의 삶의 질을 향상해준다. 본 증례는 상악골 부분 절제술 시행한 환자에서 수술 부위 안정화 기간 사용한 임시 폐색장치로 적절한 안면 지지의 정도를 예측할 수 있었고 이를 반영하여 artificial palate를 제작하였다. 이는 적절한 안면 지지를 재현하여 최종 폐색장치를 제작하는 간단한 접근법을 제시하였고 기능적, 심미적 부분에서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻어 이를 보고하고자 한다. Patients with maxillectomy defects predisposed to not only difficulty in deglutition, mastication, speech but also psychological depression from impaired facial esthetics that affect life quality. Obturator prostheses play a important role in restoring the lost form, function and the quality of life for patients with maxillectomy defects. This clinical report presents the simplified approach to predict the degree of adequate facial support by Artificial palate which reflected from a maxillary interim obturator during the stabilization period after maxillectomy.

The numerous repair constructions are coming to do with solution method of the acoustic improvement which is caused by in acoustic defect of the large room. So, the purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for acoustic design by measuring and analyzing the improvement of acoustic performance of the large Gymnasium in university which finishes a repair construction. And the acoustical characteristics of the large gymnasium by research result of existing and result which recently it measures analysed by acoustics parameters such as SPL, RT. EDT. D50. CKQ, RASTI, Echo.

This study selected D's large performance hall, which was designed and constructed for multiple purposes and evaluated its indoor acoustic characteristics through field measurement. Evaluation indices on the temporal distribution of sound energy such as RT, EDT, D50, C80, RASTI and BR were obtained, and based on them, indoor acoustic characteristics and the generation of echoes were determined. According to the results, evaluation indices showed that the acoustic condition was satisfactory in general. In addition. if materials from the analysis are used in identifying and complementing acoustically vulnerable parts in the future, it may be possible to achieve the best acoustic condition. The materials may be applied to the acoustic design of other performance halls.

본 연구는 대인관계문제를 겪고 있는 대학생들에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 대학생 343명을 대상으로 성인애착이 대인관계 문제에 미치는 영향에서 거부민감성의 매개효과를 위계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 자료 분석 결과 애착불안과 애착회피가 각각 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향에 있어서 거부민감성이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 불안정애착이 대인관계문제에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 중요한 타인으로부터 거부당할 것이라는 인식인 거부민감성을 형성하고, 이 거부민감성을 통해 대인관계문제가 발생하는 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 대인관계문제를 경험하는 대학생 내담자와의 상담에서 성인애착의 양상과 거부민감성을 고려한 치료적 개입 방안을 제안한다. This study examined the structural relationship among adult attachment, interpersonal problems and rejection sensitivity. In addition, this study investigated the mediation effects of rejection sensitivity on the relationships between adult attachment dimensions and interpersonal problems. The subjects in this study were 343 university students in Busan. The measurement scales were used ECR(Experiences in Close Relationship), RSQ(Rejection Sensitivity Scale), IIP-C(Inventory of Interpersonal Problems-Circumplex Scale). The collected data were analyzed by the correlational analysis and hierarchical multiple regressions analysis. Rejection sensitivity was a partial mediator in the influence of adult attachment on interpersonal problems relationship of university students in this study. Therefore, the therapeutic intervention considering the aspect of the adult attachment and rejection sensitivity to university students having interpersonal relationship problem can be proposed.

The preparations of deodorizing fibers using TiO_(2) have been investigated. TiO_(2) is known to be an excellent photocatalyst. TiO_(2) catalyst have been supported on the cotton and polyester fiber by a spray-coating procedure. This research observed deodorization effect by reacting processed deodorization fiber and deodorant for spraying which comes into the market on NH_(3) and CH_(3)COOH and experimented by using chromogenic gas detector tubes method. As for deodorization effect, in ammonia and acetyl acid, deodorization rate of what was coated by TiO^(2) showed higher than that of what was not coated by TiO_(2). And, deodorization rate of cotton showed higher than that of polyester. And, it emerged that deodorization rate of deodorant for spray rose suddenly within short time than that of what processed deodorant on fiber.
