솔더 접합부의 신뢰성은 패키지의 수명에 가장 큰 비중을 차지하며, 그 중에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 인자는 이종재료간의 열팽창계수의 불일치이다. 플립칩 패키지의 신뢰성에 영향을 주는 인자들에 대해 알아보고, parametric study에 의거한 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 칩과 펌프의 두께, interposer의 두께, underfill 의 충진 형태, 그리고 underfill의 물성 등 여러 인자들 중에 패키지에 충진 되는 underfill의 CTE가 응력 감소에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 이에 따른 설계 최적화를 이룰 수 있었다. The reliability of the solder interconnection occupies the big effect at the lifetime of a package. And the factor among them having the big effect is the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion between different kind material. Affect the reliability of flip chip package, learn about factors, parametric study based on finite element analysis was performed. It is seen that CTE of the underfill filled in a package among many factors including the thickness of a chip and bump, thickness of an interposer, filling form of an underfill and properties of matter of an underfill, and etc. influences the big effect on the stress relief. And it could be comprised the design optimization according to this.
새로운 국민소통 플랫폼으로서 청와대 국민청원 - 현황과 법제도적 개선방안을 중심으로 -

The Blue House of the Republic of Korea launched an online petition system in August 2017. While some criticize the system of deepening political divisions, the online petition system has served as a new communication platform. The system has led to the rejuvenation of the constitutional right to petition. The contents of the online petition system can be constructed as an exercise of the right to petition protected by the Constitution and the Petition Act. However, the Blue House has argued that the online petition system is merely a participatory mechanism that should be interpreted differently from the Constitution and the Petition Act. Consequently, related provisions of the Constitution and the Petition Act does not apply to the online petition system. As the Blue House online petition system is being managed under no concrete legislative basis, numerous legal institutional improvements have been suggested. Specifically, many have pointed to the arbitrary operations without any legal constraints, abuse of the system to concentrate power to the Blue House, possibility of distorting public opinion by a select minority, insufficient feedback as the system's shortcomings. As improvements, there is the need to legislate clear requirements and limits of the system, fix loopholes that allow repetitive petitioning, allow debate on the issues, form a system that makes sure proper authorities provide substantial responses, and adopt a temporary real-name system during elections. The National Assembly started its own online petition system in January 2020. The Petition Act was amended entirely for the first time in 60 years in order to fully protect the constitutional right to petition. In light of such events, there is the need to reflect the history of the Blue House online petition system and seek legal institutional improvements. Ultimately, the improved Blue House online petition system can contribute in forming a public sphere where political and social agendas can be resolved.

기존 방파제의 상치부 형상은 직립형이 대부분이었으나 최근에는 이용자들의 친수성을 고려하여 친수식계단형을 많이 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 직립형은 월파 및 반사파 저감 효과 등의 수리적 특성이 떨어지며, 친수형계단형은 월파발생이 쉬운 구조로서 항내 정온도 및 항만가동을 확보에 불리한 구조이다. 이에 대한 단점을 보완하고자 파압저감 및 월파 저감 효과가 뛰어난 다단계소파형 곡면파라펫 상치를 개발하여 현장에 적용하였다. The superstructure with vertical walls had widely been applied in the design of breakwater and more water-friendly superstructures with stairs, providing people with improved accessibility, have recently been introduced. But it is proved that vertical walls have inferior hydraulic performance in controlling wave-reflection & wave-overtopping and water-friendly stairs also give adverse effects on port operation-ratio & port calmness due to more wave-overtopping, respectively. As all alternative to the above, wave-absorbing curved-surface parapets in serials on the superstructure of breakwater, which are verified to have less wave-attack force and wave-overtopping through various tests, are recommended and applied to the detail design for construction.

현재 우리나라에서는 영어에 대한 중요성과 관심이 점점 커지고 있으며, 영어 능력을 평가하는 다양한 시험이 시행 중에 있다. 이런 시험들을 준비하기 위해 많은 문제들은 웹 상에서 손쉽게 구할 수 있는 반면에, 획득한 문제에 대한 정답을 원하는 순간에 구하는 것은 쉽지 않아 영어 문제를 푼 후에 정답을 확인할 수 없는 경우가 많다. 이런 불편함을 줄이기 위해 본 논문은 영어 문제의 정답을 추천해 주는 시스템에 대해서 논의한다. 단문 빈칸 채우기 형식의 문제에 대해서 해당 문제의 문장의 의미에 대한 이해 없이도 특정 어휘의 쓰임새나 빈칸 주변의 문맥 정보, 단어들 간의 공기빈도 정보를 이용하여 문제의 정답을 추천한다. 시스템에 필요한 정보를 위한 자료를 웹 상의 수많은 영어 문서들에 기술된 표현을 이용하여 수동 지식 구축과정 없이 문제를 해결한다.
초음파 피로시험법을 이용한 A356-T6 합금의 초고주파 피로특성 평가

The behavior of very high cycle fatigue in automotive alloy wheels have become a critical issue for safety, due to their prolonged service life. For the test, a specially designed, dedicated ultrasonic fatigue test (UFT)system was utilized to investigate the high cycle fatigue behavior of A356-T6 aluminium alloys. The hourglass-shaped specimens were specifically designed according to the alloy``s dynamic elastic modulus and fatigue-tested up to 109 cycles at room temperature under completely reversed loading conditions of R=-1. SN curve was plotted, showing monotonic decrease in the test range. Cracked area and fracture surface after tests were investigated using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). It was shown that cracks were initiated from a surface flaw and then propagated into the internal area. Fracture surfaces consist of mostly dimples, typically as in other ductile fracture mode. This test method can be an alternative test methods, since it shows several merits over conventional fatigue testing methods such as fast test speed and effectiveness.

The mechanical properties of low-pressure die cast (LPDC) A356-T6 automotive road wheels are evaluated and correlated with their corresponding microstructures. In this study, two types of alloy wheels processed using different LPDC gating system are investigated. The yield stress, tensile stress, and elongation values tested at room temperature are correlated with the secondary den-drite arm spacing (SDAS) with respect to the gating system, and are also compared with similar studies. The SDAS and precipitatesare examined using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The phase infor-mation is also investigated using X-ray diffraction. Charpy impact tests are also performed from-100℃ to 200℃, and the fracture surfaces are examined using SEM. The impact energy is demonstrated to increase with increasing temperatures without exhibiting specific transition behaviors as in other nonferrous alloys. The fracture toughness is also evaluated using three point bend test with single-edged bend specimens. The obtained fracture toughness values are in good agreement with those in similar studies.
