The electroencephalogram generated by light stimulation in human body of dark adaption state was measured and analyzed in the cases that electromagnetic wave was put in and not put in, respectively. Shieldroom being able to interrupt the light and the electromagnetic wave of outer was constructed, and the experimental system being able to apply any light and any electromagnetic wave was designed, When the electromagnetic wave was applied to body or not, the variation characteristics of each component in the electroencephalogram were as follows. The δ wave was increased and the α wave and the β wave were decreased in the case that the electromagnetic wave was applied, and the variation range of the θ wave was small. And the influence of electromagnetic wave on human body was that the appearance time of the β wave was late, and it meaned that the time of visual recognition was delayed.

Recently, the importance of renewable energy has been emerged in accordance with changes in domestic and international multilateral environments, and the legal and regulatory basis for the expansion of renewable energy application is strengthening in the field of domestic architecture. However, despite the need for strengthening policies and renewable energy, the specific installation Planning for Renewable Energy equipment in the early stage of design or the renovation that fits into each building has a numerous limitations. The purpose of this study is to create an Impact table A, Qualitative/quantitative decision-making process for the proposed building, reflected field survey and constraint. Moreover, based on this, impact table B, the optimal combination selection of energy-efficient renewable energy source and installation, implied energy performance, cost and construct ability is presented. These materials are considered to be used as a reference and activation deriving the optimized quantitative combination of renewable energy with the visual analysis and easy access to actual consumers who want to apply renewable energy in the future.
인체에 있어서 수동적 전기특성을 이용한 신호전달방향 계측법 개발

In this study, a method measuring signal propagation direction in human body was developed by using passive electrical properties of the body. The measured method of the signal propagation direction is to apply basic characteristic of electricity to the human body; when a voltage is set to a conducted medium, according to the polarity of the conducted voltage, the voltage rising or drop is generated. And using this concept, it is able to estimate the direction of electrical signal on the human body. The passive electrical properties were measured and the direction of signal propagation was estimated on the followings; between the flexor carpi radialis, between arms, between legs, between an arm and a leg, between the cervical vertebra and the upper limb, between the sacral vertebra and the leg, between the cervical vertebra and the tendon of triceps brachii, and between the sacral vertebra and the calcaneal tendon. As the result of experiments, the passive electrical properties were increased from 1[㎐] to 50[㎑] of the inputted frequencies and showed at saturating tendency after that. And also, the estimated signal propagation directions using the developed method in this study agreed with the expected directions exactly at each part of the human body.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of natural preservatives (G3, G3-1, F3, and F3-1) using Cordyceps militaris on improvement of food quality and safety of noodle during storage. Wheat flour noodle were prepared using three different concentrations of natural preservatives (0.100, 0.200, and 0.400%). Changes in microbial populations, pH value, titratable acidity, and sensory evaluation were measured during storage at 12±2℃ for 3 days. Overall, use of natural preservatives resulted in lower levels of total mesophilic bacteria, coliform, yeast and mold in noodle compared to the control. In particular, natural preservatives using 2× MIC concentrations (0.400%) of F3 and F3-1 were effective at maintaining levels of total mesophilic bacteria for noodle during storage. The pH values of noodle made with F3 and F3-1 were higher than the others. The titratable acidity of noodle with natural preservatives did not significantly change during storage. In sensory evaluation, appearance, color, and overall acceptability of noodle with F3 and F3-1 were preferred than the control. These results could provide useful information for developing an alternative preservation method to improve food quality and shelf-life of noodle using natural preservatives.

In case of Multi-purpose Dam, it converts the potential energy by the head and quantity of water to kinetic energy, and on the producing process of electric power likely as during the time of revolving of the Turbine connected to the hydraulic turbine dynamo, there occurs ceaseless a loud noise, therefore, actually those workers who have been directly exposed to such loud noise are suffering under the physical, mental noise-damages such as hearing-impediment. Likewise, since the permeated noise to the adjacent room brings a decline of an effective working efficiency, though an establishment of the measure for sound-insulation and soundproof is urgently required, but such existing measure merely controls a physical acoustic factor only, it didnot take a consideration with regard to the psychological factor of human-being. Particularly, since Annoyance caused by Loud Noise receives not only the physical characteristics likely as Sound Pressure Level of Noise itself. but also receives together with psycho-acoustics characteristics influence of some complicated form human-being has, through an acoustic psychological approach the subjective evaluation characteristics should be reflected together. On such viewpoint, this Study has tried toextract the proper rating vocabulary for evaluation Loud Noise made at the hydraulic turbine dynamo, based on the subjective reaction that reflected the psychological attribute; therefore it is considering that the extracted vocabulary in such way could be utilized as the valuable materials for establishment of the acoustic-psychological experiment and instrument-noise control standard for the sake of evaluation on Loud Noise made at the hydraulic turbine dynamo and at other similar one.
경기, 강원 지역 농업용수의 미생물학적 특성 및 농업용수 분리 대장균의 항생제 내성

BACKGROUND: Irrigation water is known to be one of the major sources of bacterial contamination in agricultural products. In addition, anti-microbial resistance (AMR) bacteria in food products possess serious threat to humans. This study was aimed at investigating the prevalence of foodborne bacteria in irrigation water and evaluating their anti-microbial susceptibility. METHODS AND RESULTS: Surface water (n = 66 sites) and groundwater (n = 40 sites) samples were collected from the Gyeongi and Gangwon provinces of South Korea during April, July, and October 2019. To evaluate the safety of water, fecal indicators (Escherichia coli) and foodborne pathogens (E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., and Listeria monocytogenes) were examined. E. coli isolates from water were further tested for antimicrobial susceptibility using VITEK2 system. Overall, detection rate of foodborne pathogens in July was highest among three months. The prevalence of pathogenic E. coli (24%), Salmonella (3%), and L. monocytogenes (3%) was higher in surface water, while only one ground water site was contained with pathogenic E. coli (2.5%). Of the 343 E. coli isolates, 22.7% isolates were resistant to one or more antimicrobials (ampicillin (18.7%), trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (7.0%), and ciprofloxacin (6.7%)). CONCLUSION: To enhance the safety of agricultural products, it is necessary to frequently monitor the microbial quality of water.
